ICT 전문기업 유큐브(대표 김정범)가 중소벤처기업부(이하 중기부)가 주관하는 ‘수익성장형 아기유니콘’ 기업으로 최종 선정됐다고 18일 밝혔다.
이번 선정을 통해 유큐브는 기업가치 1조 원 이상의 ‘유니콘 기업’으로 도약하기 위한 발판을 마련했으며, 향후 IPO를 통한 ICT 대표 기업으로의 성장을 한층 가속화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
‘아기유니콘 육성사업 수익성장형 트랙’은 외부 투자 유치 없이 독자적인 성장 역량을 확보한 기업을 발굴해 ‘벤처천억기업(예비 유니콘)’으로 성장하도록 지원하는 중기부의 핵심 프로그램이다. 유큐브는 자체 기술력을 기반으로 SI, SM 등 ICT 분야에서 차별화된 성과를 달성하며 공공기관의 디지털 전환(DX)을 선도해왔다. 특히 최근 주력하고 있는 AI 기반 솔루션과 양자 암호화 솔루션을 통해 높은 성장 가능성을 인정받고 있다.
이번 아기유니콘 기업 선정으로 유큐브는 ▲최대 3억 원의 자금 지원 ▲최대 50억 원의 특별 보증 ▲성장 전략 진단 ▲해외 진출 지원 프로그램 ▲기술특례상장 컨설팅 등 IPO와 글로벌 시장 진출을 가속화 할 수 있는 후속 지원을 받게 된다.

La société Ucube, spécialisée dans les TIC (PDG Kim Jeong-beom), a annoncé le 18 qu'elle avait finalement été sélectionnée comme « jeune licorne à forte croissance rentable » par le ministère des PME et des Startups (ci-après dénommé le MSS).
Grâce à cette sélection, Ucube a posé les bases pour devenir une « licorne » avec une valeur d'entreprise de plus de 1 000 milliards de wons, et devrait accélérer encore sa croissance en tant qu'entreprise leader dans le secteur des TIC grâce à une future introduction en bourse.
Le programme « Baby Unicorn Incubation Project Profit Growth Track » est un programme phare du ministère des PME et des Startups. Il identifie les entreprises ayant démontré un fort potentiel de croissance indépendante, sans avoir recours à des investissements externes, et les accompagne dans leur développement jusqu'à devenir des entreprises à fort potentiel de croissance, valorisées à 100 milliards de wons (licornes potentielles).
