㈜한국리서치 이노베이션 본부는 글로벌 UX 리서치 네트워크 ‘UX 얼라이언스(UXalliance)’의 한국 대표로 인도 벵갈루루에서 열린 ‘UX Masterclass 2025(UXMC 2025)’에 참가해 ‘Best Physical Product Testing Award’를 수상했다고 24일 밝혔다.
UX 얼라이언스가 주최한 이번 행사는 “불확실성 탐색: UX 리서치의 미래(Navigating Uncertainty: The Future of UX Research)”를 주제로 10월 9일부터 10일까지 개최됐다. 전 세계 UX 전문가들이 참여해 최신 연구 방법론과 글로벌 트렌드를 공유하는 자리다.
한국리서치 이노베이션 사업본부 강덕용 본부장은 “이번 수상은 본부의 UX 리서치 역량이 글로벌 수준에서 인정받았음을 의미한다”며, “해외 현지 사용성 조사 경험과 글로벌 네트워크가 시너지를 발휘한 결과”라고 설명했다. 이어 “앞으로도 UX 얼라이언스의 유일한 한국 대표 파트너로서 국내 기업들의 해외 시장 진출을 지원하는 맞춤형 리서치 솔루션을 제공할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
UX 얼라이언스 어워드 심사 관계자는 “한국리서치는 UX 얼라이언스 내에서도 최고 수준의 리서치 역량을 보유한 핵심 파트너사”라며, “이번 수상 사례는 복잡한 가전 제품의 사용자 경험을 심층 분석한 모범적인 사례로 글로벌 파트너사에도 유용한 인사이트를 제공할 것”이라고 평가했다.
한편, 한국리서치 이노베이션 본부는 이번 UXMC를 계기로 32개 주요 국가의 UX 전문가로 구성된 ‘글로벌 휴리스틱 전문가 풀(Global Heuristic Expert Pool)’을 구축했다. 이를 통해 내년부터 32개국 대표 도시에서 3일 이내 신속한 휴리스틱 진단 결과를 제공하는 전문 서비스를 운영할 예정이다.

Korea Research Innovation Division Wins Best Physical Product Testing Award
Korea Research Innovation Headquarters announced on the 24th that it participated in the 'UX Masterclass 2025 (UXMC 2025)' held in Bengaluru, India as the Korean representative of the global UX research network 'UX Alliance' and won the 'Best Physical Product Testing Award'.
Hosted by the UX Alliance, the event, themed "Navigating Uncertainty: The Future of UX Research," took place from October 9th to 10th. UX experts from around the world gathered to share the latest research methodologies and global trends.
"This award signifies global recognition of our UX research capabilities," said Kang Deok-yong, Head of Korea Research Innovation Division. "It's the synergy of our overseas usability research experience and global network." He added, "As the sole representative Korean partner of the UX Alliance, we plan to continue providing customized research solutions to support domestic companies' expansion into overseas markets."
The UX Alliance Awards judges said, “Korea Research is a key partner with top-level research capabilities within the UX Alliance,” and added, “This award is an exemplary case of in-depth analysis of the user experience of complex home appliances, and will provide useful insights to global partners.”
Meanwhile, the Korea Research Innovation Headquarters used this UXMC as an opportunity to establish a "Global Heuristic Expert Pool," comprised of UX experts from 32 major countries. Starting next year, this pool will provide a specialized service that provides rapid heuristic diagnostic results within three days in representative cities across these 32 countries.

韓国リサーチイノベーション事業本部カン・ドクヨン本部長は「今回の受賞は本部のＵＸリサーチ力量がグローバル水準で認められたことを意味する」とし、「海外現地ユーザビリティ調査経験とグローバルネットワークが相乗効果を発揮した結果」と説明した。続いて「今後もUXアライアンスの唯一の韓国代表パートナーとして国内企業の海外市場進出を支援するオーダーメード型リサーチソリューションを提供する計画」と明らかにした。
UXアライアンスアワード審査関係者は「韓国リサーチはUXアライアンス内でも最高レベルのリサーチ能力を保有しているコアパートナー会社」とし、「今回の受賞事例は複雑な家電製品のユーザー経験を深く分析した模範的な事例でグローバルパートナー社にも有用なインサイトを提供する」と評価した。
一方、韓国リサーチイノベーション本部は今回のUXMCを契機に、32カ国のUX専門家で構成された「グローバルヒューリスティック専門家プール」を構築した。これを通じて来年から32カ国代表都市で3日以内に迅速なヒューリスティック診断結果を提供する専門サービスを運営する予定だ。

韩国研究创新部荣获最佳实物产品测试奖
韩国研究创新本部24日宣布，作为全球UX研究网络“UX Alliance”的韩国代表，参加了在印度班加罗尔举行的“UX大师班2025（UXMC 2025）”，并获得了“最佳实物产品测试奖”。
此次活动由用户体验联盟主办，主题为“应对不确定性：用户体验研究的未来”，于10月9日至10日举行。来自世界各地的用户体验专家齐聚一堂，分享最新的研究方法和全球趋势。
“该奖项标志着我们用户体验研究能力获得全球认可，”韩国研究创新部负责人姜德勇表示。“这是我们海外可用性研究经验与全球网络协同效应的成果。”他补充道：“作为用户体验联盟在韩国的唯一代表合作伙伴，我们计划继续提供定制化研究解决方案，支持韩国企业拓展海外市场。”
UX联盟奖评委表示，“韩国研究是UX联盟内部具有顶级研究能力的重要合作伙伴”，并补充道，“该奖项是对复杂家电用户体验进行深入分析的典范，将为全球合作伙伴提供有益的见解。”
同时，韩国研究创新总部以本次UXMC为契机，建立了由来自32个主要国家的UX专家组成的“全球启发式专家库”。从明年开始，该专家库将在32个国家的代表性城市提供三天内快速提供启发式诊断结果的专业服务。

La division coréenne de recherche et d'innovation remporte le prix du meilleur test de produit physique
Le siège de la recherche et de l'innovation de Corée a annoncé le 24 qu'il avait participé à la « UX Masterclass 2025 (UXMC 2025) » qui s'est tenue à Bengaluru, en Inde, en tant que représentant coréen du réseau mondial de recherche UX « UX Alliance » et a remporté le « Best Physical Product Testing Award ».
Organisé par l'UX Alliance, l'événement, intitulé « Gérer l'incertitude : l'avenir de la recherche UX », s'est déroulé du 9 au 10 octobre. Des experts UX du monde entier se sont réunis pour partager les dernières méthodologies de recherche et tendances mondiales.
« Ce prix témoigne d'une reconnaissance mondiale de nos capacités de recherche en UX », a déclaré Kang Deok-yong, responsable de la division coréenne de la recherche et de l'innovation. « Il témoigne de la synergie entre notre expérience internationale en recherche sur l'utilisabilité et notre réseau mondial. » Il a ajouté : « En tant que partenaire coréen unique de l'UX Alliance, nous comptons continuer à proposer des solutions de recherche personnalisées pour soutenir l'expansion des entreprises nationales sur les marchés internationaux. »
Les juges des UX Alliance Awards ont déclaré : « Korea Research est un partenaire clé doté de capacités de recherche de haut niveau au sein de l'UX Alliance », et ont ajouté : « Ce prix est un exemple d'analyse approfondie de l'expérience utilisateur d'appareils électroménagers complexes et fournira des informations utiles aux partenaires mondiaux. »
Parallèlement, le siège coréen de la recherche et de l'innovation a profité de cet événement UXMC pour créer un « pool mondial d'experts heuristiques », composé d'experts UX issus de 32 grands pays. Dès l'année prochaine, ce pool offrira un service spécialisé permettant d'obtenir rapidement des résultats de diagnostic heuristique en trois jours dans des villes représentatives de ces 32 pays.
