Table Order Tea Order (CEO Kwon Seong-taek) is significantly expanding its outbound sales organization and embarking on a record-breaking recruitment drive.
Following the establishment of an outbound sales team last year, Tea Order reorganized its organization early this year and began strengthening its face-to-face sales efforts. Through this large-scale hiring effort, Tea Order plans to hire over three-digit numbers of talented individuals and expand its outbound sales team under its sales headquarters to over 100 people by the second half of this year.
This outbound sales recruitment focuses on discovering "out-of-the-field experts" who can visit stores, interact with owners, and develop sales opportunities on the spot. This approach, which involves firsthand experience with store conditions and listening to owners' concerns, is crucial for these outbound sales talent, as they are able to immediately persuade them and drive sales growth.
Anyone with a proactive and goal-oriented sales mindset is eligible for this position. Applicants with experience in the restaurant industry, B2B sales to small businesses, or startup and performance-based sales will be given particular preference. The outbound sales team's primary responsibilities include: proposing and conducting sales activities for the Tea Order solution; providing customized consultations and identifying on-site needs; and managing the customer experience and collecting feedback after installation. Unlike inbound-focused sales roles, this role focuses on directly developing solutions and generating results.
For this recruitment, Teaorder is open to both new and experienced applicants. The company plans to establish a system that allows both experienced sales professionals and new hires with passion and a willingness to learn to quickly grow. In fact, 50% of Teaorder's outbound sales team are new hires with no prior sales experience, and they are achieving significant results in a short period of time.
