Seoul IR Network (CEO Han Hyun-seok, hereinafter referred to as Seoul IR), an IR specialized consulting firm, announced on the 8th that it has signed a business agreement with Paradigm Partners (CEO Tony Yoon) of the United States and will begin full-scale comprehensive consulting services for domestic companies entering the US market and relocating factories.
The two companies signed a business agreement at the Seoul IR headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, today, agreeing to provide a one-stop service encompassing the entire process from market entry to establishment. Key areas of support include U.S. market analysis, legal and accounting consulting, real estate consulting, digital marketing, investment attraction and M&A, and business restructuring. Specifically, the two companies plan to provide comprehensive support, including location selection and localization strategy development in key U.S. regions.
This agreement responds to the growing demand from domestic companies considering relocating their factories and expanding into the US market to restructure their global supply chains and address local markets. Seoul IR will leverage its years of IR consulting expertise and network to support companies in developing customized overseas expansion strategies.
Seoul IR CEO Han Hyun-seok stated, “Recently, Korean companies are actively considering entering the U.S. market to stabilize their global supply chains and respond to localization,” and added, “Based on our accumulated consulting experience, Seoul IR will provide services that can provide practical assistance throughout the entire overseas expansion process for companies.”
