'Laundrygo', a non-face-to-face mobile laundry service operated by Uisikju Company (CEO Seong-woo Cho), announced that it will be the first in the industry to launch 'Hotel Towel Home Service', which delivers 5-star hotel towels to homes, and is entering the premium lifestyle market.
Hotel Towel Home Service is a premium service that leverages Laundrygo's expertise, achieving #1 sales in both contactless mobile laundry and hotel laundry. It represents the world's first example of directly applying hotel laundry processes to a B2C mobile service. Starting with towels, Laundrygo plans to expand its home service offering to include hotel-quality products such as bed sheets, all-season goose down comforters, and bathrobes.
Customers don't need to purchase towels separately. Simply request them through the Laundrygo app. They'll receive towels laundered to five-star hotel quality standards at a dedicated hotel laundry factory. They can then return them after use. The basic package includes seven daily towels and seven compact bath towels, for a total of 14 towels. Customers can also choose the quantity they need.
In particular, the advanced quality system, including the operational know-how accumulated in the hotel laundry factory of approximately 13,000㎡ (4,000 pyeong) and the Moraxella bacteria removal recipe developed by the in-house R&D (research and development) organization 'Laundry Innovation Lab' and the ultra-high temperature washing process, is applied to prevent bacterial growth and odor in the summer and maintain the cleanliness and texture of the towel even after repeated washing.
To celebrate the launch of its service on the 14th, Rundrigo is offering a special promotion for subscribers, offering a hotel towel package worth 13,500 won for 7,600 won. The first 2,000 customers will also receive a free gift of Cetaphil Hydrating Foaming Cream Cleanser.
Kim Cheon-seok, head of Laundrygo's business division at Food, Clothing, and Home Company, said, "This service was planned to go beyond simple laundry and offer an experience that enriches customers' lives with Laundrygo's unique know-how." He added, "Laundrygo will continue to introduce innovative services that add real value to lifestyles."
Meanwhile, Laundrygo currently provides premium hotel laundry services to over 10,000 rooms, including major domestic 5-star hotels such as Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, The Plaza, Grand Walkerhill Seoul, and Banyan Tree.
