
Miridy Co., Ltd. (CEO Kang Chang-seok) announced on the 7th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Research and Information Institute (Director Lim Yu-won) and will provide free paid licenses for the AI design solution 'MiriCanvas' to 11 metropolitan and provincial offices of education.
Through this agreement, MiriDi will provide all the functions of 'MiriCanvas Pro' free of charge to teachers belonging to 11 metropolitan and provincial offices of education, including Seoul, Incheon, Gwangju, Daejeon, Ulsan, Sejong, Gangwon, Jeollabuk-do, Jeollanam-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and Jeju, so that they can reduce the time and burden required to produce teaching materials and focus on more creative lesson design.
Starting this August, approximately 380,000 teachers and staff across the country will be able to freely utilize Miricanvas' over 500,000 templates, as well as ▲AI presentation ▲AI writing ▲AI image creation and editing functions, through teaching and learning platforms operated by each office of education.
In particular, Miridy plans to go beyond providing simple solutions and support teachers to effectively utilize digital tools by providing ▲a guide to creating teaching materials based on MiriCanvas' AI tool 'Miricle' ▲real-time online seminars and recordings ▲templates exclusively for teachers ▲sharing of best practices ▲online and offline training.
Miridi has supplied 'MiriCanvas' to approximately 3,000 elementary, middle, high schools and universities nationwide, and with the signing of this agreement with 11 provincial and metropolitan offices of education, it will now provide solutions to a total of 14 provincial and metropolitan offices of education, including the existing Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongbuk-do, and Gyeongsangnam-do offices of education.
Lim Yu-won, director of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education's Education Research and Information Institute, said, "AI utilization and digital literacy education are core competencies for future education," and added, "We will provide practical tools and environments for teachers in the field."
