Euclid Soft Co., Ltd. (CEO Joo-Han Park) and the Military Science Research Institute of Konyang University announced on July 30 that they signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote the development and distribution of ICT technology in the defense sector.
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a cooperative system for the two organizations to jointly promote the development of various information and communication technology (ICT)-based defense technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and education.
According to the agreement, the two sides plan to pursue ▲technical advice and cooperation for the project to create a super-large AI diffusion ecosystem, ▲recruitment and support of crowd workers for the construction of defense data, ▲education on the latest ICT technologies and exchange of industry and market information, and ▲other practical collaboration for mutual development.
EuclidSoft develops and provides AI and big data-related solutions for the defense, public, and education sectors, and through this agreement, aims to expand the applicability of its defense-specific ICT technologies.
Park Joo-han, CEO of EuclidSoft, said, “This agreement is significant in that it goes beyond technological exchange and enhances the practical competitiveness of defense ICT technology,” and added, “Based on the capabilities of both organizations, we will jointly lead the digital transformation and technology education in the defense sector.”
The two organizations plan to cooperate in various areas, including technological exchanges, talent development, and policy recommendations to strengthen digital capabilities across the defense industry.
