AI 기반 퀀트 솔루션 기업 에이엠매니지먼트(AM Management)가 우리금융그룹의 스타트업 투자 펀드 ‘디노랩 펀드(Dino Lab Fund)’로부터 투자를 유치했다고 11일 밝혔다.
우리금융그룹은 디노랩 펀드를 통해 디지털 혁신과 미래 금융 신산업을 이끌 유망 스타트업과의 협력을 확대하고 있으며, 이번 투자는 그룹의 ‘금융과 디지털자산 융합’ 전략 가속화 차원에서 이뤄졌다. 에이엠매니지먼트는 글로벌 시장에서의 안정적인 실적과 성장세를 근거로 투자 대상에 선정됐다.
이번 투자는 에이엠매니지먼트가 우리금융그룹의 스타트업 육성 프로그램인 ‘디노랩 B센터 1기’에 유일한 디지털자산 퀀트 솔루션 기업으로 선정된 후속 조치다. 이번 투자를 통해 양측의 전략적 파트너십이 강화됐다.
에이엠매니지먼트는 이번 투자 유치를 기반으로 국내외 금융권과의 협업을 확대할 계획이다. 은행 및 증권사를 대상으로 API 기반 솔루션 공급과 기술 지원을 강화하고, 일본과 아랍에미리트(UAE) 등 해외 시장에서 기관 고객 확보에 주력할 예정이다.
회사는 금융기관이 고객 자산을 직접 수탁하지 않고 API를 통해 운용 전략을 제공하는 독자적인 AI 퀀트 솔루션을 개발했으며, 실시간 시장 데이터 학습 알고리즘을 적용해 안정성과 투명성을 동시에 확보한 점이 특징이다.
에이엠매니지먼트는 글로벌 가상자산 거래소 OKX, 바이비트 등과 협력하며 우수한 성과를 거두고 있다. 특히 OKX 봇 마켓플레이스에서 수익률 상위 전략을 운영 중이며, 일본 디지털자산 운용사 제이캠(J-CAM) 투자 유치 후 현지 누적 이용 규모 2000억 원을 돌파한 바 있다.

AM Management, an AI-based quantitative solutions company, announced on the 11th that it has attracted investment from Woori Financial Group's startup investment fund, Dino Lab Fund.
Woori Financial Group is expanding its collaboration with promising startups leading digital innovation and future financial industries through the Dino Lab Fund. This investment is part of the group's strategy to accelerate the "fusion of finance and digital assets." This investment follows AM Management's selection as the sole digital asset quant solutions company for Woori Financial Group's startup incubation program, "Dino Lab B Center 1." This investment strengthens the strategic partnership between the two companies.
AM Management plans to leverage this investment to expand collaboration with domestic and international financial institutions. It will strengthen its API-based solution offerings and technical support for banks and securities firms, and focus on securing institutional clients in overseas markets such as Japan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The company has developed a proprietary AI quant solution that provides operational strategies via APIs without requiring financial institutions to directly entrust customer assets. Its unique feature is that it secures both stability and transparency by applying real-time market data learning algorithms.
AM Management has achieved outstanding results through collaborations with global virtual asset exchanges such as OKX and Bybit. In particular, it operates a high-yield strategy in the OKX bot marketplace, and after attracting investment from Japanese digital asset management company J-CAM, its cumulative local user base has surpassed 200 billion won.
