In particular, this award is a consecutive 'award' following the commendation from the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy for contributing to the development of the national industry through advancement and revitalization of the testing and certification field at the '2025 World Accreditation Day' held on July 17, so the pride of all executives and staff of the organization is greatly boosted.

The '2025 Innovation & Consumer-Preferred Innovative Company Brand Awards' is an awards ceremony hosted by The Herald Business and The Korea Herald and organized by Monthly Power Korea (publisher Baek Jong-won). It was established by the Herald Media Group to discover promising and excellent companies and brands that are preferred by many consumers, including companies, institutions, and individuals that have demonstrated innovation in Korea, and to promote them both domestically and internationally.

This award is the result of highly evaluated innovation efforts in the public sector, including ▲ expanding ethical management based on ISO 37001 (Anti-Corruption Management System) and 37301 (Compliance Management System), ▲ strengthening transparency and fairness in the operation of the ISO certification system, ▲ establishing and expanding a human rights management system, and ▲ fostering a culture of labor-management cooperation.

The Korea SMEs and Startups Certification Institute (KSCE) has adopted international standards such as ISO 37001 and 37301 to ensure transparency in all certification procedures. It also develops and disseminates human rights management systems and labor-management cooperation certifications, fostering a culture of corporate respect for human rights and mutual benefit between labor and management. Through these efforts, KSCE has been at the forefront of establishing a foundation for sustainable growth, including preventing human rights violations, fostering a safe work environment, and building mutually beneficial labor-management relations.

President Eom Jin-yeop said in his acceptance speech, "This award is the result of the integrity and dedication of all executives and employees." He added, "We will continue to innovate our certification system based on fairness and trust, and do our best to ensure that the values of human rights and coexistence take root throughout Korean industry."
