세종창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 오득창)는 9월 29일 (월), 세종 오픈이노베이션 사업에 참여한 창업기업 비전아이(주)(대표 박민식)와 공동주택 모바일 출입전환 시스템 실증행사를 개최했다.
이번 행사는 세종시의회 의장, 호반그룹 관계자, 종촌동 9단지 입주민 대표, 세종원주민생계조합 대표, 비전아이㈜ 임원진 등 주요 인사들이 참석했으며 간담회와 기술 시연이 진행되었다.
실증 기술은 기존 번호키·카드 기반의 출입 방식을 모바일 기반으로 전환하는 것이다.비전아이(주)는 RF 에너지 하베스팅 기술이 적용된 ‘패스미’ 센서를 통해 스마트폰의 블루투스 신호를 RFID 표준 데이터로 변환하여, 기존 출입구 리더기에 그대로 적용할 수 있는 모바일 출입 솔루션을 선보였다.
세종창조경제혁신센터의 지원을 받은 비전아이(주)는 해당 기술을 통해 에너지 효율 향상과 유지비 절감 효과를 입증하며 업계의 주목을 받고 있다.
최근 비전아이㈜는 호반그룹 서초 사옥 ‘호반파크 2관’에서 모바일 출입 통합 시스템 PoC(Proof of Concept, 개념검증)를 진행했다. 이를 통해 스피드게이트, 엘리베이터, 층별 사무실, 비상구, 복합기, 구내식당 등 모든 출입 포인트를 ‘패스미’ 앱 하나로 관리할 수 있는 전사 통합 출입 시스템을 성공적으로 구축했다. 해당 PoC는 2025년 상반기에 1차 검증을 마쳤으며, 현재는 호반파크 1관 2차 PoC 및 호반호텔앤리조트 객실 출입 시스템 적용 계약을 협의 중이다.
이번 성과를 기반으로 비전아이㈜는 세종특별자치시 종촌동 9단지 공동주택(955세대)에서 주민 참여형 무료 설치 실증을 추진한다. 종촌동 9단지는 과거 연기군 원주민 중심의 지역주택조합 단지로, 이번 실증은 주민 수용성과 신뢰도 확보에 중요한 의미를 가진다.
세종창조경제혁신센터는 올해 SK텔레콤, 호반그룹, 세종충남대병원을 수요기업으로 지정하고, 이들과 PoC 실증 프로젝트를 진행할 6개 창업기업을 선발했다. 또한 세종시의 정부부처, 국책연구기관, 주요 시설물을 대상으로 생활 밀착형 실증사업을 확대해 나가고 있다. 특히 SK텔레콤의 지정기부금을 활용한 사회문제 해결형 오픈이노베이션을 통해 AI 기반 스타트업에 실증 기회를 제공, 민간 확산 가능성을 확보함으로써 지역사회와 민간기술의 선순환 협력모델을 창출할 계획이다.
임채성 세종시의회 의장은 “이번 실증 행사는 세종시가 지향하는 스마트시티의 미래를 보여주는 중요한 이정표”라며, “최첨단 기술이 지역 주민들의 삶에 자연스럽게 녹아들고, 주민들의 의견을 직접 수렴하여 창업기업의 기술 완성도를 높이는 진정한 의미의 상생과 협력을 보여주는 모범 사례”라고 평가했다.
세종창조경제혁신센터 오득창 대표이사는 “이번 실증은 지역 창업기업이 보유한 혁신 기술을 실제 생활 현장에 적용해 안정성과 시장성을 검증하는 의미 있는 시도”라며 “비전아이㈜의 기술은 공동주택뿐 아니라 오피스·호텔·공공시설로 확장 가능성이 크다”고 강조했다.
비전아이㈜ 박민식 대표는 “호반그룹과의 협력을 통해 확보한 PoC 성과를 기반으로, 세종시민과 함께 검증하는 이번 실증이 더 큰 도약의 발판이 될 것”이라며 “앞으로도 지속가능하고 안전한 출입 솔루션을 제공하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Sejong Center and Visioni Host a Demonstration Event for a Mobile Access Control System for Apartment Complexes
On Monday, September 29, the Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Oh Deuk-chang) held a demonstration event for a mobile access control system for apartment complexes with Vision I (CEO Park Min-sik), a startup company participating in the Sejong Open Innovation Project.
This event was attended by key figures including the Sejong City Council Speaker, Hoban Group officials, representatives of residents of Jongchon-dong Complex 9, representatives of the Sejong Residents' Livelihood Cooperative, and executives of Vision I Co., Ltd., and a discussion meeting and technology demonstration were held.
The demonstration technology is to convert the existing number key and card-based access method to a mobile-based one. Vision I Co., Ltd. presented a mobile access solution that can be applied to existing entrance readers by converting a smartphone's Bluetooth signal into standard RFID data through the 'PassMe' sensor with RF energy harvesting technology.
Vision I, which received support from the Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, is attracting attention from the industry by demonstrating that its technology can improve energy efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
Recently, Vision I Co., Ltd. conducted a Proof of Concept (PoC) for an integrated mobile access system at Hoban Park Building 2, the Seocho headquarters of Hoban Group. Through this, the company successfully implemented a company-wide integrated access system that manages all access points, including speed gates, elevators, floor-level offices, emergency exits, copiers, and cafeterias, all using the PassMe app. The PoC completed its initial verification in the first half of 2025, and the company is currently negotiating a second PoC for Hoban Park Building 1 and a contract to implement the system in guest rooms at Hoban Hotel & Resort.
Building on this achievement, Vision I Inc. will conduct a free, resident-participatory demonstration project in the 955-unit Jongchon-dong 9th Complex in Sejong Special Self-Governing City. Jongchon-dong 9th Complex was formerly a local housing cooperative centered on the original residents of Yeongi County, and this demonstration project is crucial for securing resident acceptance and trust.
This year, the Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation designated SK Telecom, Hoban Group, and Sejong Chungnam National University Hospital as demand companies and selected six startups to conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstration projects with them. Furthermore, the center is expanding practical demonstration projects targeting government ministries, national research institutes, and key facilities in Sejong City. Specifically, through open innovation aimed at solving social problems, utilizing designated donations from SK Telecom, the center plans to provide demonstration opportunities for AI-based startups and secure the potential for private sector expansion, thereby creating a virtuous cycle of cooperation between local communities and private technology.
Sejong City Council Speaker Lim Chae-seong said, “This demonstration event is an important milestone that shows the future of the smart city that Sejong City is pursuing,” and evaluated it as “a model case that shows true coexistence and cooperation in which cutting-edge technology is naturally integrated into the lives of local residents and the technological perfection of startups is improved by directly collecting residents’ opinions.”
Oh Deuk-chang, CEO of the Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, emphasized, “This demonstration is a meaningful attempt to verify stability and marketability by applying the innovative technologies of local startups to real-life situations,” and “Vision I’s technology has great potential to expand not only to apartment complexes but also to offices, hotels, and public facilities.”
Vision I CEO Park Min-sik said, “Based on the PoC results secured through collaboration with Hoban Group, this verification with Sejong citizens will serve as a stepping stone for a greater leap forward,” adding, “We will continue to do our best to provide sustainable and safe access solutions.”

世宗創造経済革新センター（代表取締役五得創）は９月２９日（月）、世宗オープンイノベーション事業に参加した創業企業ビジョンアイ（株）パク・ミンシクと共同住宅モバイル出入切替システム実証行事を開催した。
今回の行事は世宗市議会議長、湖畔グループ関係者、宗村洞9団地入居民代表、世宗院住民生計組合代表、ビジョンアイ(株)役員陣など主要人事が参加し、懇談会と技術デモが行われた。
実証技術は既存のナンバーキー・カードベースの出入方式をモバイルベースに切り替えるものである。 ビジョンアイ(株)はRFエネルギーハーベスト技術が適用された「パスミー」センサーを通じてスマートフォンのBluetooth信号をRFID標準データに変換し、既存の出入口リーダーにそのまま適用できるモバイル出入ソリューションを披露した。
世宗創造経済革新センターの支援を受けたビジョンアイ(株)は、当該技術を通じてエネルギー効率向上と維持費削減効果を立証し、業界の注目を集めている。
最近ビジョンアイ(株)は湖畔グループ瑞草社屋「湖畔パーク2館」でモバイル出入統合システムPoC(Proof of Concept,概念検証)を進行した。これにより、スピードゲート、エレベーター、フロアオフィス、非常口、複合機、構内レストランなどすべての出入りポイントを「パスミ」アプリ一つで管理できる戦士統合出入システムを成功的に構築した。同PoCは2025年上半期に1次検証を終え、現在は湖畔パーク1館2次PoCおよび湖畔ホテル＆リゾート客室出入システム適用契約を協議中である。
今回の成果を基にビジョンアイ(株)は世宗特別自治市宗村洞9団地共同住宅(955世代)で住民参加型の無料設置実証を推進する。宗村洞9団地は過去延期軍先住民中心の地域住宅組合団地で、今回の実証は住民の水溶性と信頼性確保に重要な意味を持つ。
世宗創造経済革新センターは今年SKテレコム、湖畔グループ、世宗忠南大病院を需要企業に指定し、これらとPoC実証プロジェクトを進める6つの創業企業を選抜した。また、世宗市の政府省庁、国策研究機関、主要施設物を対象に生活密着型実証事業を拡大している。特にSKテレコムの指定寄付金を活用した社会問題解決型オープンイノベーションを通じてAIベースのスタートアップに実証機会を提供し、民間拡散の可能性を確保することで、地域社会と民間技術の好循環協力モデルを創出する計画だ。
イム・チェソン世宗市議会議長は「今回の実証行事は世宗市が志向するスマートシティの未来を示す重要なマイルストーン」とし、「最先端技術が地域住民の生活に自然に溶け込んで、住民の意見を直接収束して創業企業の技術完成度を高める真の意味の相生」。
世宗創造経済革新センター五得昌代表取締役は「今回の実証は地域創業企業が保有するイノベーション技術を実際の生活現場に適用して安定性と市場性を検証する意味ある試み」とし「ビジョンアイ㈱の技術は共同住宅だけでなくオフィス・ホテル・公共施設に拡張可能性が大きい」と強調した。
ビジョンアイ(株)パク・ミンシク代表は「湖畔グループとの協力を通じて確保したPoC成果を基に、世宗市民とともに検証する今回の実証がより大きな跳躍の足場になるだろう」とし「今後も持続可能で安全な出入りソリューションを提供することに最善を尽くする」と話した。

此次活动的重要人物包括世宗市议会议长、浩盘集团官员、钟村洞9号综合体居民代表、世宗居民生活合作社代表以及Vision I有限公司高管，并举行了讨论会和技术演示。
该演示技术旨在将现有的基于数字键和刷卡的门禁方式转换为基于移动设备的门禁方式。Vision I Co., Ltd. 展示了一种移动门禁解决方案，该方案利用“PassMe”传感器结合射频能量采集技术，将智能手机的蓝牙信号转换为标准的RFID数据，从而应用于现有的入口读卡器。
Vision I 获得了世宗创意经济与创新中心的支持，其技术能够提高能源效率并降低维护成本，因此引起了业界的关注。
近日，Vision I Co., Ltd. 在浩邦集团瑞草总部浩邦公园二期大楼开展了集成移动门禁系统的概念验证（PoC）。通过此次验证，该公司成功部署了一套覆盖整个公司的集成门禁系统，该系统使用 PassMe 应用管理所有出入口，包括快速通道、电梯、楼层办公室、紧急出口、复印机和餐厅。该 PoC 已于 2025 年上半年完成初步验证，目前该公司正在洽谈浩邦公园一期大楼的第二次 PoC 以及浩邦酒店及度假村客房的门禁系统部署合同。
基于此项成果，Vision I Inc. 将在世宗特别自治市拥有955套住房的钟村洞第九期住宅区开展一项免费的、居民参与式的示范项目。钟村洞第九期住宅区原为以灵基郡原住民为中心的当地住房合作社，此次示范项目对于赢得居民的认可和信任至关重要。
今年，世宗创意经济与创新中心指定SK Telecom、Hoban集团和世宗忠南大学医院为需求方企业，并遴选了六家初创企业与它们开展概念验证（PoC）示范项目。此外，该中心正将面向政府部门、国家科研院所和世宗市重点设施的实践示范项目拓展至更多领域。具体而言，该中心计划利用SK Telecom的指定捐款，通过旨在解决社会问题的开放式创新，为人工智能初创企业提供示范机会，并确保其向私营部门拓展的潜力，从而构建地方社区与私营技术之间良性循环的合作模式。

Sejong Center et Visioni organisent une démonstration d'un système de contrôle d'accès mobile pour les complexes d'appartements.
Le lundi 29 septembre, le Centre Sejong pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (PDG Oh Deuk-chang) a organisé une démonstration d'un système de contrôle d'accès mobile pour les complexes d'appartements avec Vision I (PDG Park Min-sik), une start-up participant au projet d'innovation ouverte de Sejong.
Cet événement a réuni des personnalités clés, notamment le président du conseil municipal de Sejong, des représentants du groupe Hoban, des représentants des résidents du complexe Jongchon-dong 9, des représentants de la coopérative de subsistance des résidents de Sejong et des dirigeants de Vision I Co., Ltd. Une réunion-débat et une démonstration technologique ont été organisées.
La technologie présentée vise à convertir le système d'accès existant par code numérique et carte en un système mobile. Vision I Co., Ltd. a présenté une solution d'accès mobile compatible avec les lecteurs d'entrée existants. Cette solution convertit le signal Bluetooth d'un smartphone en données RFID standard grâce au capteur « PassMe » utilisant la technologie de récupération d'énergie RF.
Vision I, qui a bénéficié du soutien du Centre Sejong pour l'économie créative et l'innovation, attire l'attention de l'industrie en démontrant que sa technologie peut améliorer l'efficacité énergétique et réduire les coûts de maintenance.
Récemment, Vision I Co., Ltd. a mené une étude de faisabilité (PoC) pour un système de contrôle d'accès mobile intégré au sein du bâtiment 2 de Hoban Park, siège social du groupe Hoban à Seocho. Grâce à cette étude, l'entreprise a déployé avec succès un système de contrôle d'accès intégré à l'échelle de l'entreprise, gérant tous les points d'accès, notamment les portiques rapides, les ascenseurs, les bureaux, les sorties de secours, les photocopieurs et les cafétérias, le tout via l'application PassMe. La première phase de validation de la PoC a été réalisée au premier semestre 2025 et l'entreprise négocie actuellement une seconde PoC pour le bâtiment 1 de Hoban Park ainsi qu'un contrat pour le déploiement du système dans les chambres de l'hôtel Hoban Hotel & Resort.
S’appuyant sur ce succès, Vision I Inc. mènera un projet pilote gratuit et participatif au sein du complexe Jongchon-dong 9th, un ensemble de 955 logements situé dans la ville autonome spéciale de Sejong. Ancien copropriété locale regroupant les premiers habitants du comté de Yeongi, le complexe Jongchon-dong 9th nécessite ce projet pilote afin de gagner la confiance des résidents et d’obtenir leur adhésion.
Cette année, le Centre Sejong pour l'économie créative et l'innovation a désigné SK Telecom, le groupe Hoban et l'hôpital universitaire national Sejong Chungnam comme entreprises cibles et a sélectionné six start-ups pour mener en collaboration des projets de démonstration de faisabilité. Par ailleurs, le centre étend ses projets de démonstration pratiques en ciblant les ministères, les instituts de recherche nationaux et les infrastructures clés de la ville de Sejong. Concrètement, grâce à une approche d'innovation ouverte visant à résoudre les problèmes sociaux et en s'appuyant sur des dons de SK Telecom, le centre prévoit d'offrir des opportunités de démonstration aux start-ups spécialisées en intelligence artificielle et de favoriser leur développement dans le secteur privé, créant ainsi un cercle vertueux de coopération entre les communautés locales et le secteur technologique privé.
Le président du conseil municipal de Sejong, Lim Chae-seong, a déclaré : « Cet événement de démonstration est une étape importante qui illustre l'avenir de la ville intelligente que poursuit Sejong », et l'a qualifié de « cas modèle démontrant une véritable coexistence et coopération, dans lequel la technologie de pointe est naturellement intégrée à la vie des résidents locaux et la perfection technologique des start-ups est améliorée grâce à la collecte directe des opinions des résidents. »
Oh Deuk-chang, PDG du Centre Sejong pour l'économie créative et l'innovation, a souligné : « Cette démonstration constitue une tentative significative de vérifier la stabilité et la commercialisation en appliquant les technologies innovantes des jeunes entreprises locales à des situations réelles », et « La technologie de Vision I a un grand potentiel d'expansion non seulement aux complexes d'appartements, mais aussi aux bureaux, aux hôtels et aux installations publiques. »
Le PDG de Vision I, Park Min-sik, a déclaré : « Sur la base des résultats de la preuve de concept obtenus grâce à la collaboration avec le groupe Hoban, cette vérification auprès des citoyens de Sejong servira de tremplin pour un plus grand pas en avant », ajoutant : « Nous continuerons à faire de notre mieux pour fournir des solutions d'accès durables et sûres. »
