㈜그린루프가 중소벤처기업부의 기술 창업 지원 프로그램 팁스(TIPS)에 최종 선정됐다.
중소벤처기업부가 주관하는 팁스(TIPS) 프로그램은 우수한 기술을 가진 스타트업을 민간에서 발굴하고 정부와 협력하여 육성하는 제도이다. 민간 투자사가 스타트업을 발굴하여 투자하면, 중소벤처기업부가 연구개발(R&D)자금을 지원하는 형태로, 민간의 초기 투자에 이어 정부가 후속 지원을 제공하는 구조로 운영된다. 선정된 기업은 향후 2년간 최대 5억 원의 연구개발자금과 2억 원의 창업 사업화 및 마케팅 자금을 지원받을 수 있다.
그린루프는 스타트업 투자 전문 액셀러레이터이자 팁스 운영사인 씨엔티테크의 추천을 통해 선정되어, 향후 2년간 최대 7억원의 연구개발 자금 및 사업화와 마케팅 자금을 지원받는다.
대한민국은 세계 5위의 의류폐기물 배출 국가로 매년 약 9,200만톤의 의류폐기물이 발생하고 있지만, 기존 아날로그 시스템으로 인해 폐기물 배출량, 수거량, 자원 순환량 등 정확한 데이터를 확보할 수 없어 다양한 사회문제를 야기시키고, 중고 의류 재판매 시장의 성장을 저해하고 있다.
이에 그린루프는 의류 배출 단계부터 수집, 운반, 분류, 재사용, 업사이클링을 하나의 체계로 만들어 운영함으로써 수익성을 확보하고, 디지털 전환을 추진하는 그린루프 OS(운영체제)를 개발 운영 중이다.
그린루프 한강진 대표는 “현재 그린루프는 세종시를 거점으로 국토교통부 주관 스마트시티 국가시범도시 혁신서비스 모델 검증 사업에 참여 중이다. 이번 팁스 선정을 통해 받는 지원금으로 더 많은 지자체 및 대기업과의 협업 사례를 만들수 있을 것 같아 기대된다. 더 나아가서는 해외 스마트시티에도 도입할 수 있도록 해외 사업모델 수출을 추진할 예정이다”며, “수거, 분류, 판매, 업사이클링으로 이어지는 전 과정을 디지털화하여 데이터를 확보한 후 개인 탄소대배출권 거래 시장으로까지 진출하고자한다” 고 포부를 밝혔다.

Green Roof Selected as a "Tips" by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups
Green Loop Co., Ltd. was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' technology startup support program TIPS.
The TIPS program, hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, identifies startups with outstanding technologies and collaborates with the government to nurture them. Private investors identify and invest in startups, and the Ministry provides research and development (R&D) funding. The program operates under a structure where the government provides follow-up support following the initial private investment. Selected companies can receive up to 500 million won in R&D funding and 200 million won in startup commercialization and marketing funding over the next two years.
Green Loop was selected through the recommendation of CNT Tech, a startup investment accelerator and TIPS operator, and will receive up to 700 million won in research and development funding, as well as commercialization and marketing funds, over the next two years.
South Korea is the world's fifth-largest producer of clothing waste, generating approximately 92 million tons of clothing waste annually. However, the existing analog system prevents accurate data on waste discharge, collection volume, and resource circulation, leading to various social problems and hindering the growth of the used clothing resale market.
Accordingly, Greenloop is developing and operating the Greenloop OS (operating system) that secures profitability and promotes digital transformation by operating a single system that collects, transports, classifies, reuses, and upcycles clothing from the discharge stage.
Green Loop CEO Han Kang-jin stated, "Green Loop is currently participating in the Smart City National Pilot City Innovation Service Model Verification Project, hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, based in Sejong City. We anticipate that the funding we receive through this TIPS selection will enable us to create more collaborative cases with local governments and large corporations. Furthermore, we plan to export our business model overseas so that it can be adopted in smart cities overseas." He added, "We aim to digitalize the entire process from collection, sorting, sales, and upcycling, secure data, and then enter the individual carbon emissions trading market."

(株)グリーンループが中小ベンチャー企業部の技術創業支援プログラムティップス(TIPS)に最終選定された。

グリーンループは衣類排出段階から収集、運搬、分類、再使用、アップサイクリングを一つの体系にして運営することで収益性を確保し、デジタル転換を推進するグリーンループOS（オペレーティングシステム）を開発運営中だ。
グリーンループハンガンジン代表は「現在、グリーンループは世宗市を拠点に国土交通部主管スマートシティ国家試験都市革新サービスモデル検証事業に参加中だ。今回のチップス選定を通じて受ける支援金で、より多くの自治体および大企業との協業事例を作ることができると予想される。輸出を推進する予定だ」とし、「収集、分類、販売、アップサイクリングにつながる全過程をデジタル化してデータを確保した後、個人炭素大排出権取引市場にまで進出したい」と抱負を明らかにした。

La société Green Loop Co., Ltd. a été sélectionnée pour le programme TIPS (Technology Startup Support Program) du ministère des PME et des Startups.
Le programme TIPS, piloté par le ministère des PME et des Start-ups, repère les startups aux technologies prometteuses et collabore avec le gouvernement pour les accompagner. Des investisseurs privés identifient et investissent dans ces startups, tandis que le ministère finance la recherche et le développement (R&D). Le programme fonctionne selon un modèle où le gouvernement assure un suivi après l'investissement privé initial. Les entreprises sélectionnées peuvent recevoir jusqu'à 500 millions de wons pour la R&D et 200 millions de wons pour la commercialisation et le marketing sur les deux prochaines années.
Green Loop a été sélectionnée sur recommandation de CNT Tech, un accélérateur d'investissement pour startups et opérateur de TIPS, et recevra jusqu'à 700 millions de wons en financement de recherche et développement, ainsi qu'en fonds de commercialisation et de marketing, au cours des deux prochaines années.
La Corée du Sud est le cinquième plus grand producteur mondial de déchets textiles, avec environ 92 millions de tonnes générées chaque année. Cependant, le système analogique actuel ne permet pas d'obtenir des données précises sur les rejets, les volumes collectés et la gestion des ressources, ce qui engendre divers problèmes sociaux et freine le développement du marché de la revente de vêtements d'occasion.
En conséquence, Greenloop développe et exploite le Greenloop OS (système d'exploitation) qui garantit la rentabilité et favorise la transformation numérique en exploitant un système unique qui collecte, transporte, classe, réutilise et valorise les vêtements dès leur mise au rebut.
Han Kang-jin, PDG de Green Loop, a déclaré : « Green Loop participe actuellement au projet pilote national de vérification des modèles de services innovants pour les villes intelligentes, mené par le ministère du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports, à Sejong. Nous espérons que le financement obtenu grâce à cette sélection TIPS nous permettra de développer davantage de collaborations avec les collectivités locales et les grandes entreprises. De plus, nous prévoyons d'exporter notre modèle économique à l'étranger afin qu'il puisse être adopté par d'autres villes intelligentes. » Il a ajouté : « Notre objectif est de numériser l'ensemble du processus, de la collecte au tri, en passant par la vente et le recyclage, de sécuriser les données, puis d'accéder au marché individuel des quotas d'émission de carbone. »
