Hojeon Industrial signs business agreement with New Raison

Hojeon Industrial (CEO Park Yong-cheol and Park Jin-ho), a company specializing in the production of high-functionality clothing, announced on the 12th that it has signed a business agreement with New Risen (CEO Lee Seung-wook), an eco-friendly filter material company, to strengthen cooperation in the fields of new material development and waste resource recycling.

Through this agreement, the two companies agreed to cooperate not only in the joint development of new materials for clothing, but also in upcycling projects utilizing waste fabrics and clothing generated during the production process.

New Raison possesses electrostatic-based nano-fusion material technology and, based on this technology, produces filter products applicable to cleanroom air conditioning equipment, automobiles, and electronic products. The company recently received the highest rating of "Ti-1" in a technology evaluation by SCI Information & Technology Evaluation and is preparing for a technology-specific listing in the second half of the year.

Hojeon Industrial plans to leverage its woven apparel production and textile R&D capabilities to jointly develop a new, high-performance fabric that combines Newrizne's nanomaterial technology. This fabric boasts enhanced functionality and durability compared to existing materials.

Additionally, we plan to accelerate ESG management practices by promoting a plan to recycle waste fabrics generated from clothing production into filter materials using New Raison's technology.

Hojeon Silup CEO Park Jin-ho said, "This agreement will serve as an opportunity to expand our business from an OEM-focused structure to materials development." New Raisen CEO Lee Seung-wook stated, "Through cooperation between our two companies, we will simultaneously strengthen our technological prowess and eco-friendly competitiveness."
