엔터프라이즈 솔루션 전문기업 영림원소프트랩(대표 권영범)은 전력거래소의 차세대 통합 전사적자원관리(ERP) 시스템 구축 사업을 수주했다고 11일 밝혔다.
전력거래소는 전력시장 운영, 계통 관리, 실시간 급전 운영 등 국가 전력산업의 핵심 기능을 수행하는 비영리특수법인으로, 최근에는 신재생에너지 공급인증서(REC) 및 수소발전 입찰시장 등 친환경 에너지 분야로 사업을 확대하고 있다.
이번 사업은 전력거래소가 운영 중인 기존 ERP 시스템의 노후화에 따른 디지털 전환 프로젝트로, 재무·예산·인사 등 주요 경영관리 기능을 통합하고, 실시간 데이터 기반의 운영 체계를 구축하는 것을 목표로 한다.
영림원소프트랩은 공공 ERP 구축 경험과 자사 솔루션 ‘K-System Ace’를 기반으로 시스템을 공급하며, ▲예산 편성 및 관리 ▲지출·수입 통제 ▲계약·구매 절차 자동화 등 업무 전반의 디지털화를 추진할 계획이다. 또한 외부 시스템과의 연계를 통해 주요 경영 지표를 실시간으로 산출할 수 있도록 설계할 예정이다.
인사관리(HR) 부문은 국내 HR 컨설팅 전문기업인 휴먼컨설팅그룹(HCG)이 함께 참여한다. HCG는 전력 그룹사 등 유사 프로젝트 경험을 바탕으로 ▲급여 자동계산 및 검증 기능 ▲데이터 기반 조직 운영 ▲직무 중심의 인사 체계 등을 도입할 예정이다.
전력거래소 관계자는 “이번 ERP 구축을 통해 재무, 예산, 인사 등 핵심 경영관리 체계를 디지털 중심으로 고도화하고, 데이터 기반의 효율적인 업무 환경을 조성할 수 있을 것”이라며, “디지털 혁신을 통해 공정하고 투명한 전력시장 운영 역량을 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.
영림원소프트랩 권영범 대표는 “전력거래소의 디지털 전환 사업은 공공 ERP의 통합성과 확장성을 입증할 수 있는 기회”라며 “앞으로도 축적된 공공 부문 ERP 구축 경험을 바탕으로 공공기관의 경영 혁신을 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Younglimwon Softlab wins contract to build next-generation integrated enterprise resource planning system.
Younglimwon Softlab (CEO Kwon Young-beom) , an enterprise solution specialist, announced on the 11th that it had won a contract to build a next-generation integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for the Korea Power Exchange.
The Korea Power Exchange is a non-profit special corporation that performs core functions of the national power industry, including power market operation, grid management, and real-time power dispatch operations. Recently, it has expanded its business into eco-friendly energy sectors, including the Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) and hydrogen power generation bidding markets.
This project is a digital transformation project to address the aging of the existing ERP system operated by the Korea Power Exchange. Its goal is to integrate key management functions such as finance, budget, and human resources, and establish an operational system based on real-time data.
Yeonglimwon Softlab will provide a system based on its experience implementing public ERP systems and its own solution, "K-System Ace." The system will drive digitalization across all business processes, including budget planning and management, expenditure and revenue control, and automation of contracting and purchasing procedures. Furthermore, the system will be designed to enable real-time calculation of key management indicators through integration with external systems.
The human resources (HR) division will be joined by Human Consulting Group (HCG), a domestic HR consulting firm. Drawing on its experience with similar projects at power conglomerates, HCG plans to implement automated payroll calculation and verification features, data-driven organizational operations, and a job-focused HR system.
A Korea Power Exchange official stated, “Through this ERP implementation, we will be able to digitally upgrade core management systems such as finance, budget, and human resources, and create an efficient, data-driven work environment.” He added, “Through digital innovation, we will strengthen our capacity to operate a fair and transparent electricity market.”
Younglimwon Softlab CEO Kwon Young-beom said, "The Korea Power Exchange's digital transformation project is an opportunity to demonstrate the integration and scalability of public ERP." He added, "We will continue to actively support management innovation in public institutions based on our accumulated experience in implementing public sector ERPs."

電力取引所関係者は「今回のERP構築を通じて財務、予算、人事などの核心経営管理体系をデジタル中心に高度化し、データ基盤の効率的な業務環境を造成できるだろう」とし、「デジタル革新を通じて公正で透明な電力市場運営能力を強化する」と明らかにした。

La Bourse coréenne de l'électricité est une société à but non lucratif qui assure les fonctions essentielles du secteur national de l'électricité, notamment l'exploitation du marché de l'électricité, la gestion du réseau et la répartition de l'électricité en temps réel. Elle a récemment étendu ses activités aux secteurs de l'énergie verte, notamment les marchés des certificats d'énergie renouvelable (REC) et de la production d'hydrogène.
Ce projet de transformation numérique vise à remédier au vieillissement du système ERP existant de la Bourse coréenne de l'électricité. Son objectif est d'intégrer les fonctions de gestion clés telles que les finances, le budget et les ressources humaines, et de mettre en place un système opérationnel basé sur des données en temps réel.
Yeonglimwon Softlab fournira un système basé sur son expérience en matière de mise en œuvre de systèmes ERP publics et sur sa propre solution, « K-System Ace ». Ce système favorisera la numérisation de tous les processus métier, notamment la planification et la gestion budgétaires, le contrôle des dépenses et des recettes, ainsi que l'automatisation des procédures contractuelles et d'achat. De plus, le système sera conçu pour permettre le calcul en temps réel d'indicateurs clés de gestion grâce à l'intégration avec des systèmes externes.
La division des ressources humaines (RH) sera rejointe par Human Consulting Group (HCG), un cabinet national de conseil en RH. Fort de son expérience dans des projets similaires au sein de conglomérats énergétiques, HCG prévoit de mettre en œuvre des fonctionnalités automatisées de calcul et de vérification des salaires, des opérations organisationnelles basées sur les données et un système RH axé sur les postes.
Un responsable de la Bourse coréenne de l'électricité a déclaré : « Grâce à la mise en œuvre de ce progiciel de gestion intégré (ERP), nous pourrons moderniser numériquement nos principaux systèmes de gestion, tels que les finances, le budget et les ressources humaines, et créer un environnement de travail efficace et axé sur les données. » Il a ajouté : « Grâce à l'innovation numérique, nous renforcerons notre capacité à gérer un marché de l'électricité équitable et transparent. »
Kwon Young-beom, PDG de Younglimwon Softlab, a déclaré : « Le projet de transformation numérique de la Bourse coréenne de l'électricité est l'occasion de démontrer l'intégration et l'évolutivité des progiciels de gestion intégrés (PGI) publics. » Il a ajouté : « Forts de notre expérience dans la mise en œuvre de PGI publics, nous continuerons à soutenir activement l'innovation managériale au sein des institutions publiques. »
