Channel Talk launches beta version of its AI phone consultation feature, "Phone Alpha."

Expanding chat consultation AI agents to phone calls, realizing voice-based customer response automation.

Flexible AI phone consultation scenarios and voice gender and tone settings available

Channel Corporation (CEO Siwon Choi), which operates the all-in-one AI business messenger 'Channel Talk', announced on the 13th that it has beta-launched the 'Phone Alpha' function that supports voice AI consultation.

Phone Alpha is a generative AI agent that conducts customer service tasks through voice conversations with customers. Like the existing chat AI agent, Alpha, it uses natural language to understand customer inquiries and autonomously locates the necessary information to facilitate prompt processing.

Channel Corporation has focused on reducing customer wait times and improving the quality of customer service by expanding AI consulting beyond chat to include phone calls. Phone conversations with Alp are converted to text and summarized in real time, allowing counselors to easily understand previous customer inquiries and deliver detailed, personalized responses.

In addition, detailed settings tailored to the specifics of your business are available. Using ChannelTalk's no-code consultation automation management tool, "Workflow," you can design timely AI phone consultation scenarios, and even specify voice gender and tone in detail.

Channel Corporation will provide free phone Alpha to Channel Talk paid plan users during the beta service period, and plans to release a full version with additional convenient features such as voice character diversity and statistical analysis in the future.

Choi Si-won, CEO of Channel Corporation, said, “With the launch of this phone call, we have expanded the scope of customer response automation beyond text-based AI consultations to include voice channels,” and added, “We will continue to lead innovation in the corporate consultation environment through services that drive digital transformation across all customer touchpoints.”

Meanwhile, ChannelTalk is an all-in-one AI business solution offering features such as the AI chatbot Alp, Team Alp for internal work assistance, chat consulting, CRM marketing, team messenger, internet telephony, and video calling. Launched in March of last year, its voice and video service feature "Meet" recently surpassed 1 million cumulative calls and is now a key feature that integrates chat and phone calls to provide a flexible consulting experience.
