(재)부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 예비창업자를 사전에 발굴하고 지원하는 ‘2025년 예비창업패키지 일반분야 B.Startup 사전인큐베이팅 프로그램’을 본격 추진한다고 26일 밝혔다.
해당 프로그램은 경쟁력 있는 예비창업자 20명을 선정하여 9월부터 11월까지 ▲AI를 활용한 사업계획서 작성법 교육 ▲IR 피칭 매너 및 실습 교육 ▲창업 관련 전문가 1:1 맞춤 멘토링 ▲IR 데모데이 등의 내용으로 진행되며, 이를 통해 예비창업자가 실제 창업을 하기 전 필요한 역량을 강화하고 검증받을 수 있도록 지원할 예정이다.
특히, IR 데모데이를 통해 우수한 아이템을 선정하여 차년도 예비창업패키지 사업 연계를 위한 우대사항(1위 : 우선 선정, 2~3위 : 서류평가 면제) 등 혜택을 적용하고 부산창조경제혁신센터 상장도 수여한다.
부산창경 박기쁨 PM은 “본 프로그램을 통해 예비창업자에게 아이템을 검증해보는 기회를 제공하고 나아가 실질적인 혜택을 부여함으로써 창업의 첫걸음을 마련했다” 며, “예비창업자의 성공적인 창업을 응원한다”고 말했다.

Busan Changgyeong promotes "B.Startup Pre-Incubation" to identify and support prospective entrepreneurs.
The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy) announced on the 26th that it will be launching the '2025 Pre-Startup Package General Field B.Startup Pre-Incubation Program' to discover and support prospective entrepreneurs in advance.
The program will select 20 competitive prospective entrepreneurs and run from September to November with ▲training on how to write a business plan using AI ▲training on IR pitching manners and practice ▲1:1 customized mentoring by entrepreneurship experts ▲IR Demo Day, etc. Through this, the program aims to support prospective entrepreneurs to strengthen and verify the necessary capabilities before actually starting a business.
In particular, excellent items will be selected through IR Demo Day and given preferential treatment for linking to the next year's preliminary startup package business (1st place: priority selection, 2nd and 3rd place: exemption from document evaluation), and a certificate from the Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center will also be awarded.
Busan Changgyeong PM Park Ki-ppeum said, “Through this program, we have provided aspiring entrepreneurs with an opportunity to verify their items and, by providing them with practical benefits, have laid the groundwork for their first step toward entrepreneurship,” adding, “We support the successful launch of these aspiring entrepreneurs.”

釜山创造经济革新中心（代表金龙宇，以下简称釜山创造经济） 26日表示，将启动“2025创业前期配套一般领域B.创业前期孵化计划”，提前发现并支持有潜力的创业者。
该项目将选拔20名具有竞争力的创业者，从9月到11月，通过▲利用AI撰写商业计划书的培训▲IR Pitching的礼仪及实战培训▲创业专家1:1定制指导▲IR Demo Day等，为创业者在实际创业前强化和验证必要能力提供支持。
特别是，通过IR Demo Day选拔优秀项目，将优先考虑与明年的预备创业套餐事业挂钩（第1名：优先选择、第2名、第3名：免除资料评估），还将获得釜山创造经济革新中心颁发的证书。

Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan (PDG Yongwoo Kim, ci-après dénommé Busan Creative Economy) a annoncé le 26 qu'il lancerait le « 2025 Pre-Startup Package General Field B.Startup Pre-Incubation Program » pour découvrir et soutenir à l'avance les entrepreneurs potentiels.
Le programme sélectionnera 20 entrepreneurs potentiels compétitifs et se déroulera de septembre à novembre avec ▲une formation sur la façon de rédiger un plan d'affaires en utilisant l'IA ▲une formation sur les manières et la pratique du pitch IR ▲un mentorat personnalisé individuel par des experts en entrepreneuriat ▲une journée de démonstration IR, etc. Grâce à cela, le programme vise à aider les entrepreneurs potentiels à renforcer et à vérifier les capacités nécessaires avant de réellement démarrer une entreprise.
En particulier, les meilleurs éléments seront sélectionnés lors de la Journée de démonstration IR et bénéficieront d'un traitement préférentiel pour être liés au package de démarrage préliminaire de l'année suivante (1ère place : sélection prioritaire, 2ème et 3ème places : exemption de l'évaluation des documents), et un certificat du Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan sera également décerné.
Le Premier ministre de Busan Changgyeong, Park Ki-ppeum, a déclaré : « Grâce à ce programme, nous avons offert aux entrepreneurs en herbe l'opportunité de vérifier leurs produits et, en leur fournissant des avantages pratiques, nous avons jeté les bases de leur premier pas vers l'entrepreneuriat », ajoutant : « Nous soutenons le lancement réussi de ces entrepreneurs en herbe. »
