Wifair Secures Seed Investment from Seoul National University Technology Holdings and Antler Korea

Wifair, a startup driving the digital transformation of the auto repair industry, announced on the 8th that it recently secured seed funding. Seoul National University Technology Holdings participated as a new investor, while existing investor Antler Korea made a follow-on investment.

Wifair operates "Wifair Partners," a dedicated SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform for comprehensive repair shops. Through this solution, Wifair provides services that digitize repair shops' operations and systematically collect and standardize repair data. The platform addresses information asymmetry through its network of repair shops, ultimately expanding its business to a B2B2C structure that provides consumers with a transparent repair experience.

Officially launched in January of this year, "WeFair Partners" has been implemented by over 200 repair shops and has received positive feedback from the field. By streamlining repetitive tasks like photo management, customer service, and paperwork, the system is helping repair shops focus more on their core business of repair and customer service.

Mok Seung-hwan, CEO of Seoul National University Technology Holdings, explained, “WeFair is a case study in which the inefficiencies of the accident repair market were transformed into a digital platform, effectively connecting various stakeholders such as repair shops and insurance companies.” He added, “It is a company that has secured a stable revenue structure and growth potential by combining repair data-based SaaS with concierge services.”

Kim Ki-hwan, CEO of Wipair, said, “This investment is more than just securing funds; it will serve as an opportunity to accelerate the structural transformation of the entire maintenance industry.” He added, “We will continue to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the repair industry by enhancing SaaS and expanding our nationwide network of maintenance companies.”
