스마트팩토리 및 자율제조 솔루션 전문기업 엠아이큐브솔루션(대표이사 박문원, 조영택)은 산업통상자원부가 추진하고 한국산업기술기획평가원(KEIT)이 주관하는 ‘AI 팩토리 전문기업’에 선정됐다고 19일 밝혔다.
‘AI 팩토리 전문기업’ 선정 사업은 AI 기반의 자율제조 전문기업을 발굴, 육성해 AI 자율제조 생태계를 조성하고자 마련된 정부 주도 프로젝트다. 제조 현장에 AI 기술, 로봇, 스마트 장비를 적용해 생산성 향상 및 공정 자율화를 실현하는 것이 핵심이다.
엠아이큐브솔루션은 자체 개발한 제조 특화 AI 솔루션 보유 기업으로 제조 공정의 생산성, 품질, 효율성 등을 향상시키기 위한 소프트웨어와 알고리즘, 플랫폼을 설계 및 개발하고 있으며, 이러한 기술력을 인정받아 ‘AI 솔루션 기업’ 부문에 선정됐다.
품질예측, 이상탐지, 예지보전, 공정최적화 등 제조 현장에 특화한 주요 AI 서비스를 개별 애플리케이션으로 재구성한 ‘MICUBE.AI’ 솔루션을 제공하고 있다. AI 모델링과 서비스 개발 및 운영을 지원하는 ‘Low-code MLOps(Machine Learning Operations)’ 플랫폼 ‘SmartAI’ 솔루션도 자체 개발해 공급 중이다.
