재단법인 경기창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김원경, 이하 경기혁신센터)는 28일 성남시 판교 창업존에서 ‘스타트업 815 IR-KB유니콘클럽’을 진행했다고 밝혔다.
‘스타트업 815 IR’은 매주 목요일 판교 창업존에서 열리는 정례 투자유치 프로그램으로, 경기혁신센터가 주관해 유망 스타트업과 투자자를 연결하는 역할을 한다. 이번 행사는 경기혁신센터와 KB국민은행이 공동 운영하는 ‘KB유니콘클럽’ 사업의 일환으로 진행됐다.
‘KB유니콘클럽’은 2021년부터 신산업 분야 유망 초기 스타트업을 발굴하고, 전주기 성장 지원 체계를 통해 스케일업을 돕는 프로그램이다.
이번 IR에는 KB유니콘클럽 5기 참여기업 4개사가 참여해 각사의 혁신 기술과 성장 전략을 발표했다. 발표 기업은 위액을 활용한 위암 조기진단 키트를 개발하는 ‘캔서브레이커’, OLED 디스플레이용 고열전도 그라파이트 기반 첨단 방열소재를 개발하는 ‘유비랩’, AI·IoT 기반 Full Color LCD 전자선반라벨(ESL) 디지털 라벨링 솔루션을 개발한 ‘시리너스’, LLM 기반 AI로 반도체 공정 수율을 개선하는 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 운영하는 ‘세미에이아이’다.
심사에는 고려대학교 기술지주회사, 넥스트웨이브파트너스, 다날투자파트너스, 스틱벤처스, 비디씨액셀러레이터, 에스아이디파트너스, 투잇인베스트먼트 등 7개 투자기관이 참여해 스타트업의 기술력, 시장성, 투자 가능성을 평가했다.
행사 종료 후에는 투자자와 스타트업 간 네트워킹 시간이 마련돼 잠재 협력과 후속 투자 논의가 이뤄졌다. 경기혁신센터는 후속 심층 미팅(Closed IR)을 추가 지원해 실질적인 투자 연결을 추진할 계획이다.
경기혁신센터 관계자는 “KB유니콘클럽은 참여 기업의 사업 분야와 성장 속도에 맞춘 맞춤형 프로그램을 운영하고 있으며, 이번 815 IR은 스타트업 투자 유치에 최적화된 지원으로 실질적 성과 창출을 목표로 기획됐다”며 “앞으로도 유망 창업 기업의 스케일업과 지속 가능한 투자 생태계 조성에 힘쓸 것”이라고 말했다.

The Gyeonggi Innovation Center is hosting the "Startup 815 IR-KB Unicorn Club."
The Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Won-kyung Kim, hereinafter referred to as the Gyeonggi Innovation Center) announced that it held the 'Startup 815 IR-KB Unicorn Club' at the Pangyo Startup Zone in Seongnam City on the 28th.
"Startup 815 IR" is a regular investment attraction program held every Thursday at the Pangyo Startup Zone. Hosted by the Gyeonggi Innovation Center, it connects promising startups with investors. This event was part of the "KB Unicorn Club" program, jointly operated by the Gyeonggi Innovation Center and KB Kookmin Bank.
The 'KB Unicorn Club' is a program that will discover promising startups in new industries starting in 2021 and help them scale up through a full-cycle growth support system.
Four companies from the 5th KB Unicorn Club participated in this IR and presented their innovative technologies and growth strategies. The presenting companies are Cancerbreaker, which develops an early gastric cancer diagnosis kit using gastric juice; UbiLab, which develops advanced heat-dissipating materials based on high-heat conductive graphite for OLED displays; Sirinus, which developed an AI/IoT-based full-color LCD electronic shelf label (ESL) digital labeling solution; and SemiAI, which operates a software platform that improves semiconductor process yields using LLM-based AI.
Seven investment institutions, including Korea University Technology Holdings, Next Wave Partners, Danal Investment Partners, Stick Ventures, BDC Accelerator, SID Partners, and Twit Investment, participated in the evaluation to evaluate the startups' technological prowess, marketability, and investment potential.
After the event, a networking session was held between investors and startups to discuss potential collaborations and follow-up investments. The Gyeonggi Innovation Center plans to support additional follow-up in-depth meetings (Closed IR) to drive tangible investment connections.
An official from the Gyeonggi Innovation Center said, “KB Unicorn Club operates customized programs tailored to the business fields and growth rates of participating companies, and this 815 IR was planned with the goal of creating tangible results with support optimized for attracting startup investment.” He added, “We will continue to work to help promising startups scale up and create a sustainable investment ecosystem.”

今回のIRにはKBユニコーンクラブ5期参加企業4社が参加し、各社のイノベーション技術と成長戦略を発表した。発表企業は胃液を活用した胃がん早期診断キットを開発する「カンサーブレーカー」、OLEDディスプレイ用高熱伝導グラファイトベースの先端放熱素材を開発する「ユビラップ」、AI・IoTベースのFull Color LCD電子棚札（ESL）デジタルラベリングソリューションを開発した「シリナス」、LLM 「セミエイアイ」だ。
審査には高麗大学技術持株会社、ネクストウェーブパートナーズ、ダナール投資パートナーズ、スティックベンチャーズ、ビディーシーアクセラレーター、エスアイディーパートナス、ツイートインベストメントなど7つの投資機関が参加してスタートアップの技術力、市場性、投資可能性を評価した。
イベント終了後は投資家とスタートアップ間のネットワーキング時間が設けられ、潜在協力とその後の投資議論がなされた。京畿イノベーションセンターは後続の深層ミーティング（Closed IR）を追加支援して実質的な投資連結を推進する計画だ。
京畿イノベーションセンター関係者は「KBユニコーンクラブは参加企業の事業分野と成長速度に合わせたオーダーメード型プログラムを運営しており、今回の815 IRはスタートアップ投資誘致に最適化された支援で実質成果創出を目標に企画された」とし「今後も有望創業企業のスケールアップと持続可能な投資生態系の造成に努めるだろう」。

京畿道创意经济创新中心（CEO：金元京，以下简称京畿道创新中心）宣布，于28日在城南市板桥创业区举办了“Startup 815 IR-KB 独角兽俱乐部”。
“Startup 815 IR”是由京畿创新中心主办、每周四在板桥创业区举行的定期投资招商引资活动，旨在为有潜力的初创企业对接投资者。本次活动是京畿创新中心与KB国民银行联合运营的“KB独角兽俱乐部”项目的一部分。
“KB 独角兽俱乐部”是一个旨在发掘新兴行业中具有发展潜力的初创企业的项目，该项目将于 2021 年启动，并通过全周期增长支持体系帮助它们扩大规模。

Le Centre Gyeonggi pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (PDG Won-kyung Kim, ci-après dénommé le Centre d'innovation Gyeonggi) a annoncé qu'il avait organisé le « Startup 815 IR-KB Unicorn Club » dans la zone de startups de Pangyo à Seongnam City le 28.
« Startup 815 IR » est un programme régulier de levée de fonds organisé tous les jeudis à la zone de startups de Pangyo. Animé par le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi, il met en relation des startups prometteuses et des investisseurs. Cet événement s'inscrivait dans le cadre du programme « KB Unicorn Club », mené conjointement par le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi et la banque KB Kookmin.
Le « KB Unicorn Club » est un programme qui, dès 2021, vise à identifier des startups prometteuses dans de nouveaux secteurs d'activité et à les aider à se développer grâce à un système d'accompagnement complet.
Quatre entreprises du 5e KB Unicorn Club ont participé à cette réunion d'information et ont présenté leurs technologies innovantes et leurs stratégies de croissance. Il s'agit de Cancerbreaker, qui développe un kit de diagnostic précoce du cancer de l'estomac à partir de suc gastrique ; UbiLab, qui développe des matériaux dissipateurs de chaleur avancés à base de graphite à haute conductivité thermique pour écrans OLED ; Sirinus, qui a développé une solution d'étiquetage électronique couleur LCD (ESL) basée sur l'IA et l'IoT ; et SemiAI, qui exploite une plateforme logicielle améliorant les rendements des procédés de fabrication de semi-conducteurs grâce à une IA basée sur la technologie LLM.
Sept institutions d'investissement, dont Korea University Technology Holdings, Next Wave Partners, Danal Investment Partners, Stick Ventures, BDC Accelerator, SID Partners et Twit Investment, ont participé à l'évaluation afin d'évaluer les prouesses technologiques, la commercialisation et le potentiel d'investissement des startups.
À l'issue de l'événement, une séance de réseautage a permis aux investisseurs et aux startups d'échanger sur d'éventuelles collaborations et de futurs investissements. Le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi prévoit d'organiser des rencontres approfondies (relations investisseurs fermées) afin de faciliter la mise en place de partenariats d'investissement concrets.
Un responsable du Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi a déclaré : « KB Unicorn Club propose des programmes sur mesure adaptés aux secteurs d'activité et aux taux de croissance des entreprises participantes. Ce programme 815 IR a été conçu dans le but de produire des résultats concrets grâce à un soutien optimisé pour attirer les investissements des jeunes pousses. » Il a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à œuvrer pour aider les jeunes pousses prometteuses à se développer et à créer un écosystème d'investissement durable. »
