기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 중소기업은행(은행장 김성태, 이하 ‘기업은행’), 방위산업공제조합과 ‘방위산업 수출·기술 경쟁력 강화를 위한 금융지원 업무협약’을 체결했다고 12일(금) 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 정부의 K-방산 육성전략과 글로벌 수요 증가에 대응해 방산 분야 중소기업의 수출 확대와 안정적인 성장을 뒷받침하기 위해 추진됐다.
협약에 따라 기보는 기업은행의 특별출연과 보증료지원을 바탕으로 총 2000억원 규모의 협약보증을 지원한다.
기보는 특별출연금 50억원을 재원으로 1000억원 규모의 특별출연 협약보증을 공급하고, ▲보증비율 상향(85%→100%, 3년간) ▲보증료 감면(0.3%p↓, 3년간) 등의 우대혜택을 적용한다. 또한, 기보는 기업은행의 보증료지원금 15억원을 기반으로 1000억원 규모의 보증료지원 협약보증을 공급하며, 기업은행은 보증료(최대 0.5%p, 3년간)를 지원한다.
지원대상은 기보의 기술보증 요건을 충족하는 신기술사업자 중 ▲방위산업공제조합의 추천을 받은 기업 ▲방위산업을 영위하는 중소기업이다.
각 기관은 이번 협약을 바탕으로 방위산업 분야 기술 중소기업을 공동 발굴하고, 맞춤형 보증지원을 연계하는 등 유기적인 협력체계를 구축함으로써 국내 방위산업 전반의 경쟁력 향상에 힘을 모으기로 했다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “이번 협약을 통해 미래 성장동력인 방위산업을 집중 육성하고 경쟁력을 높일 금융지원 기반이 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 유관기관과의 협업을 확대해 국내 방산기업의 글로벌 진출과 안정적인 성장을 전방위적으로 지원해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with Industrial Bank of Korea and Defense Industry Mutual Aid Association
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Friday the 12th that it had signed a “Financial Support Agreement for Strengthening Defense Industry Exports and Technology Competitiveness” with the Industrial Bank of Korea (President Kim Seong-tae, hereinafter referred to as “IBK”) and the Defense Industry Mutual Aid Association.
This agreement was promoted to support export expansion and stable growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in the defense industry in response to the government's K-defense industry promotion strategy and increasing global demand.
According to the agreement, Kibo will provide a total of KRW 200 billion in agreement guarantees based on special contributions and guarantee fee support from Industrial Bank of Korea.
KIBO will provide a special contribution agreement guarantee worth KRW 100 billion, funded by a special contribution of KRW 5 billion. It will also apply preferential benefits, including an increase in the guarantee ratio (from 85% to 100%, for three years) and a reduction in guarantee fees (down by 0.3 percentage points, for three years). Furthermore, KIBO will provide a KRW 100 billion guarantee fee support agreement guarantee, based on a KRW 1.5 billion guarantee fee subsidy from Industrial Bank of Korea. Industrial Bank of Korea will provide guarantee fee support (up to 0.5 percentage points, for three years).
The target of support is ▲ a new technology business operator that meets the technology guarantee requirements of the Korea Development Institute and ▲ a company recommended by the Defense Industry Mutual Aid Association and ▲ a small and medium-sized enterprise engaged in the defense industry.
Based on this agreement, each organization will jointly discover small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the defense industry and establish an organic cooperative system, including linking them with customized warranty support, thereby joining forces to enhance the competitiveness of the domestic defense industry as a whole.
Kim Jong-ho, Chairman of Kibo, said, “Through this agreement, we have established a foundation for financial support that will intensively foster the defense industry, a future growth engine, and enhance its competitiveness.” He added, “Going forward, Kibo will expand collaboration with related organizations to provide comprehensive support for the global expansion and stable growth of domestic defense companies.”

棋保、中小企業銀行-防衛産業共済組合と業務協約締結
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「起報」）は中小企業銀行（銀行長キム・ソンテ、以下「企業銀行」）、防衛産業共済組合と「防衛産業輸出・技術競争力強化のための金融支援業務協約」を締結したと12日（金）明らかにした。

各機関は今回の条約をもとに防衛産業分野の技術中小企業を共同発掘し、カスタマイズされた保証支援を連携するなど、有機的な協力体系を構築することで、国内防衛産業全般の競争力向上に力を集めることにした。
キム・ジョンホ記者理事長は「今回の協約を通じて、未来の成長動力である防衛産業を集中育成し、競争力を高める金融支援基盤が設けられた」とし、「起報は今後も関連機関との協業を拡大し、国内の防衛企業のグローバル進出と安定的な成長を全方位的に支援していく」と述べた。

Kibo与韩国企业银行和国防工业互助协会签署业务协议
韩国技术金融公社（韩国技术金融公社，会长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”） 12日（周五）宣布，与韩国企业银行（行长金成泰，以下简称“IBK”）、国防工业互助协会签署了《为加强国防工业出口和技术竞争力的金融支持协议》。
该协议旨在响应韩国政府的“韩国国防工业振兴战略”和日益增长的全球需求，支持国防工业中小企业扩大出口和稳定增长。
根据协议，希望资本管理公司将根据韩国产业银行的特别出资和担保费支持，提供总额为2000亿韩元的协议担保。
KIBO将提供1000亿韩元的特别出资协议担保，资金来自50亿韩元的特别出资。此外，KIBO还将享受优惠政策，包括提高担保率（三年内从85%提高到100%）以及降低担保费（三年内降低0.3个百分点）。此外，KIBO还将在韩国企业银行15亿韩元担保费补贴的基础上，提供1000亿韩元的担保费支持协议担保。韩国企业银行将提供担保费支持（最高0.5个百分点，三年内）。
支援对象为▲符合韩国开发研究院技术保障要求的新技术事业者、▲国防工业共济协会推荐的企业、▲从事国防工业的中小企业。
根据该协议，各组织将共同发掘国防工业领域的中小企业，并建立有机合作体系，包括将其与定制化的保修支持联系起来，从而共同提升整个国内国防工业的竞争力。
希望株式会社会长金钟浩表示：“通过此次协议，我们奠定了财政支持基础，将大力培育国防工业这一未来增长引擎，并提升其竞争力。” 他补充道：“未来，希望株式会社将扩大与相关机构的合作，为韩国国防企业的全球扩张和稳定发展提供全面支持。”

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec la Banque industrielle de Corée et l'Association d'entraide de l'industrie de la défense
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé vendredi 12 avoir signé un « Accord de soutien financier pour le renforcement des exportations et de la compétitivité technologique de l'industrie de la défense » avec la Banque industrielle de Corée (président Kim Seong-tae, ci-après dénommée « IBK ») et l'Association d'entraide de l'industrie de la défense.
Cet accord a été promu pour soutenir l'expansion des exportations et la croissance stable des petites et moyennes entreprises du secteur de la défense en réponse à la stratégie de promotion de l'industrie de la défense du gouvernement et à la demande mondiale croissante.
Selon l'accord, Kibo fournira un total de 200 milliards de KRW en garanties d'accord basées sur des contributions spéciales et un soutien aux frais de garantie de la Banque industrielle de Corée.
KIBO fournira une garantie d'accord de contribution spéciale d'une valeur de 100 milliards de KRW, financée par une contribution spéciale de 5 milliards de KRW. Elle appliquera également des avantages préférentiels, notamment une augmentation du ratio de garantie (de 85 % à 100 %, sur trois ans) et une réduction des frais de garantie (en baisse de 0,3 point de pourcentage, sur trois ans). En outre, KIBO fournira une garantie d'accord de soutien aux frais de garantie de 100 milliards de KRW, basée sur une subvention de frais de garantie de 1,5 milliard de KRW de la Banque industrielle de Corée. La Banque industrielle de Corée fournira un soutien aux frais de garantie (jusqu'à 0,5 point de pourcentage, sur trois ans).
La cible du soutien est ▲ un nouvel opérateur d'entreprise technologique qui répond aux exigences de garantie technologique de l'Institut coréen de développement et ▲ une entreprise recommandée par l'Association d'entraide de l'industrie de la défense et ▲ une petite et moyenne entreprise engagée dans l'industrie de la défense.
Sur la base de cet accord, chaque organisation découvrira conjointement les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) du secteur de la défense et établira un système coopératif organique, notamment en les reliant à un support de garantie personnalisé, unissant ainsi leurs forces pour améliorer la compétitivité de l'industrie de la défense nationale dans son ensemble.
Kim Jong-ho, président de Kibo, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, nous avons établi les bases d'un soutien financier qui stimulera intensément l'industrie de la défense, moteur de croissance future, et renforcera sa compétitivité. » Il a ajouté : « À l'avenir, Kibo étendra sa collaboration avec les organisations concernées afin d'apporter un soutien complet à l'expansion mondiale et à la croissance stable des entreprises de défense nationales. »
