디지털 헬스케어 기업 휴이노(대표이사 길영준)가 유한양행과 인공지능(AI) 기반 스마트 원내 모니터링 솔루션 ‘메모 큐(MEMO Cue)’의 국내 판권 계약을 체결했다.
메모 큐는 심전도 측정기 ‘메모 패치(MEMO Patch)’와 산소포화도 측정기 ‘메모 밴드(MEMO Band)’, 그리고 입원 환자의 생체신호를 한눈에 확인할 수 있는 ‘원내 종합관제 시스템’으로 구성된 복합 의료기기다. 지난 2월 건강보험심사평가원으로부터 ‘심전도 감시(원격심박기술 감시 행위, EX871)’ 건강보험 수가를 획득하며 본격적인 상용화 기반을 마련했다.
유한양행과 휴이노의 협력은 이미 국내 상급종합병원을 중심으로 성과를 내고 있다. 양사는 디지털 헬스케어 협력의 일환으로 2022년 메모 패치 국내 판권 계약을 체결하고 상급종합병원 중심의 도입 확대에 힘써왔다. 지난 7월에는 신촌 세브란스병원에서 메모 패치 누적 검사 건수가 1만건을 넘어 단일 의료기관 기준 국내 최대 성과를 기록했다. 유한양행은 이러한 성과를 바탕으로 메모 큐 또한 국내 상급종합병원 중심의 네트워크를 활용해 빠른 확산을 지원할 계획이다.
유한양행 관계자는 “2020년부터 휴이노의 메모 패치를 통해 국내 상급종합병원 중심으로 부정맥 조기 진단 시장의 변화를 주도하며 환자의 삶의 질 향상에 기여해 왔다”라며 “메모큐는 병원 인력 부족 문제에도 기여해 의료 서비스 질을 높일 수 있는 실질적인 솔루션”이라고 말했다. 이어 “글로벌 디지털 헬스케어 시장을 선도하는 핵심 솔루션으로 자리매김할 수 있도록 당사의 병원 네트워크를 활용해 신속히 보급할 방침”이라고 밝혔다.
길영준 휴이노 대표이사는 “이번 계약을 통해 단일 제품 중심에서 솔루션 단위 협력으로 전환하게 됐다”며 “당사의 의료 인공지능 기술력과 유한양행의 시장 지배력을 결합해 높은 시너지를 낼 것”이라고 전했다. 이어 “앞으로도 긴밀한 협업을 통해 국내 디지털 헬스케어 시장에서의 경쟁력을 강화하고, 환자와 의료진 모두에게 혁신적인 가치를 제공하겠다”고 덧붙였다.

Huinno and Yuhan Corporation Sign Domestic Distribution Agreement for "Memo Q"
Digital healthcare company Huinno (CEO Gil Young-jun) has signed a domestic licensing agreement with Yuhan Corporation for its artificial intelligence (AI)-based smart in-hospital monitoring solution, 'MEMO Cue.'
MEMO Q is a complex medical device comprised of the MEMO Patch electrocardiogram monitor, the MEMO Band pulse oximeter, and the MEMO Band integrated in-hospital monitoring system, which monitors the vital signs of hospitalized patients at a glance. In February, it secured health insurance coverage for "ECG monitoring (remote cardiac rhythm monitoring, EX871)" from the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service, laying the foundation for full-scale commercialization.
The collaboration between Yuhan-Yanghaeng and Huinno is already yielding results, particularly at tertiary hospitals in Korea. As part of their digital healthcare collaboration, the two companies signed a domestic licensing agreement for the Memo Patch in 2022 and have been working to expand its adoption, particularly in tertiary hospitals. In July, Severance Hospital in Sinchon surpassed 10,000 cumulative Memo Patch tests, marking the largest single-site medical institution in Korea. Building on this success, Yuhan-Yanghaeng plans to leverage its network of tertiary hospitals in Korea to support the rapid expansion of Memo Q.
A Yuhan Corporation representative stated, “Since 2020, we have been leading the change in the early arrhythmia diagnosis market, focusing on domestic tertiary hospitals, through Huinno’s Memo Patch, contributing to improving patients’ quality of life.” They added, “MemoQ is a practical solution that can improve the quality of medical services by contributing to the shortage of hospital personnel.” They continued, “We plan to quickly distribute it by leveraging our hospital network so that we can establish ourselves as a key solution leading the global digital healthcare market.”
Gil Young-jun, CEO of Huinno, said, "This agreement marks a shift from a single-product-focused approach to a solution-based collaboration. We will combine our medical AI technology with Yuhan Corporation's market dominance to create significant synergy." 有限両行関係者は「2020年からヒュイノのメモパッチを通じて国内上級総合病院中心に不整脈早期診断市場の変化を主導し、患者の生活の質の向上に寄与してきた」とし「メモキューは病院人材不足の問題にも寄与し、医療サービスの質を高めることができる実質的なソリューション」と話した。続いて「グローバルデジタルヘルスケア市場を先導する核心ソリューションとして位置づけることができるように、当社の病院ネットワークを活用して迅速に普及する方針」と明らかにした。
ギル・ヨンジュンヒューイノ代表理事は「今回の契約を通じて単一製品中心でソリューション単位協力に転換することになった」とし「当社の医療人工知能技術力と有限両行の市場支配力を結合して高い相乗効果を出す」と伝えた。続いて「今後も緊密なコラボレーションを通じて国内デジタルヘルスケア市場での競争力を強化し、患者と医療スタッフの両方に革新的な価値を提供する」と付け加えた。

La société de santé numérique Huinno (PDG Gil Young-jun) a signé un accord de licence national avec Yuhan Corporation pour sa solution de surveillance hospitalière intelligente basée sur l'intelligence artificielle (IA), « MEMO Cue ».
MEMO Q est un dispositif médical complexe comprenant le moniteur d'électrocardiogramme MEMO Patch, l'oxymètre de pouls MEMO Band et le système de surveillance hospitalière intégré MEMO Band, permettant de contrôler en un coup d'œil les signes vitaux des patients hospitalisés. En février, il a obtenu la prise en charge par l'assurance maladie pour la « surveillance ECG (télésurveillance du rythme cardiaque, EX871) » auprès du Service d'évaluation et de contrôle de l'assurance maladie, ouvrant ainsi la voie à sa commercialisation à grande échelle.
La collaboration entre Yuhan-Yanghaeng et Huinno porte déjà ses fruits, notamment dans les hôpitaux universitaires coréens. Dans le cadre de leur partenariat en santé numérique, les deux entreprises ont signé un accord de licence national pour le Memo Patch en 2022 et œuvrent à son déploiement à grande échelle, en particulier dans les hôpitaux universitaires. En juillet, l'hôpital Severance de Sinchon a franchi la barre des 10 000 tests cumulés avec le Memo Patch, devenant ainsi le plus grand établissement médical de Corée à réaliser ce chiffre. Fort de ce succès, Yuhan-Yanghaeng prévoit de s'appuyer sur son réseau d'hôpitaux universitaires coréens pour soutenir le déploiement rapide du Memo Q.
