스마트 의류 수거 솔루션 스타트업 그린루프(대표 한강진)는 오는 2025년 7월 30일부터 8월 2일까지 서울 코엑스에서 개최되는 ‘공동주택·집합건물 관리산업전’에 참가한다고 밝혔다.
이번 전시는 전국 아파트 입주자대표회의연합회, 주택관리사, 관리소장, 위탁관리업체 등 공동주택 및 건물 관리 분야의 실무자들이 대거 참여하는 국내 최대 규모의 공동주택·시설관리 전문 행사다.
그린루프는 전시 기간 동안 B홀 B732 부스에서 IoT 기반 의류 수거함과 통합 중앙 관제 시스템, 사용자 리워드 앱 ‘페이옷(Payiot)’이 연계된 스마트 순환 시스템을 선보일 예정이다. 기존 단순 수거 방식에서 진화한 이 시스템은 입주민의 자발적 참여를 유도하고, 수거·관리의 효율성을 높이는 것이 특징이다.
또한 전시에서는 공동주택 운영 현장에서 실제 적용 가능한 운영 사례를 중심으로 효율적인 자원 관리 방안이 소개될 예정이다. 이에 따라 입주자대표회의, 관리사무소 등 현장 실무자들의 관심이 집중될 것으로 기대된다.
그린루프의 기술은 ‘친환경 및 ESG 설비’, ‘스마트 관리 기술’, ‘조경 및 커뮤니티’ 등 이번 전시회의 주요 주제와도 밀접한 연관이 있다. 회사는 공동주택 내 자원 순환 시스템을 체계화해 환경 부담을 줄이고, 입주민이 직접 참여할 수 있는 ESG 실천 모델을 구현하고 있다.
한강진 대표는 “이번 전시를 통해 아파트 단지와 집합건물에 특화된 스마트 자원관리 솔루션의 실효성을 직접 선보일 계획”이라며 “입주민 참여 확대, 불법 투기 방지, ESG 실천 등 다양한 측면에서 체감할 수 있는 효과를 확인할 수 있을 것”이라고 말했다.

Green Roof Participates in the Apartment/Building Management Industry Exhibition
Smart clothing collection solution startup Green Loop (CEO Kangjin Han) announced that it will participate in the 'Apartment/Building Management Industry Exhibition' held at COEX in Seoul from July 30 to August 2, 2025.
This exhibition is the largest professional event for apartment complex and facility management in Korea, with a large number of participants from the National Apartment Tenants' Representative Council, housing managers, management office directors, and contract management companies.
During the exhibition, Greenroof will showcase a smart recycling system at booth B732 in Hall B, which integrates an IoT-based clothing collection box, an integrated central control system, and the user rewards app "Payiot." This system, an evolution of traditional, simple collection methods, encourages voluntary participation from residents and enhances the efficiency of collection and management.
The exhibition will also showcase effective resource management strategies, focusing on practical operational examples applicable to apartment complex operations. Green Roof participe au salon de l'industrie de la gestion des appartements et des immeubles
La startup de solutions de collecte de vêtements intelligents Green Loop (PDG Kangjin Han) a annoncé qu'elle participerait au « Salon de l'industrie de la gestion des appartements/immeubles » qui se tiendra au COEX à Séoul du 30 juillet au 2 août 2025.
Cette exposition est le plus grand événement professionnel pour la gestion de complexes d'appartements et d'installations en Corée, avec un grand nombre de participants du Conseil national des représentants des locataires d'appartements, des gestionnaires de logements, des directeurs de bureaux de gestion et des sociétés de gestion de contrats.
Lors du salon, Greenroof présentera un système de recyclage intelligent sur le stand B732 du hall B.
