생성형 인공지능(AI) 스타트업 포티투마루(42Maru, 대표 김동환)는 1일 서울 명동 포스트타워에서 열린 ‘AI·디지털 사회전환 심포지엄’에 참여해, AI 기술의 사회적 영향과 대응 방안에 대한 논의에 참여했다고 밝혔다.
과학기술정보통신부가 주최하고, 한국지능정보사회진흥원(NIA)과 한국정보방송통신대연합(ICT대연합)이 공동 주관한 이번 심포지엄은 ‘AI 대전환 시대, 기술과 사람이 함께 그리는 미래’를 주제로 진행됐다. 행사에는 학계, 산업계, 시민사회 등 다양한 분야의 관계자가 참여해 AI 기술이 일자리, 공정성, 사회적 가치 등에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 분석하고, 사람 중심의 AI 활용 방안을 모색했다.
포티투마루 김동환 대표는 이날 연사로 참여해 ‘AI 기본사회, 일자리의 진화와 새로운 도전’을 주제로 발표를 진행했다. 김 대표는 초거대 언어모델(LLM)의 산업별 적용 사례를 소개하고, 생성형 AI 기술이 노동시장과 직무 환경에 미치는 영향을 설명했다.
또한, 김 대표는 패널토론에 참여해 AI 기술 발전에 따른 직업군 변화에 대한 사회적 논의의 필요성을 강조했다. 특히, AI 도입으로 인한 산업 구조 변화에 대응하기 위한 제도적 준비와 사회적 합의의 중요성을 언급하며, 기술 도입 과정에서의 형평성과 포용성 확보가 필요하다고 밝혔다.
포티투마루는 생성형 AI 기술을 기반으로 검색, 질의응답, 문서 분석 등 다양한 비즈니스용 AI 솔루션을 개발하고 있으며, 공공·금융·법률 등 특화 분야에서 활용 사례를 확장하고 있다.

Generative artificial intelligence (AI) startup 42Maru (CEO Dong-Hwan Kim) announced that it participated in the 'AI·Digital Social Transition Symposium' held at Post Tower in Myeongdong, Seoul on the 1st, and participated in discussions on the social impact of AI technology and response measures.
Hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and co-hosted by the National Intelligence Service (NIA) and the Korea Information and Communications Technology Association (ICT Association), the symposium was themed "The Era of AI Transformation: A Future Shaped by Technology and People Together." Participants from academia, industry, and civil society participated in the event, which analyzed the impact of AI technology on jobs, fairness, and social value from various angles and explored ways to utilize AI in a human-centered way.
FortyTwoMaru CEO Kim Dong-hwan participated as a speaker and presented on the topic, "AI Basic Society, Job Evolution, and New Challenges." He presented examples of industrial applications of large language models (LLMs) and explained the impact of generative AI technology on the labor market and work environment.
Furthermore, CEO Kim participated in a panel discussion and emphasized the need for social discussion on the changes in occupational groups due to the advancement of AI technology. He particularly emphasized the importance of institutional preparation and social consensus to respond to the structural changes in industry brought about by the introduction of AI, and emphasized the need to ensure fairness and inclusiveness during the technology adoption process.

Forty2Maru participe au symposium sur l'IA et la transformation de la société numérique
La startup d'intelligence artificielle générative (IA) 42Maru (PDG Dong-Hwan Kim) a annoncé qu'elle participait au « Symposium sur la transition sociale numérique de l'IA » qui s'est tenu à la Post Tower à Myeongdong, Séoul, le 1er, et a participé à des discussions sur l'impact social de la technologie de l'IA et les mesures de réponse.
Organisé par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et coorganisé par le Service national de renseignement (NIA) et l'Association coréenne des technologies de l'information et de la communication (Association des TIC), le symposium avait pour thème « L'ère de la transformation de l'IA : un avenir façonné par la technologie et l'humain ». Des participants issus du monde universitaire, de l'industrie et de la société civile ont participé à cet événement, qui a analysé l'impact de l'IA sur l'emploi, l'équité et la valeur sociale sous différents angles et exploré les moyens d'utiliser l'IA de manière centrée sur l'humain.
Kim Dong-hwan, PDG de FortyTwoMaru, est intervenu sur le thème « Société de l'IA, évolution des emplois et nouveaux défis ».
