한빛앤㈜(대표 임백준)은 지난 9월 22일 한국인공지능·소프트웨어산업협회(회장 조준희)와 ‘AI 및 소프트웨어 전문 인재 양성을 위한 업무협약(MOU)’을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 이번 협약은 인공지능(AI) 및 소프트웨어 산업의 발전을 위한 실무형 인재 양성과 개발자 생태계 조성을 목적으로 추진됐다.
양 기관은 협약을 통해 산업계 수요를 반영한 교육과정 공동 개발, 산학협력 프로젝트 및 현장실습 확대, 협회 회원사와 연계한 맞춤형 취업 지원, 정부 지원 사업 공동 참여 등 다양한 분야에서 실질적인 협력을 이어갈 계획이다.
한빛앤은 이번 협약을 바탕으로 산업 현장에서 즉시 적용 가능한 실무 중심 교육 모델을 구축하고, AI 및 소프트웨어 분야에 특화된 전문 인재 양성에 박차를 가할 방침이다.
임백준 한빛앤 대표는 “AI 및 소프트웨어 분야의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 실용적이고 현장 중심의 교육이 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “이번 협력을 통해 역량 있는 인재를 발굴하고 성장시킬 수 있도록 적극적으로 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
박연정 한국인공지능·소프트웨어산업협회 전무는 “협회가 보유한 산업 네트워크와 한빛앤의 콘텐츠 개발 역량이 결합돼, 산업계가 요구하는 전문 인재 양성에 실질적인 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.

Hanbit & Signs Business Agreement with Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association
Hanbit & Co., Ltd. (CEO Baekjun Lim) announced on September 22nd that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association (Chairman Junhee Cho) to foster AI and software experts. This agreement aims to foster practical talent and foster a developer ecosystem for the advancement of the artificial intelligence (AI) and software industries.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to continue practical cooperation in various areas, including joint development of curricula reflecting industry needs, expansion of industry-academia collaboration projects and field training, customized employment support in conjunction with association member companies, and joint participation in government-supported projects.

ハン・ライト＆(株)イム・ベクジュンは9月22日韓国人工知能・ソフトウェア産業協会(会長チョ・ジュニ)と'AIおよびソフトウェア専門人材養成のための業務協約(MOU)'を締結したと明らかにした。今回の条約は、人工知能（AI）及びソフトウェア産業の発展のための実務型人材養成と開発者生態系の造成を目的に推進された。
両機関は、協約を通じて産業界の需要を反映したカリキュラム共同開発、産学協力プロジェクト及び現場実習の拡大、協会会員社と連携したオーダーメード型の就職支援、政府支援事業の共同参加など、様々な分野で実質的な協力を続ける計画だ。
ハンライトアンは今回の条約をもとに産業現場で直ちに適用可能な実務中心教育モデルを構築し、AIおよびソフトウェア分野に特化した専門人材養成に拍車をかける方針だ。
イム・ベクジュン韓光アン代表は「AIおよびソフトウェア分野の競争力確保のために実用的で現場中心の教育が何より重要だ」とし「今回の協力を通じて力量ある人材を発掘して成長させることができるように積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。
パク・ヨンジョン韓国人工知能・ソフトウェア産業協会専務は「協会が保有する産業ネットワークとハンライトアンドのコンテンツ開発能力が結合され、産業界が求める専門人材養成に実質的な役に立つと期待する」と話した。

韩光株式会社（代表理事长：林伯俊）于9月22日宣布，已与韩国人工智能及软件产业协会（会长：赵俊熙）签署了关于培养人工智能（AI）及软件专业人才的谅解备忘录（MOU）。该协议旨在培养实践型人才，并构建开发者生态系统，推动人工智能（AI）及软件产业的发展。

Sur la base de cet accord, Hanbit & prévoit d'établir un modèle de formation pratique et concret qui peut être immédiatement appliqué dans des environnements industriels et accélérer le développement de talents spécialisés dans l'IA et les logiciels.
