주식회사 음그(대표 최종열)와 인공지능(AI) 음악 생성 기술 기업 포자랩스(대표 허원길)는 지난 10월 2일, AI 기술을 활용한 음악 교육 콘텐츠의 공동 연구·개발을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양사의 핵심 역량을 결합해 창의적이고 혁신적인 음악 교육 콘텐츠를 공동 개발하고, AI 기술을 활용한 미래지향적 교육 모델을 구축하는 데 목적이 있다.

포자랩스는 저작권 문제 없는 AI 음악 생성 기술을 기반으로 한 콘텐츠 제작 플랫폼을 운영하고 있다. 100만 개 이상의 학습 데이터를 기반으로 텍스트, 이미지, 음성 등 다양한 입력 방식에 대응하는 AI 음악 생성 모델을 개발했으며, 생성된 결과물을 미디(MIDI) 또는 오디오 파일 형태로 출력할 수 있어 활용도가 높은 것이 특징이다. 최근에는 전문 작곡가의 후반 작업을 결합한 하이브리드 제작 방식을 도입해 품질과 효율성을 동시에 확보했다. 이와 같은 기술력은 최근 CJ ENM의 전략적 투자 유치로도 주목받고 있다.
