Happy Monday CEO Kim Do-jin receives commendation from the Minister of Gender Equality and Family.

Kim Do-jin, CEO of Happy Monday, a startup specializing in women's health, received a commendation from the Minister of Gender Equality and Family. This award, part of the "2025 Women-led Enterprise Meritorious Awards," hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and organized by the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association, recognized CEO Kim for her contributions to introducing the femtech industry to Korea and pioneering the market.

The award is given to female entrepreneurs who have contributed to the national economic development, and CEO Kim was highly evaluated for her management performance and entrepreneurial spirit, which led to the growth of the femtech industry through the development of technologies and services related to women's health since founding the company.

CEO Kim Do-jin said, “Femtech is a field that can have a positive impact on society and the economy as a whole beyond improving women’s health,” and added, “I will accept this award as encouragement to realize the potential of the industry, and we will continue to create new standards for women’s health through technological advancements and advanced services.”

Since its founding in 2017, Happy Moonday has launched femtech services focused on menstrual management in the domestic market, promoting itself as a "women's healthcare service company." Notably, as a company with both product manufacturing and digital healthcare service technologies, it has established a unique business model within the industry.

A key technology is a personalized menstrual subscription service that delivers products based on an individual's menstrual cycle. Happy Moonday holds a patent for this model, and in 2018, it was selected as a TIPS program support company, further enhancing its hormone cycle prediction algorithm.
