친환경 소재 및 비료 스타트업 플랜트너(대표 신정우)가 사단법인 NGO 열매나눔인터내셔널과 업무협약을 체결했다.
열매나눔인터내셔널은 아시아와 아프리카 4개국에서 현지 주민의 자립을 지원하는 국제개발협력 전문 NGO로, 베트남에서는 주요 농업지대인 남부 메콩델타 지역을 중심으로 활동하고 있다.
플랜트너는 해조류 유래 천연 고분자인 알긴산을 기반으로 친환경 추출 공정과 생분해 코팅 기술을 활용해 알긴산 소재의 국산화와 친환경 비료의 상업화를 추진하고 있다.
양측은 지난 4월 베트남 메콩델타 지역 사덱(Sa Dec)시에서 킥오프 미팅을 진행한 이후, 지속 가능한 농업 문화 정착과 친환경 농업 시장 확대를 목표로 협업 방안을 논의해왔다. 이번 협약은 이러한 논의를 구체화해 사회적 임팩트 확대와 다양한 연계사업 활성화를 위한 협력 체계를 구축하기 위해 체결됐다.
이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 베트남 지역 농촌 개발과 농업 역량 강화를 위한 공동 프로젝트를 추진할 예정이다. 특히 민간기업, NGO, 정부, 농민조합이 함께 참여하는 다층적 협력 구조를 통해 사업 확장성과 사회적 가치 창출 기반을 강화할 방침이다.
플랜트너 신정우 대표는 “플랜트너의 기술력을 기반으로 메콩델타 지역 사업이 가시적 성과를 보이는 시점에서 이번 협약은 의미 있는 기회”라며 “열매나눔인터내셔널과의 협력을 통해 베트남 농업의 생산성과 소득 향상에 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

Plantner Signs Business Agreement with Fruit Sharing International
Plantner (CEO Shin Jeong-woo), an eco-friendly materials and fertilizer startup, signed a business agreement with the NGO Fruit Sharing International.
Fruit Sharing International is an international development cooperation NGO specializing in supporting the self-reliance of local residents in four Asian and African countries. In Vietnam, its activities are centered around the Mekong Delta region in southern Vietnam, a major agricultural region.
Plantner is promoting the domestic production of alginic acid materials and the commercialization of eco-friendly fertilizers based on alginic acid, a natural polymer derived from seaweed, by utilizing eco-friendly extraction processes and biodegradable coating technology.
Since their kickoff meeting in Sa Dec City, Vietnam's Mekong Delta region, in April, the two sides have been discussing collaborative measures aimed at establishing a sustainable agricultural culture and expanding the eco-friendly agricultural market. This agreement aims to concretize these discussions and establish a cooperative system to expand social impact and activate various related projects.
Through this agreement, the two organizations will pursue joint projects to enhance rural development and agricultural capacity in Vietnam. Specifically, they plan to strengthen the foundation for business scalability and social value creation through a multi-layered cooperative structure involving private companies, NGOs, the government, and farmers' cooperatives.
Plantner CEO Shin Jeong-woo said, “This agreement is a meaningful opportunity at a time when Plantner’s Mekong Delta region business is showing visible results based on its technological prowess,” and added, “Through our collaboration with Yeolmae Nanum International, we will contribute to improving the productivity and income of Vietnamese agriculture.”

プラントナー、実分けインターナショナルと業務協約締結
環境にやさしい素材と肥料のスタートアッププラントナー（代表シン・ジョンウ）が社団法人ＮＧＯ実分配インターナショナルと業務協約を締結した。
ベリーナムインターナショナルはアジアとアフリカの4カ国で現地住民の自立を支援する国際開発協力専門NGOで、ベトナムでは主要農業地帯である南部メコンデルタ地域を中心に活動している。
プラントナーは、海藻由来の天然高分子であるアルギン酸をベースに、環境にやさしい抽出工程と生分解コーティング技術を活用して、アルギン酸素材の国産化と環境にやさしい肥料の商業化を推進している。
両側は去る4月、ベトナムメコンデルタ地域サデック(Sa Dec)市でキックオフミーティングを進行した以後、持続可能な農業文化定着と環境にやさしい農業市場拡大を目標に協業案を議論してきた。今回の協約はこのような議論を具体化し、社会的インパクト拡大と多様な連携事業活性化のための協力体系を構築するために締結された。
今回の協約を通じて、両機関はベトナム地域農村開発と農業力量強化のための共同プロジェクトを推進する予定だ。特に民間企業、NGO、政府、農民組合が共に参加する多層的協力構造を通じて、事業拡張性と社会的価値創出基盤を強化する方針だ。
プラントナーのシン・ジョンウ代表は「プラントナーの技術力を基にメコンデルタ地域事業が可視的成果を見せる時点で、今回の条約は意味のある機会」とし、「果実分けインターナショナルとの協力を通じてベトナム農業の生産性と所得向上に寄与する」と述べた。

国际水果共享组织是一个国际发展合作非政府组织，致力于支持亚洲和非洲四个国家居民的自力更生。在越南，其活动主要集中在越南南部的湄公河三角洲地区，该地区是越南的主要农业区。
Plantner 利用环保提取工艺和可生物降解涂层技术，推动海藻酸材料的国产化，以及以海藻酸（一种源自海藻的天然聚合物）为基础的环保肥料的商业化。
自今年4月在越南湄公河三角洲地区沙沥市举行启动会以来，双方一直在探讨旨在构建可持续农业文化、拓展生态友好型农业市场的合作措施。此次签署协议旨在将这些讨论具体化，并建立合作体系，扩大社会影响力，启动各项相关项目。
通过此次协议，两家机构将开展联合项目，以提升越南农村发展和农业能力。具体而言，双方计划通过涉及私营企业、非政府组织、政府和农民合作社的多层次合作结构，巩固业务可扩展性和创造社会价值的基础。

Plantner signe un accord commercial avec Fruit Sharing International
Plantner (PDG Shin Jeong-woo), une start-up spécialisée dans les matériaux et les engrais respectueux de l'environnement, a signé un accord commercial avec l'ONG Fruit Sharing International.
Fruit Sharing International est une ONG internationale de coopération au développement spécialisée dans le soutien à l'autonomie des populations locales dans quatre pays d'Asie et d'Afrique. Au Vietnam, ses activités sont concentrées dans la région du delta du Mékong, au sud du pays, une importante région agricole.
Plantner promeut la production nationale de matériaux à base d'acide alginique et la commercialisation d'engrais écologiques à base d'acide alginique, un polymère naturel dérivé d'algues, en utilisant des processus d'extraction respectueux de l'environnement et une technologie de revêtement biodégradable.
Depuis leur réunion de lancement en avril dernier à Sa Dec, dans la région vietnamienne du delta du Mékong, les deux parties ont discuté de mesures de collaboration visant à instaurer une culture agricole durable et à développer un marché agricole respectueux de l'environnement. Cet accord vise à concrétiser ces discussions et à établir un système de coopération pour accroître l'impact social et mettre en œuvre divers projets connexes.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations mèneront des projets communs visant à renforcer le développement rural et les capacités agricoles au Vietnam. Plus précisément, elles prévoient de consolider les bases de l'évolutivité des entreprises et de la création de valeur sociale grâce à une structure coopérative à plusieurs niveaux impliquant des entreprises privées, des ONG, le gouvernement et des coopératives agricoles.
Shin Jeong-woo, PDG de Plantner, a déclaré : « Cet accord est une opportunité significative à un moment où les activités de Plantner dans la région du delta du Mékong montrent des résultats visibles basés sur ses prouesses technologiques », et a ajouté : « Grâce à notre collaboration avec Yeolmae Nanum International, nous contribuerons à améliorer la productivité et les revenus de l'agriculture vietnamienne. »
