단기 임대·한 달 살기 숙소 예약 플랫폼 리브애니웨어(대표 정규호)가 ‘2025 대한민국 도시·지역혁신 산업박람회’에서 도시·지역혁신대상 지방활성화 분야 최우수상(강원특별자치도 도지사상)을 받았다.
수도권 고객의 단기 주거 수요 해결과 지방 생활 인구 확대를 통한 지역 기여도를 높이 평가받아 이번 최우수상을 받았다고 리브애니웨어 측은 설명했다.
리브애니웨어에 따르면, 수도권 거주민들이 수도권 내에서 단기 주거가 필요할 때 이를 지원하는 서비스 제공한 것과 지방에서 일주일 이상 생활하는 인구를 늘려 전국 각 지역의 활성화에 기여한 점에서 높은 점수를 얻었다.
리브애니웨어는 2020년 12월부터 수도권 생활 인구와 워케이션 이용객을 대상으로 숙소 예약 서비스를 운영하고 있다. 강원도를 비롯해 전국 여러 지방 도시의 체류형 관광과 생활 인구 증가에 기여해 왔다. 올해 상반기 기준 반기 거래액이 150억 원을 돌파했으며, 지난 7월 기준 1만 5천 개 넘는 숙소를 판매하고 있다.
리브애니웨어 정규호 대표는 “리브애니웨어가 지금까지 성장한 배경에는 강원도 등 관광 지역에서 한 달 살기 목적의 거래가 많았기 때문”이라고 밝혔다. “이번 최우수상 수상은 리브애니웨어가 수도권 고객의 생활 수요와 지방 체류형 생활 인구 확대를 동시에 지원해 온 성과를 인정받은 것”이라고 덧붙였다.
2025 대한민국 도시·지역혁신 산업박람회 국토교통부, 강원특별자치도, 삼척시, (사)도시재생산업진흥협회가 공동 주최했다. 대한민국 도시재생 정책과 사업을 한눈에 살펴보고 국내외 우수 사례를 공유하기 위해 2019년부터 매년 열리고 있는 전국 단위 행사로 강원특별자치도에서는 올해 처음으로 개최됐다.

Live Anywhere Wins Grand Prize in the Local Revitalization Category at the 2025 Korea Urban and Regional Innovation Industry Expo
Live Anywhere (CEO Jeong Gyu-ho), a short-term rental and one-month stay accommodation booking platform, received the Grand Prize (Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Governor's Award) in the Local Revitalization category of the Urban and Regional Innovation Awards at the '2025 Korea Urban and Regional Innovation Industry Expo.'
Live Anywhere explained that it received this grand prize in recognition of its contribution to the region by addressing the short-term housing needs of customers in the metropolitan area and expanding the population living in rural areas.
According to Live Anywhere, it received high marks for providing services to support residents of the metropolitan area when they need short-term housing within the metropolitan area, and for contributing to the revitalization of each region nationwide by increasing the number of people living in local areas for more than a week.
Live Anywhere has been offering accommodation reservation services for residents of the Seoul metropolitan area and workaholics since December 2020. It has contributed to the growth of residential tourism and the residential population in Gangwon Province and other regional cities across the country. As of the first half of this year, its semi-annual transaction volume exceeded 15 billion won, and as of July, it had over 15,000 accommodations available for sale.
Live Anywhere CEO Jeong Gyu-ho stated, "Live Anywhere's growth to date has been driven by the high number of transactions from tourists in Gangwon-do and other regions seeking one-month stays." He added, "This Grand Prize award recognizes Live Anywhere's achievements in simultaneously supporting the living needs of customers in the metropolitan area and the growing number of people seeking to live in rural areas."
The 2025 Korea Urban and Regional Innovation Industry Expo was co-hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, Samcheok City, and the Urban Regeneration Industry Promotion Association. Held annually since 2019, this nationwide event provides a comprehensive overview of Korea's urban regeneration policies and projects and shares best practices from home and abroad. This year marked the first time the event was held in Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province.

リブアニーウェアは2020年12月から首都圏生活人口とワーキング利用客を対象に宿泊予約サービスを運営している。江原道をはじめ、全国様々な地方都市の滞在型観光や生活人口の増加に寄与してきた。今年上半期基準半期取引額が150億ウォンを突破し、去る7月基準で1万5千以上の宿舎を販売している。
リブアニメウェア正規号代表は「リブアニメウェアがこれまで成長した背景には江原道など観光地域で一ヶ月住む目的の取引が多かったため」と明らかにした。 「今回の最優秀賞受賞は、リブアニウェアが首都圏の顧客の生活需要と地方滞在型生活人口拡大を同時に支援してきた成果を認められたもの」と付け加えた。
2025大韓民国都市・地域革新産業博覧会国土交通部、江原特別自治道、三che市、（社）都市再生産業振興協会が共同主催した。大韓民国都市再生政策と事業を一目で見て国内外の優秀事例を共有するため、2019年から毎年開かれている全国単位行事で江原特別自治道では今年初めて開催された。

Live Anywhere remporte le Grand Prix dans la catégorie Revitalisation locale à l'Exposition coréenne de l'industrie de l'innovation urbaine et régionale 2025
Live Anywhere (PDG Jeong Gyu-ho), une plateforme de réservation de locations de courte durée et de séjours d'un mois, a reçu le Grand Prix (Prix spécial du gouverneur de la province autonome de Gangwon) dans la catégorie Revitalisation locale des Prix de l'innovation urbaine et régionale lors de l'« Exposition de l'industrie de l'innovation urbaine et régionale de Corée 2025 ».
Live Anywhere a expliqué avoir reçu ce grand prix en reconnaissance de sa contribution à la région, en répondant aux besoins de logement à court terme des clients de la zone métropolitaine et en augmentant la population vivant dans les zones rurales.
Selon Live Anywhere, l'organisme a reçu d'excellentes notes pour les services qu'il fournit aux résidents de la zone métropolitaine lorsqu'ils ont besoin d'un logement temporaire au sein de cette zone, et pour sa contribution à la revitalisation de chaque région à l'échelle nationale en augmentant le nombre de personnes vivant localement pendant plus d'une semaine.
Depuis décembre 2020, Live Anywhere propose des services de réservation de logements aux résidents de la région métropolitaine de Séoul et aux personnes travaillant à temps plein. L'entreprise a contribué à la croissance du tourisme résidentiel et à l'augmentation de la population résidente dans la province de Gangwon et d'autres villes régionales du pays. Au cours du premier semestre de cette année, son volume de transactions semestriel a dépassé 15 milliards de wons et, en juillet, elle proposait plus de 15 000 logements à la vente.
Le PDG de Live Anywhere, Jeong Gyu-ho, a déclaré : « La croissance de Live Anywhere à ce jour est due au nombre élevé de transactions effectuées par des touristes de Gangwon-do et d'autres régions souhaitant passer un mois en location. » Il a ajouté : « Ce Grand Prix récompense les efforts de Live Anywhere pour répondre simultanément aux besoins de ses clients en zone métropolitaine et à ceux, de plus en plus nombreux, de ceux qui souhaitent vivre en zone rurale. »
L'édition 2025 du Salon coréen de l'innovation urbaine et régionale était organisée conjointement par le ministère du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports, la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon, la ville de Samcheok et l'Association pour la promotion de l'industrie de la régénération urbaine. Cet événement national, qui se tient chaque année depuis 2019, offre un panorama complet des politiques et projets de régénération urbaine en Corée et permet de partager les meilleures pratiques nationales et internationales. Cette année marquait la première édition dans la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon.
