인공지능(AI) 데이터 및 솔루션 전문 기업 플리토는 9일부터 11일까지 서울 장충아레나와 신라호텔에서 열린 ‘세계지식포럼 2025’ 전 세션에 자사의 AI 동시통역 솔루션을 제공했다고 15일 밝혔다.
세계지식포럼은 정치, 경제, 사회, 과학기술 분야의 글로벌 리더들이 모여 미래 비전과 인사이트를 공유하는 국제 지식 교류 행사다. 올해 26회째를 맞은 이번 포럼은 ‘New Odyssey : Navigating the Great Transition(대전환기를 항해하는 인류의 새 도전)’을 주제로 다양한 논의가 진행됐다.
플리토는 포럼 기간 동안 연사들의 발표 내용을 영어와 한국어로 동시통역해 대형 스크린을 통해 송출했다. 참석자들은 전용 랜딩 페이지 접속 후 QR코드 스캔을 통해 최대 42개 언어로 발표 내용을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있었다.
특히 플리토의 ‘라이브 트랜스레이션(Live Translation)’ 솔루션은 지난해 일부 세션에 도입된 이후 올해 전 세션으로 확대 적용됐다. 이를 통해 인문, 사회, 과학, IT 등 다양한 분야의 최신 지식이 언어 장벽 없이 공유될 수 있는 환경을 조성했다.
아울러 12일에는 세계지식포럼과 연계해 열린 ‘트라이 에브리싱 2025(Try Everything 2025)’ 행사에서 이정수 플리토 대표가 ‘AI 활용 창업 part 1. AI발 디지털 전환’을 주제로 발표했다. 이 대표는 데이터와 AI 기술 접목 사례를 중심으로 디지털 전환 현황과 전망을 공유했다.
이정수 대표는 “고품질 언어 데이터 기반 AI 솔루션을 통해 언어 장벽을 줄이고 지식 공유 환경을 확대하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 글로벌 지식 교류 현장에서 누구나 언어 장벽 없이 동등한 가치를 경험할 수 있도록 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

Pluto, an artificial intelligence (AI) data and solution company, announced on the 15th that it provided its AI simultaneous interpretation solution to all sessions of the 'World Knowledge Forum 2025' held at Jangchung Arena and Shilla Hotel in Seoul from the 9th to the 11th.
The World Knowledge Forum is an international knowledge exchange event where global leaders in politics, economics, society, and science and technology gather to share their vision and insights for the future. This year's forum, now in its 26th year, featured diverse discussions under the theme "New Odyssey: Navigating the Great Transition."
During the forum, Pluto simultaneously interpreted the speakers' presentations into English and Korean and broadcast them on a large screen. Attendees could access the presentations in real time in up to 42 languages by scanning a QR code after accessing a dedicated landing page.
In particular, Pluto's "Live Translation" solution, introduced in select sessions last year, was expanded to all sessions this year. This created an environment where cutting-edge knowledge in diverse fields, including humanities, social sciences, science, and IT, could be shared without language barriers.
Also on the 12th, at the "Try Everything 2025" event held in conjunction with the World Knowledge Forum, Lee Jeong-su, CEO of Pluto, presented on the topic "AI-Leveraged Startups Part 1: AI-Driven Digital Transformation." CEO Lee shared the current status and outlook for digital transformation, focusing on examples of data and AI technologies integrating.
CEO Lee Jeong-su said, “We are reducing language barriers and expanding the knowledge sharing environment through high-quality language data-based AI solutions. イ・ジョンス代表は「高品質言語データ基盤AIソリューションを通じて言語障壁を減らして知識共有環境を拡大している」とし「今後もグローバル知識交流現場で誰もが言語障壁なしで同等の価値を経験できるように貢献する」と話した。

Pluto, une société de données et de solutions d'intelligence artificielle (IA), a annoncé le 15 qu'elle avait fourni sa solution d'interprétation simultanée IA à toutes les sessions du « World Knowledge Forum 2025 » qui se sont tenues à la Jangchung Arena et au Shilla Hotel à Séoul du 9 au 11.
Le World Knowledge Forum est un événement international d'échange de connaissances où les leaders mondiaux de la politique, de l'économie, de la société, des sciences et des technologies se réunissent pour partager leur vision et leurs perspectives d'avenir. Cette année, pour sa 26e édition, le forum a proposé des débats variés autour du thème « Nouvelle Odyssée : Naviguer dans la Grande Transition ».
Durant le forum, Pluto a interprété simultanément les présentations des intervenants en anglais et en coréen et les a diffusées sur grand écran. Les participants pouvaient accéder aux présentations en temps réel, dans 42 langues maximum, en scannant un code QR après avoir accédé à une page d'accueil dédiée.
En particulier, la solution « Traduction en direct » de Pluto, introduite lors de certaines sessions l'année dernière, a été étendue à toutes les sessions cette année. Cela a créé un environnement où des connaissances de pointe dans divers domaines, notamment les sciences humaines, les sciences sociales, les sciences et l'informatique, ont pu être partagées sans barrières linguistiques.
Le 12, lors de l'événement « Try Everything 2025 » organisé en marge du World Knowledge Forum, Lee Jeong-su, PDG de Pluto, a présenté le thème « Startups exploitant l'IA, partie 1 : Transformation numérique pilotée par l'IA ». M. Lee a présenté l'état actuel et les perspectives de la transformation numérique, en s'appuyant sur des exemples d'intégration des données et des technologies de l'IA.
