환기가전 전문기업 힘펠(대표 김정환)은 8월 22일, 유엔글로벌콤팩트(UNGC, UN Global Compact)에 가입했다고 밝혔다.
UNGC는 2000년 유엔이 설립한 세계 최대 규모의 지속가능 경영 자율협약으로, 인권·노동·환경·반부패 등 4대 분야 10대 원칙 준수와 유엔이 제시한 지속가능개발목표(SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals) 참여를 권장한다. 현재 전 세계 167개국에서 약 2만5,000여 개의 기업 및 기관이 가입해 있으며, 국내에서도 300여 개의 대기업, 중견기업, 공공기관 등이 동참하고 있다.
힘펠의 이번 가입은 ESG(환경·사회·지배구조) 경영 강화 및 글로벌 지속가능 경영 실천의 일환이다. 회사는 UNGC의 10대 원칙과 SDGs를 경영 활동 전반에 반영하고, 국제 기준에 부합하는 체계적인 ESG 경영 시스템을 구축할 계획이다.
김정환 힘펠 대표는 “이번 가입을 통해 환기가전 업계에서 ESG 경영을 본격적으로 추진하고 글로벌 기준에 맞는 경쟁력 강화를 도모할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Himpel joins the UN Global Compact, strengthening ESG management.
Himpel (CEO Kim Jeong-hwan), a ventilation appliance specialist, announced on August 22 that it has joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).
Established by the United Nations in 2000, the UNGC is the world's largest voluntary agreement on sustainable management. It encourages adherence to ten principles in four key areas—human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption—and participation in the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Currently, approximately 25,000 companies and organizations from 167 countries have joined the UNGC, and approximately 300 large corporations, mid-sized companies, and public institutions in Korea have also joined.
Himpel's recent membership is part of its commitment to strengthening its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management and implementing global sustainable management practices. The company plans to incorporate the UNGC's Ten Principles and the SDGs into all of its business activities and establish a systematic ESG management system that meets international standards.
Kim Jeong-hwan, CEO of Himpel, said, “Through this membership, we will actively pursue ESG management in the ventilation appliance industry and strive to strengthen our competitiveness in line with global standards.”

換気が前専門企業のヒムフェル（代表キム・ジョンファン）は８月２２日、国連グローバルコンパクト（ＵＮＧＣ、ＵＮ Global Compact）に加入したと明らかにした。
UNGCは、2000年に国連が設立した世界最大規模の持続可能経営自律協約で、人権・労働・環境・反腐敗など4大分野10大原則の遵守と国連が提示した持続可能開発目標（SDGs、Sustainable Development Goals）参加を推奨する。現在、全世界167カ国で約2万5,000以上の企業や機関が加入しており、国内でも300以上の大企業、中堅企業、公共機関などが参加している。
ヒンフェルの今回の加入は、ESG（環境・社会・支配構造）経営強化及びグローバル持続可能経営実践の一環だ。同社はUNGCの10大原則とSDGsを経営活動全般に反映し、国際基準に適合する体系的なESG経営システムを構築する計画だ。
キム・ジョンファン・ヒムフェル代表は「今回の加入を通じて換気が全業界でESG経営を本格的に推進し、グローバル基準に合う競争力強化を図る」と明らかにした。

通风设备专业公司Himpel（代表金正焕）于8月22日宣布加入联合国全球契约（UNGC）。
联合国全球契约（UNGC）由联合国于2000年创立，是全球最大的可持续管理自愿协议。该协议鼓励企业遵守人权、劳工、环境和反腐败四大关键领域的十项原则，并参与联合国可持续发展目标（SDG）。目前，已有来自167个国家的约2.5万家企业和组织加入了UNGC，韩国约有300家大型企业、中型企业和公共机构加入了该协议。
Himpel 近期加入该组织，体现了其加强 ESG（环境、社会和治理）管理以及实施全球可持续管理实践的承诺。公司计划将联合国全球契约十项原则和可持续发展目标 (SDG) 纳入其所有业务活动，并建立符合国际标准的系统性 ESG 管理体系。

Himpel (PDG Kim Jeong-hwan), spécialiste des appareils de ventilation, a annoncé le 22 août avoir rejoint le Pacte mondial des Nations Unies (UNGC).
Créé par les Nations Unies en 2000, le Pacte mondial des Nations Unies est le plus grand accord volontaire au monde en matière de gestion durable. Il encourage l'adhésion à dix principes dans quatre domaines clés – droits de l'homme, travail, environnement et lutte contre la corruption – et la participation aux Objectifs de développement durable (ODD) des Nations Unies. Actuellement, environ 25 000 entreprises et organisations de 167 pays ont adhéré au Pacte, et environ 300 grandes entreprises, entreprises de taille moyenne et institutions publiques coréennes l'ont également rejoint.
L'adhésion récente d'Himpel s'inscrit dans le cadre de son engagement à renforcer sa gestion ESG (Environnement, Social et Gouvernance) et à mettre en œuvre des pratiques de gestion durable à l'échelle mondiale. L'entreprise prévoit d'intégrer les dix principes du Pacte mondial des Nations Unies et les ODD à l'ensemble de ses activités et de mettre en place un système de gestion ESG systématique, conforme aux normes internationales.
