AI 최적화 및 경량화 기술 기업 노타(대표 채명수)의 AI 모델 자동 최적화 플랫폼 ‘넷츠프레소’가 산업통상자원부로부터 ‘첨단기술제품’ 인증을 취득했다고 13일 밝혔다.
이번 인증은 정부가 기술의 혁신성과 산업적 가치를 공식적으로 인정해 부여하는 국가 기술 인증으로, 넷츠프레소는 ‘임베디드 소프트웨어 분야 – NPU용 소프트웨어 기술’ 부문에서 기술력을 인정받았다.
넷츠프레소는 AI 반도체부터 IoT 디바이스까지 다양한 하드웨어 환경에서 AI 모델을 효율적으로 압축·최적화·배포할 수 있는 플랫폼이다. 모델 크기를 최대 90% 이상 줄이면서도 정확도를 유지해 개발과 운영 비용을 절감하고 빠른 상용화를 지원하는 것이 특징이다.
노타는 삼성전자, 퀄컴, 르네사스, 소니 등 다수의 글로벌 반도체 기업에 AI 모델 최적화 기술을 공급하며 엣지 인텔리전스 산업 전반에서 기술적 영향력을 확대하고 있다. 최근에는 저사양 디바이스에서도 대규모 언어모델(LLM)을 구동할 수 있는 LLM 최적화 기술을 선보이며 제조, 가전, IoT 등 다양한 산업 분야로 온디바이스 AI 적용 범위를 넓히고 있다.

한편 노타는 정부 주도의 ‘AI 국가대표(독자 AI 파운데이션 모델 개발 프로젝트)’ 정예팀으로도 선정되는 등 AI 최적화 및 경량화 기술력을 잇달아 인정받고 있으며, 최근 증권신고서가 통과돼 연내 코스닥 상장을 앞두고 있다.

Netpresso is a platform that efficiently compresses, optimizes, and deploys AI models across a variety of hardware environments, from AI semiconductors to IoT devices. It reduces model size by up to 90% while maintaining accuracy, reducing development and operational costs and enabling rapid commercialization.
Nota is expanding its technological influence across the edge intelligence industry by supplying AI model optimization technology to numerous global semiconductor companies, including Samsung Electronics, Qualcomm, Renesas, and Sony. Recently, the company introduced LLM optimization technology, enabling the operation of large-scale language models (LLMs) even on low-spec devices, broadening the scope of on-device AI applications to diverse industries, including manufacturing, home appliances, and IoT.

Meanwhile, Nota has been recognized for its AI optimization and lightweight technology, including being selected as an elite team for the government-led 'AI National Representative (Independent AI Foundation Model Development Project)', and recently passed its securities report, and is preparing for a KOSDAQ listing within the year.
