Intelligent Factory Platform Ulala Lab Sets Up Corporation in Shanghai, China

Intelligent factory platform company Ulala Lab began setting up the corporation Ulala-Stone China with Chinese investment company Aisai Stone on September 16th.

Through the establishment of a Chinese corporation, Ulala Lab can assess the China-Asia market  formally with independently developed Korean intelligent factory Wim Factory in China, and dominate manufacturing all over the world. It will also participate in the pilot work of China’s intelligent factories being promoted by China’s Shanghai Institute of Information and Communications lab and plans to use the Wim Factory platform in 3~5 Chinese factories this year.

Wim Factory, developed by Ulala Lab, is an intelligent factory platform that can allow more than 80% of small and micro/small manufacturing enterprises make intelligent factories at 1/10 of the original cost. Wim Factory measures data and collects factory equipment temperatures, humidity, pressure, and other field conditions using a variety of sensors, and carries out real-time monitoring through smart phones, tablet PCs, PCs, and other devices, then based on the collected information, carries out big data analysis and machine improvements, and informs users of machine failures or emergencies.

Ulala Lab plans to promote Wim Factory to Chinese manufacturing enterprises to reduce non-performing rates and losses. The Nike sports shoes manufacturing factory in Qingdao has already used the platform and verified the technology its effectiveness in July.

Ulala Lab representative Kang Hakju stated, “The short-term goal is to promote Wim Factory solutions in China’s big industrial districts which are building smart cities. The final goal is to promote Wim Factory to many fields including the manufacturing industry.”
