기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 8일(월) 경인여자대학교(총장 육동인, 이하 ‘경인여대’)와 경인여대 20주년기념관에서 ‘산학 공동 R&D 협력 지원을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 기술이전 수요가 있는 중소기업을 발굴해 우수기술을 보유한 대학과 연계함으로써 중소기업의 기술혁신을 촉진하고 지속 성장기반을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.
협약에 따라 양 기관은 ▲인천지역 중소기업의 기술수요 발굴 및 대응 체계 구축 ▲수요 기반의 맞춤형 지원 프로그램 공동 기획·운영 ▲보유 자원의 연계 및 기술정보 제공 등을 통해 중소기업이 필요로 하는 기술을 원활히 도입할 수 있도록 협력할 계획이다.
또한 양 기관은 협력 네트워크를 토대로 연구개발을 희망하는 기업에 전문 연구진을 연계하고, 정부 R&D과제 신청 등 행정적 지원을 함께 추진해 기업의 연구개발 역량 강화를 뒷받침할 계획이다.
이번 협약은 개방형 기술혁신(Open Innovation) 기반의 산학협력 생태계 조성을 목표로 하고 있으며, 기술 기반 중소기업의 지속 가능한 성장을 촉진할 것으로 기대된다.
천창호 기보 이사는 “이번 협약을 통해 지역 혁신기업을 위한 산학연 협력 기반의 기술혁신 생태계를 구축할 수 있게 됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 유관기관과의 전략적 협력을 확대해 중소기업이 R&D를 주도하고 지속 가능한 성장을 실현할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with Kyungin Women's University
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Monday the 8th that it signed a “Business Agreement for Support of Industry-Academic Joint R&D Cooperation” with Kyung-In Women’s University (President Yuk Dong-in, hereinafter referred to as “Kyung-In Women’s University”) at the Kyung-In Women’s University 20th Anniversary Memorial Hall.
This agreement was pursued to promote technological innovation and establish a foundation for sustainable growth among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by identifying SMEs in need of technology transfer and linking them with universities possessing excellent technologies.
According to the agreement, the two organizations plan to cooperate to enable SMEs to smoothly introduce the technologies they need by ▲establishing a system to discover and respond to the technology needs of SMEs in the Incheon area, ▲jointly planning and operating demand-based customized support programs, and ▲linking existing resources and providing technological information.
Furthermore, based on their collaborative network, the two organizations plan to connect companies seeking research and development with expert researchers and jointly pursue administrative support, such as applications for government R&D projects, to support the strengthening of companies' research and development capabilities.
This agreement aims to foster an industry-academia cooperation ecosystem based on open innovation, and is expected to promote the sustainable growth of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.
Kibo CEO Cheon Chang-ho said, “Through this agreement, we have been able to establish a technological innovation ecosystem based on industry-academia-research cooperation for local innovative companies.” He added, “Going forward, Kibo will actively support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by expanding strategic cooperation with relevant organizations so that they can lead R&D and achieve sustainable growth.”

ギボ、京仁女子大学と業務協約締結
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「棋保」）は８日（月）、京畿女子大学（総長육동인、以下「京仁女子大学」）と京仁女子大学２０周年記念館で「産学共同Ｒ＆Ｄ協力支援のための業務協約」を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の条約は、技術移転需要のある中小企業を発掘し、優秀技術を保有した大学と連携することで、中小企業の技術革新を促進し、持続成長基盤を設けるために推進された。
協約により、両機関は▲仁川地域中小企業の技術需要発掘及び対応体制構築▲需要基盤のカスタマイズ支援プログラム共同企画・運営▲保有資源の連携及び技術情報提供などを通じて、中小企業が必要とする技術を円滑に導入できるように協力する計画だ。
また、両機関は協力ネットワークをもとに研究開発を希望する企業に専門研究陣を連携し、政府のR&D課題の申請など行政的支援を共に推進し、企業の研究開発能力の強化を支える計画だ。
今回の協約は、開放型技術革新（Open Innovation）基盤の産学協力生態系の造成を目指しており、技術基盤中小企業の持続可能な成長を促進するものと期待される。
チョン・チャンホ記者理事は「今回の協約を通じて地域革新企業のための産学研協力基盤の技術革新生態系を構築できるようになった」とし、「記事は今後も灌官機関との戦略的協力を拡大し、中小企業がR&Dを主導して持続可能な成長を実現できるように積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。

韩国科技金融公司（韩国科技金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）于8日星期一宣布，在庆仁女子大学20周年纪念馆与庆仁女子大学（校长陆东仁，以下简称“庆仁女子大学”）签署了“产学研联合研发合作支持业务协议”。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé lundi 8 avoir signé un « accord commercial pour le soutien de la coopération conjointe en matière de recherche et développement entre l’industrie et le monde universitaire » avec l’Université féminine de Kyung-In (présidente Yuk Dong-in, ci-après dénommée « Université féminine de Kyung-In ») au Kyung-In Women’s University Memorial Hall, à l’occasion du 20e anniversaire de l’Université féminine de Kyung-In.
Cet accord a été conclu pour promouvoir l'innovation technologique et établir une base pour une croissance durable parmi les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) en identifiant les PME ayant besoin d'un transfert de technologie et en les reliant à des universités possédant d'excellentes technologies.
Selon l'accord, les deux organisations prévoient de coopérer pour permettre aux PME d'introduire facilement les technologies dont elles ont besoin en ▲établissant un système pour découvrir et répondre aux besoins technologiques des PME de la région d'Incheon, ▲planifiant et exploitant conjointement des programmes de soutien personnalisés basés sur la demande, et ▲reliant les ressources existantes et fournissant des informations technologiques.
De plus, s'appuyant sur leur réseau de collaboration, les deux organisations prévoient de mettre en relation les entreprises souhaitant mener des activités de recherche et développement avec des chercheurs experts et de rechercher conjointement un soutien administratif, notamment en matière de demandes de subventions publiques pour des projets de R&D, afin de renforcer les capacités de recherche et développement des entreprises.
Cet accord vise à favoriser un écosystème de coopération entre l'industrie et le monde universitaire fondé sur l'innovation ouverte, et devrait promouvoir la croissance durable des petites et moyennes entreprises à vocation technologique.
Le PDG de Kibo, Cheon Chang-ho, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, nous avons pu mettre en place un écosystème d’innovation technologique fondé sur la coopération entre l’industrie, le monde universitaire et la recherche, au service des entreprises innovantes locales. » Il a ajouté : « À l’avenir, Kibo soutiendra activement les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) en développant une coopération stratégique avec les organisations concernées afin qu’elles puissent mener des activités de recherche et développement et assurer une croissance durable. »
