인공지능(AI) 기반 실시간 피싱 차단 서비스 ‘싹다잡아’를 운영하는 ㈜필상(대표 강필상)은 중소벤처기업부가 주관하는 ‘스케일업 팁스(Scale-up TIPS)’ 프로그램에 최종 선정됐다고 30일 밝혔다. 지난해 ‘딥테크 팁스(Deep Tech TIPS)’에 이어 2년 연속 정부 기술창업 지원사업에 선정되며 기술력과 성장 잠재력을 인정받았다.
스케일업 팁스는 기술력과 시장성을 갖춘 유망 스타트업의 고도 성장을 지원하는 프로그램으로, 딥테크 팁스와 함께 정부의 대표적인 기술창업 지원 사업이다. 두 프로그램 모두에 선정된 것은 필상이 국내 최초 사례로, 기술성과 사업성을 동시에 검증받은 것으로 평가된다.
필상은 이번 과제를 통해 ▲AI 기반 피싱 탐지 에이전트 정밀도 향상 ▲기업용 피싱 통합분석 대응 시스템 고도화에 집중할 계획이다. 향후 3년간 최대 12억 원의 연구개발 자금을 지원받아 진화하는 피싱 수법에 대응할 수 있는 자율형 AI 보안 기술 개발을 추진한다.
한편 필상은 최근 ‘2025 삼성금융 C-Lab Outside’에서 실시간 사칭 URL 탐지 솔루션으로 최우수 기업에 선정됐으며, 삼성증권·삼성생명·삼성화재·삼성카드 등과의 협업을 추진 중이다.
강필상 대표는 “딥테크 팁스와 스케일업 팁스에 모두 선정된 첫 사례로서 의미가 크다”며 “AI 기반 피싱 보안 기술의 글로벌 표준화를 목표로 내년 미국과 일본 시장 진출을 본격화할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

Pilsang Co., Ltd. Pilsang is the first company in Korea to be selected for both programs, demonstrating both technological prowess and business viability.
Through this project, Pilsang plans to focus on ▲improving the accuracy of its AI-based phishing detection agent and ▲advancing its integrated phishing analysis and response system for enterprises. With up to 1.2 billion won in R&D funding over the next three years, the company will pursue the development of autonomous AI security technology capable of responding to evolving phishing techniques.
Meanwhile, Pilsang was recently selected as the best company for its real-time phishing URL detection solution at the '2025 Samsung Finance C-Lab Outside', and is currently pursuing collaborations with Samsung Securities, Samsung Life Insurance, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, and Samsung Card.
CEO Kang Pil-sang said, “It is very meaningful as the first case to be selected for both Deep Tech Tips and Scale-up Tips,” and added, “We plan to actively enter the U.S. and Japanese markets next year with the goal of global standardization of AI-based phishing security technology.”

人工知能(AI)ベースのリアルタイムフィッシング遮断サービス「シュートホールド」を運営する(株)筆賞(代表講筆賞)は、中小ベンチャー企業部が主管する'スケールアップティップス(Scale-up TIPS)'プログラムに最終選定されたと30日明らかにした。昨年「ディープテック・ティップス（Deep Tech TIPS）」に続き、2年連続政府技術創業支援事業に選定され、技術力と成長潜在力を認められた。
スケールアップチップスは技術力と市場性を備えた有望なスタートアップの高度成長を支援するプログラムで、ディープテックチップスとともに政府の代表的な技術創業支援事業だ。両プログラムともに選ばれたのは、筆上が国内初の事例で、技術性と事業性を同時に検証されたと評価される。
筆上は今回の課題を通じて▲AIベースのフィッシング検出エージェントの精度向上▲企業向けフィッシング統合分析対応システムの高度化に集中する計画だ。今後3年間、最大12億ウォンの研究開発資金を支援されて進化するフィッシング手法に対応できる自律型AIセキュリティ技術開発を推進する。
一方、筆上は最近「2025サムスン金融C-Lab Outside」でリアルタイム詐称URL検出ソリューションとして最優秀企業に選定され、サムスン証券・サムスン生命・サムスン火災・サムスンカードなどとのコラボレーションを進めている。
カン・ピルサン代表は「ディープテックチップスとスケールアップチップスの両方に選ばれた最初の事例として意味が大きい」とし「AIベースフィッシングセキュリティ技術のグローバル標準化を目標に来年米国と日本市場進出を本格化する計画」と明らかにした。

La société Pilsang Co., Ltd. (PDG : Kang Pilsang), exploitante du service de blocage de phishing en temps réel basé sur l'IA « Ssakdajab-a », a annoncé le 30 juin avoir été sélectionnée pour le programme « Scale-up TIPS » du ministère des PME et des Startups. Après avoir été sélectionnée l'an dernier dans le cadre du programme « Deep Tech TIPS », l'entreprise est ainsi retenue pour la deuxième année consécutive au programme gouvernemental de soutien aux startups technologiques, témoignant de son expertise technologique et de son fort potentiel de croissance.
Scaleup Tips est un programme qui soutient la croissance rapide de jeunes entreprises prometteuses dotées d'une expertise technologique et d'un potentiel commercial avérés. Avec DeepTech Tips, il s'agit d'un programme gouvernemental emblématique d'accompagnement des startups technologiques. Pilsang est la première entreprise coréenne à avoir été sélectionnée pour les deux programmes, preuve de son expertise technologique et de sa viabilité commerciale.
