주문형 반도체(ASIC) 설계 전문기업 에이직랜드(대표 이종민)는 10월 22일부터 24일까지 서울 코엑스에서 열리는 국내 반도체 전시회 ‘SEDEX 2025’에 참가해, 고객 맞춤형 반도체 개발을 지원하는 3가지 핵심 기술 플랫폼을 공개한다고 밝혔다.
SEDEX(반도체대전)는 한국반도체산업협회(KSIA)가 주최하는 대표적인 반도체 전문 전시회로, 메모리, 시스템 반도체, 장비·부품 등 반도체 전 산업 분야의 주요 기업들이 대거 참여한다.
에이직랜드는 이번 전시에서 ▲‘ASICLAND AxHub™ 플랫폼’ ▲‘High-Performance SoC 플랫폼’ ▲‘ASICLAND Chiplet 플랫폼’ 등 자사의 주력 기술 3종을 소개하고, 현장에서 고객 맞춤형 반도체 설계·검증·패키징 솔루션에 대한 상담을 진행할 예정이다.
‘AxHub™ 플랫폼’은 사전 검증된 인터페이스 다이(Die)를 활용해 PoC(Proof of Concept)부터 패키징까지 ASIC 개발 전 과정을 지원하는 플랫폼으로, 팹리스 고객이 겪는 복잡한 설계 구조, 긴 개발 기간, 초기 검증 비용 등의 문제를 해소하기 위한 목적에서 개발됐다.
‘High-Performance SoC 플랫폼’은 5나노 공정 기반의 Arm 아키텍처를 적용해 고성능·고신뢰성이 요구되는 AI 및 고성능 컴퓨팅(HPC) 시장에 적합한 솔루션을 제공한다.
‘Chiplet 플랫폼’은 TSMC의 CoWoS(Co-packaged with Silicon Interposer) 패키징 기술을 기반으로 HBM(고대역폭 메모리)과 로직 다이 간 초고속·저전력 인터페이스를 구현하며, AI 서버, 데이터센터, 클라우드 인프라 등 고성능 시스템 개발을 위한 최적의 환경을 제공한다.
3개 플랫폼은 각각 독립적으로 활용 가능하면서도 상호 연계된 구조로 설계되어, 고객이 프로젝트의 규모나 목표 성능에 따라 최적화된 조합으로 적용할 수 있는 유연성을 제공한다.
이와 함께 에이직랜드는 전시 부스에서 AI 포토부스, 럭키드로우, 타임어택 이벤트 등 다양한 참관객 참여 프로그램도 운영해 기술과 경험을 동시에 전달한다는 계획이다.

Ageland Participates in 'SEDEX 2025'
ASIC Land (CEO Jongmin Lee) , a company specializing in application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) design, announced that it will participate in the domestic semiconductor exhibition 'SEDEX 2025' held at COEX in Seoul from October 22nd to 24th and unveil three core technology platforms that support customer-tailored semiconductor development.
SEDEX (Semiconductor Expo) is a leading semiconductor exhibition hosted by the Korea Semiconductor Industry Association (KSIA), with major companies from all semiconductor industries, including memory, system semiconductors, and equipment/components, participating.
At this exhibition, ASICLAND will introduce three of its main technologies: ▲'ASICLAND AxHub™ Platform' ▲'High-Performance SoC Platform' ▲'ASICLAND Chiplet Platform', and will provide on-site consultations on customized semiconductor design, verification, and packaging solutions.
The 'AxHub™ platform' is a platform that supports the entire ASIC development process from PoC (Proof of Concept) to packaging using pre-verified interface dies. It was developed with the aim of solving problems faced by fabless customers such as complex design structures, long development periods, and initial verification costs.
The 'High-Performance SoC Platform' applies the Arm architecture based on the 5nm process to provide a solution suitable for the AI and high-performance computing (HPC) markets that require high performance and high reliability.
The 'Chiplet Platform' implements an ultra-high-speed, low-power interface between HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) and logic die based on TSMC's CoWoS (Co-packaged with Silicon Interposer) packaging technology, providing an optimal environment for the development of high-performance systems such as AI servers, data centers, and cloud infrastructure.
The three platforms are designed to be independently usable yet interconnected, providing customers with the flexibility to apply them in an optimized combination based on the scale of their project or performance objectives.
In addition, Ageland plans to simultaneously deliver technology and experience by operating various visitor participation programs such as AI photo booths, lucky draws, and time attack events at the exhibition booth.

「AxHub™プラットフォーム」は、事前検証済みのインターフェイスダイ（Die）を活用し、PoC（Proof of Concept）からパッケージングまでASIC開発の全過程を支援するプラットフォームで、ファブレス顧客が経験する複雑な設計構造、長い開発期間、初期検証コストなどの問題を解消する目的で開発された。
「High-Performance SoCプラットフォーム」は、5ナノプロセスベースのArmアーキテクチャを適用し、高性能・高信頼性が要求されるAIおよび高性能コンピューティング（HPC）市場に適したソリューションを提供する。
「Chipletプラットフォーム」は、TSMCのCoWoS（Co-packaged with Silicon Interposer）パッケージング技術を基盤にHBM（高帯域幅メモリ）とロジックダイ間の超高速・低電力インタフェースを実現し、AIサーバ、データセンター、クラウドインフラなど高性能システム開発に最適な環境を提供する。
3つのプラットフォームはそれぞれ独立して利用可能でありながら相互に連携した構造で設計され、顧客がプロジェクトの規模や目標性能に応じて最適化された組み合わせで適用できる柔軟性を提供する。
これと共にエイジックランドは展示ブースでAIフォトブース、ラッキードロー、タイムアタックイベントなど多様な参観客参加プログラムも運営して技術と経験を同時に伝達するという計画だ。
