Darim Biotech's Vivid Montage Wins Red Dot Design Award

Dalim Biotech (CEO Jong-seop Jeong), a manufacturer of pharmaceuticals specializing in chronic diseases, announced on the 11th that its local coexistence campaign 'Vivid Meets Sindang', run by its health functional food brand 'Vividmontage', won the grand prize in the Brand & Communication Design category of the 'Red Dot Design Award'.

The Red Dot Design Award, one of the world's top three design awards, annually recognizes outstanding designs in the Product, Brand & Communication, and Concept categories. In the Brand & Communication category, an international jury comprehensively evaluates the winning entries based on factors such as brand identity, creativity in communication strategy, design perfection, and influence.

This campaign's key features include transforming the actual commercial district of Sindang-dong into a brand stage, designing collaborative spaces and product exchange experiences as a seamless consumer journey. Based on the brand philosophy that "healthy behavior creates new energy," the brand's unique colors and message were consistently applied to the certification mark, coins, and currency exchange signature design placed throughout the alleyways. This unified design language contributed to the award.

Sixteen local stores in Sindangdong participated in the campaign, which resulted in a roughly 12% increase in brand customer traffic. Furthermore, media exposure through social media and online media significantly expanded, earning positive reviews for its role in revitalizing the local community and strengthening brand positioning.

"This campaign is the result of our focus on creating brand value through mutual growth with the local community," said Choi Woo-cheol, team leader of Darim Biotech's Brand Strategy Department. "It is meaningful that this award recognizes the organic connection between Shindangdong's local identity and our brand philosophy." He added, "We will continue this sustainable communication."
