Datable announced that it has successfully attracted 300 million won of free series A investment from BA Partners.

Datable is a data-based influencer marketing startup and the company’s services include Hashup, an Instagram influencer marketing solution, and Hashup AI, an AI-based data analysis service. Since the end of last year, Hashup has been conducting Alpha tests on 6,000 influencers in Korea, and concluded that their users’ marketing efficiency increased by 38% on average compared to other existing services. Hashup is currently only available for influencers, those who have more than 5,000 followers, and is scheduled for beta testing in the second half of the year.

Meanwhile, the Hashup AI engine collects Instagram user data and identifies user networks. It utilizes data collection and machine learning techniques to predict actual message reach, interests, and performance.

Lee Jong-Dae, CEO of Datable said, “There is a steady stream of influencers that surpass the influence of celebrities and this trend will not change in the future. In the future, we will do our best to bring about better advertising and commerce effects by making technology more sophisticated for more accurate analysis.” More information on Datable can be found here.
