AI 스마트 공간 솔루션 기업 알리콘(대표 조민희)과 AIoT 전문기업 아카라라이프(공동대표 김현철, 이상헌)는 21일 스마트 공간 운영 솔루션의 공동 개발과 글로벌 사업 확대를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양사의 기술과 역량을 결합해 B2B(기업 대상) 스마트 공간 서비스 시장을 확대하고, 고객에게 통합적이고 고품질의 솔루션을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
협력 내용에 따르면, 아카라라이프의 안정적인 디바이스 연결 기술과 데이터 연동 API가 알리콘의 AI 기반 스마트 공간 운영 솔루션과 결합되어, 대규모 디바이스를 단일 화면에서 실시간으로 통합 관리·제어할 수 있다. 또한, 결제 등 고객 핵심 시스템을 포함한 공간 운영 전반을 AI가 수행하는 형태로 제공된다.
양사는 우선 PoC(파일럿 프로젝트)를 통해 솔루션 운영 효율성을 검증하고, 이를 기반으로 실제 현장 적용이 가능한 고도화된 AIoT 솔루션을 개발할 계획이다.
협력 분야는 IoT 연구·개발, 솔루션 공동 개발, 공동 협의체 구성, 판매 확대를 위한 영업 지원 등으로 다양하며, 스마트 오피스와 스마트 빌딩 등 상업 및 업무 공간에 AIoT 솔루션을 신속하고 안정적으로 도입해 운영 효율성과 사용자 경험을 개선할 것으로 기대된다.
아카라라이프 이상헌 공동대표는 “양사의 기술이 결합해 최첨단 스마트 공간 솔루션을 제공할 수 있을 것”이라며 “사업 영역 확장과 운영 효율 향상을 위한 혁신 모델을 제시하겠다”고 말했다.

Alicon Signs Business Agreement with Akara Life
AI smart space solution company Alicon (CEO Minhee Cho) and AIoT specialized company Akaralife (Co-CEOs Hyuncheol Kim and Sangheon Lee) announced on the 21st that they signed a business agreement (MOU) for joint development of smart space operation solutions and global business expansion.
This agreement aims to expand the B2B smart space service market by combining the technologies and capabilities of both companies and provide integrated, high-quality solutions to customers.
According to the collaboration, Akaralife's stable device connection technology and data linking API will be combined with Alicorn's AI-based smart space operation solution, enabling real-time, integrated management and control of large-scale devices from a single screen. Furthermore, AI will be used to manage all aspects of space operations, including core customer systems like payment.
The two companies plan to first verify the operational efficiency of the solution through a PoC (pilot project) and, based on this, develop an advanced AIoT solution that can be applied in actual fields.
The areas of cooperation are diverse, including IoT research and development, joint solution development, joint consultative body formation, and sales support for sales expansion. It is expected that AIoT solutions will be introduced quickly and reliably in commercial and work spaces, such as smart offices and smart buildings, to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Akaralife Co-CEO Lee Sang-heon said, “The technologies of both companies will be combined to provide cutting-edge smart space solutions,” and added, “We will present an innovative model for expanding our business areas and improving operational efficiency.”

Alicon signe un accord commercial avec Akara Life
La société Alicon (PDG Minhee Cho), spécialisée dans les solutions d'IA pour les espaces intelligents, et Akaralife (co-PDG Hyuncheol Kim et Sangheon Lee), spécialisée dans l'IAoT, ont annoncé le 21 avoir signé un accord commercial (protocole d'entente) pour le développement conjoint de solutions d'exploitation d'espaces intelligents et l'expansion de leurs activités à l'échelle mondiale.
