자율주행 소프트웨어 스타트업 라이드플럭스가 제주특별자치도, 제주특별자치도개발공사, 제주로지스틱스와 함께 ‘제주삼다수 유상 자율주행 화물운송 실증사업’을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 21일 밝혔다.
제주도청에서 열린 협약식에는 박중희 라이드플럭스 대표, 오영훈 제주특별자치도지사, 백경훈 제주특별자치도개발공사 사장, 조화현 제주로지스틱스 대표 등 관계자들이 참석했다. 이번 협약은 제주 지역 내 자율주행 기반 화물운송 산업 육성 및 실증, 시범 운행, 사업화 기반 마련을 목표로 한다.
협약 당사자들은 운송 노선 선정, 안전성 검증, 시스템 연계 등 각자의 역할을 수행하며 상호 협력 체계를 구축할 계획이다. 특히 제조사인 제주개발공사와 자율주행 전문기업 라이드플럭스가 직접 협업함으로써 미들마일 자율주행 화물운송을 실현하고, 기존 다단계 운송 구조를 혁신하는 데 의미가 있다. 이를 통해 제조사는 운송 비용 절감과 인력 부족 문제 해소를 기대하고 있다.
라이드플럭스는 이번 실증에 맥쎈 25톤 자율주행 화물트럭 1대를 투입해, 제주삼다수 본사 공장에서 회천물류센터까지 약 15.7km 구간을 하루 1회 편도 운행한다. 실증 구간에는 신호 교차로, 비보호 좌회전 등 복잡한 도심 일반도로가 포함돼 고속도로 중심이던 대형 자율주행 트럭 운행 범위를 확대하는 기술 검증이 이루어질 예정이다.
라이드플럭스는 앞서 군산~전주 구간 25톤 자율주행 트럭 실증과 고속도로 시범운행지구 MOU 체결 등을 통해 기술력을 검증한 바 있으며, 이번 제주 실증을 통해 미들마일 유상 화물운송 상용화 기반을 마련한다는 계획이다.
박중희 라이드플럭스 대표는 “제주삼다수 실증사업은 미들마일 화물운송 시장에서 자율주행 기술 상용화를 앞당기는 중요한 계기”라며 “안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 자율주행 화물운송 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Rideflux Signs Business Agreement with Jeju Logistics
Rideflux, a self-driving software startup, announced on the 21st that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Development Corporation, and Jeju Logistics for the 'Jeju Samdasoo Paid Self-Driving Cargo Transport Demonstration Project.'
The signing ceremony, held at Jeju Provincial Office, was attended by officials including Park Jung-hee, CEO of Rideflux; Oh Young-hoon, Governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province; Baek Gyeong-hoon, President of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Development Corporation; and Jo Hwa-hyun, CEO of Jeju Logistics. This agreement aims to foster and demonstrate the autonomous vehicle-based cargo transport industry in Jeju, establishing a foundation for pilot operations and commercialization.
The parties to the agreement plan to establish a cooperative system, each performing their respective roles, including route selection, safety verification, and system integration. In particular, the direct collaboration between the manufacturer, Jeju Development Corporation, and the autonomous driving specialist Rideflux will be significant in realizing middle-mile autonomous cargo transport and revolutionizing the existing multi-level transport structure. Through this, the manufacturer hopes to reduce transportation costs and address labor shortages.
For this demonstration, Rideflux will deploy a 25-ton Maxen autonomous cargo truck, operating a one-way trip daily from the Jeju Samdasoo headquarters to the Hoecheon Logistics Center, a distance of approximately 15.7 km. The demonstration route will include complex urban roads with signalized intersections and unprotected left turns, expanding the operational range of large autonomous trucks, which has traditionally been limited to highways.
Rideflux has previously proven its technological prowess through demonstrations of 25-ton autonomous trucks on the Gunsan-Jeonju section and the signing of an MOU for a highway pilot operation zone. Through this Jeju demonstration, Rideflux plans to lay the foundation for commercialization of middle-mile paid freight transport.
Park Jung-hee, CEO of Rideflux, said, “The Jeju Samdasoo demonstration project is an important opportunity to advance the commercialization of autonomous driving technology in the middle-mile freight transport market,” and added, “We will do our best to provide a safe and reliable autonomous driving freight transport service.”

自律走行ソフトウェアスタートアップライドフラックスが済州特別自治道、済州特別自治道開発公社、済州ロジスティックスと共に「済州三多水有償自律走行貨物輸送実証事業」のための業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと２１日明らかにした。
済州道庁で開かれた協約式には、パク・ジュニライドフラックス代表、オ・ヨンフン済州特別自治道知事、ペク・ギョンフン済州特別自治道開発公社社長、チョ・ファヒョン済州ロジスティックス代表など関係者が参加した。今回の条約は済州地域内の自律走行基盤貨物輸送産業の育成及び実証、パイロット運行、事業化基盤の整備を目指す。
条約当事者は、輸送路線の選定、安全性検証、システム連携など、それぞれの役割を果たし、相互協力体系を構築する計画だ。特に製造会社である済州開発公社と自律走行専門企業ライドフラックスが直接コラボレーションすることでミドルマイル自律走行貨物輸送を実現し、既存の多段階輸送構造を革新することに意味がある。これにより、メーカーは輸送コストの削減と人材不足の問題の解消を期待している。
ライドフラックスは今回の実証に最大25トンの自律走行貨物トラック1台を投入し、済州三多水本社工場から回川物流センターまで約15.7km区間を1日1回片道運行する。実証区間には信号交差路、非保護左折など複雑な都心一般道路が含まれ、高速道路中心だった大型自律走行トラックの運行範囲を拡大する技術検証が行われる予定だ。
ライドフラックスは、先に群山～全州区間25トンの自律走行トラック実証と高速道路のパイロット運行地区MOU締結などを通じて技術力を検証したところ、今回の済州実証を通じてミドルマイル有償貨物輸送の商用化基盤を設ける計画だ。
パク・ジュニライドフラックス代表は「済州三多数実証事業はミドルマイル貨物輸送市場で自律走行技術の商用化を早める重要なきっかけ」とし「安全で信頼できる自律走行貨物輸送サービスを提供するために最善を尽くする」と明らかにした。

Rideflux, une start-up spécialisée dans les logiciels de conduite autonome, a annoncé le 21 avoir signé un protocole d'accord avec la province autonome spéciale de Jeju, la société de développement de la province autonome spéciale de Jeju et Jeju Logistics pour le « projet de démonstration de transport de marchandises autonome payant Jeju Samdasoo ».
La cérémonie de signature, qui s'est tenue au siège de la province de Jeju, a réuni plusieurs personnalités, dont Park Jung-hee, PDG de Rideflux ; Oh Young-hoon, gouverneur de la province autonome spéciale de Jeju ; Baek Gyeong-hoon, président de la Société de développement de la province autonome spéciale de Jeju ; et Jo Hwa-hyun, PDG de Jeju Logistics. Cet accord vise à promouvoir et à développer le transport de marchandises par véhicules autonomes à Jeju, jetant ainsi les bases d'opérations pilotes et d'une commercialisation.

En particulier, la collaboration directe entre le constructeur, Jeju Development Corporation, et Rideflux, spécialiste de la conduite autonome, sera déterminante pour la réalisation du transport autonome de marchandises sur les moyennes distances et la transformation radicale de la structure de transport multiniveaux actuelle. Le constructeur espère ainsi réduire les coûts de transport et pallier la pénurie de main-d'œuvre.
Pour cette démonstration, Rideflux déploiera un camion cargo autonome Maxen de 25 tonnes, effectuant quotidiennement un trajet aller simple entre le siège social de Jeju Samdasoo et le centre logistique de Hoecheon, soit une distance d'environ 15,7 km. Le parcours de démonstration empruntera des routes urbaines complexes avec des intersections à feux et des virages à gauche non protégés, élargissant ainsi le rayon d'action des gros camions autonomes, traditionnellement limité aux autoroutes.
Rideflux a déjà démontré son savoir-faire technologique en réalisant des démonstrations de camions autonomes de 25 tonnes sur le tronçon Gunsan-Jeonju et en signant un protocole d'accord pour une zone pilote d'exploitation autoroutière. Grâce à cette démonstration à Jeonju, Rideflux entend jeter les bases de la commercialisation du transport de marchandises payant sur les moyennes distances.
Park Jung-hee, PDG de Rideflux, a déclaré : « Le projet de démonstration Jeju Samdasoo est une opportunité importante pour faire progresser la commercialisation de la technologie de conduite autonome sur le marché du transport de marchandises sur le moyen kilomètre », et a ajouté : « Nous ferons de notre mieux pour fournir un service de transport de marchandises autonome sûr et fiable. »
