데이터테크 기업 빅밸류(공동대표 구름, 이병욱)는 중소벤처기업부와 중소기업기술정보진흥원이 주관하는 ‘스케일업 팁스(Scale-up TIPS) R&D 지원 사업’에 최종 선정됐다고 29일 밝혔다.
이번 선정으로 빅밸류는 향후 3년간 총 11억 4천만 원 규모의 연구개발 자금과 기술사업화 지원을 받게 된다. 스케일업 팁스는 정부와 민간이 협력해 성장 잠재력을 가진 스타트업을 글로벌 유니콘 기업으로 육성하기 위한 지원 프로그램이다.
빅밸류는 이번 사업을 통해 산업별 업무 자동화를 위한 ‘버티컬 AI(산업 특화 AI) 기반 지능형 데이터 분석 에이전트’를 개발하고, 이를 산업별 고도화된 업무를 스스로 이해하고 수행하는 ‘지능형 에이전트 AI 플랫폼’으로 발전시킬 계획이다.
회사는 반복적인 분석·보고·의사결정 과정을 단계별 AI 에이전트로 구현하고, 이를 통합 관리하는 오케스트레이션 에이전트를 통해 엔드투엔드(End-to-End) 자동화를 실현한다는 목표다. 이를 통해 산업 현장에서 전문가 수준의 의사결정 지원 체계를 구축한다는 방침이다.
또한 단일 기능이나 특정 도메인에 국한된 기존 버티컬 AI의 한계를 극복하기 위해 다양한 산업군에 적용 가능한 공통 모듈 기반의 AI 에이전트 플랫폼을 개발한다. 산업별 기능을 플러그인 형태로 추가할 수 있는 모듈형 아키텍처를 도입해 확장성과 유연성을 확보하고, 산업 전반의 AI 전환 기반을 마련할 예정이다.
빅밸류는 산업별 규정과 지식을 구조화한 ‘온톨로지(Ontology)’ 기반의 AI 에이전트를 적용해, AI가 업무 맥락에 따라 데이터를 정확히 해석하고 의사결정을 지원할 수 있도록 한다. 나아가 산업별 에이전트를 구독형 마켓플레이스로 확장해 외부 개발자와 비전문가도 참여할 수 있는 개방형 데이터테크 생태계를 조성할 계획이다.
구름 빅밸류 대표는 “이번 지원사업 선정은 빅밸류의 데이터가 실제 산업 현장에서 비즈니스 문제 해결에 기여하고 있음을 인정받은 결과”라며 “데이터의 품질과 깊이가 산업 AI의 핵심 경쟁력임을 입증하고, 산업 전반의 AI 활용 수준을 한 단계 높이겠다”고 말했다.

BigValue Selected for Scale-Up Tips R&D Support Project
Data tech company Big Value (Co-CEOs Gureum and Byeong-wook Lee) announced on the 29th that it was finally selected for the 'Scale-up TIPS R&D Support Project' hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Technology Information Promotion Agency for SMEs.
With this selection, BigValue will receive a total of 1.14 billion won in R&D funding and technology commercialization support over the next three years. Scaleup Tips is a support program that fosters startups with growth potential into global unicorns through collaboration between the government and the private sector.
Through this project, Big Value plans to develop an "intelligent data analysis agent based on vertical AI (industry-specific AI)" for industry-specific task automation, and develop it into an "intelligent agent AI platform" that can independently understand and perform advanced industry-specific tasks.
The company aims to achieve end-to-end automation by implementing repetitive analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes as step-by-step AI agents and then orchestrating them through an orchestration agent. Through this, the company aims to establish a professional-level decision-making support system in industrial settings.
Furthermore, to overcome the limitations of existing vertical AI, which is limited to a single function or specific domain, we are developing a common module-based AI agent platform applicable to various industries. By introducing a modular architecture that allows for the addition of industry-specific functions as plug-ins, we will ensure scalability and flexibility, laying the foundation for AI transformation across industries.
BigValue applies AI agents based on "ontologies," which structure industry-specific regulations and knowledge, enabling AI to accurately interpret data and support decision-making based on business context. Furthermore, BigValue plans to expand these industry-specific agents into a subscription marketplace, fostering an open data tech ecosystem where external developers and non-experts can participate.
The CEO of Cloud Big Value said, “This selection for support is a recognition that Big Value’s data is contributing to solving business problems in actual industrial settings,” and added, “We will prove that the quality and depth of data are the core competitiveness of industrial AI, and elevate the level of AI utilization across industries to the next level.”

データテック企業ビッグバリュー（共同代表雲、イ・ビョンウク）は、中小ベンチャー企業部と中小企業技術情報振興院が主管する「スケールアップティップス（Scale-up TIPS）R&D支援事業」に最終選定されたと29日明らかにした。
今回の選定でビッグバリューは今後3年間で合計11億4千万ウォン規模の研究開発資金と技術事業化支援を受けることになる。スケールアップチップスは政府と民間が協力して成長潜在力を持ったスタートアップをグローバルユニコーン企業として育成するための支援プログラムだ。
ビッグバリューは今回の事業を通じて産業別業務自動化のための「バーチャルAI（産業特化AI）ベースのインテリジェントデータ分析エージェント」を開発し、これを産業別高度化された業務を自ら理解して遂行する「インテリジェントエージェントAIプラットフォーム」に発展させる計画だ。
同社は反復的な分析・報告・意思決定過程を段階的にAIエージェントとして実装し、これを統合管理するオーケストレーションエージェントを通じてエンドツーエンド(End-to-End)自動化を実現するという目標だ。これにより産業現場で専門家レベルの意思決定支援体系を構築する方針だ。
また、単一の機能または特定のドメインに限定された既存のバーティカルAIの制限を克服するために、さまざまな産業グループに適用可能な共通モジュールベースのAIエージェントプラットフォームを開発します。産業別機能をプラグイン形態で追加できるモジュール型アーキテクチャを導入して拡張性と柔軟性を確保し、産業全般のAI転換基盤を設ける予定だ。

La société de technologie des données Big Value (co-PDG Gureum et Byeong-wook Lee) a annoncé le 29 qu'elle avait finalement été sélectionnée pour le « projet de soutien à la R&D Scale-up TIPS » hébergé par le ministère des PME et des Startups et l'Agence coréenne de promotion de l'information technologique pour les PME.
Grâce à cette sélection, BigValue recevra un financement total de 1,14 milliard de wons pour la R&D et le soutien à la commercialisation de ses technologies au cours des trois prochaines années. Dans le cadre de ce projet, Big Value prévoit de développer un « agent d'analyse de données intelligent basé sur une IA verticale (IA spécifique à l'industrie) » pour l'automatisation des tâches spécifiques à l'industrie, et de le transformer en une « plateforme d'IA d'agent intelligent » capable de comprendre et d'exécuter de manière autonome des tâches complexes spécifiques à l'industrie.
L'entreprise vise une automatisation complète en déployant des agents d'IA séquentiels pour les processus répétitifs d'analyse, de reporting et de prise de décision, puis en les orchestrant via un agent d'orchestration. Elle ambitionne ainsi de mettre en place un système d'aide à la décision de niveau professionnel en milieu industriel.
De plus, afin de pallier les limitations des IA verticales existantes, restreintes à une seule fonction ou à un domaine spécifique, nous développons une plateforme d'agents d'IA modulaires et commune, applicable à divers secteurs. Grâce à une architecture modulaire permettant l'ajout de fonctions sectorielles sous forme de plugins, nous garantissons l'évolutivité et la flexibilité, jetant ainsi les bases d'une transformation de l'IA à l'échelle de tous les secteurs.
BigValue utilise des agents d'IA basés sur des ontologies, qui structurent les réglementations et les connaissances sectorielles. Ces agents peuvent ainsi interpréter les données avec précision et faciliter la prise de décision en fonction du contexte métier. BigValue prévoit également de proposer ces agents sectoriels sur une plateforme d'abonnement, favorisant ainsi un écosystème technologique de données ouvertes où développeurs externes et non-spécialistes peuvent contribuer.
