인공지능 전문기업 ㈜라피치(대표 어범석)는 중소벤처기업부가 주관하는 ‘스케일업 팁스(SCALE-UP TIPS)’ 지원 프로그램에 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
스케일업 팁스는 정부와 민간 투자사가 협력해 기술력과 성장 잠재력을 보유한 중소벤처기업을 지원하는 프로그램으로, 선정 기업은 최대 3년간 기술 개발 및 글로벌 진출을 위한 자금을 지원받는다. 라피치는 이번 선정을 통해 연구개발(R&D) 분야에서 총 11억4천만 원의 자금을 확보했으며, 민간 운영사로는 벤처캐피털 캡스톤 파트너스가 참여한다.
라피치는 이번 사업을 통해 ‘다중 AI 에이전트 오케스트레이션 기반 지능형 메타휴먼 상담 시스템’ 개발에 착수한다.
연구개발의 주요 내용은 ▲Hybrid LLM(대규모 언어모델) 기반 다중 에이전트 오케스트레이션 시스템 ▲사용자의 시선·감정 인식을 활용한 HRI(인간-로봇 상호작용) 제어 및 실시간 동기화 기술 ▲온톨로지 기반 지식 구조화 및 RAG 기반 검색·생성 지식 시스템 구축 등이다.
이번 과제는 라피치가 주관기관으로 참여하며, AI 영상분석 전문기업 ‘위시(Wish)’가 공동 연구기관으로 협력한다. 양사는 기술 융합을 통한 공동 연구개발 체계를 구축하고, 메타휴먼 기반 실시간 상호작용 기술의 완성도를 높일 예정이다.
어범석 라피치 대표이사는 “이번 스케일업 팁스 선정을 계기로 최신 AI 기술을 융합한 지능형 메타휴먼 상담 시스템 개발에 속도를 낼 것”이라며 “AI가 단순 응대를 넘어 인간적 공감과 소통이 가능한 상담 환경을 구현해, 다양한 산업 분야에서 새로운 고객 경험과 서비스 혁신을 제시하겠다”고 말했다.

Rapichi selected as a "Scale-Up Tip" by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups
Artificial intelligence company Rapichi (CEO: Beomseok Oh) announced that it has been selected for the 'SCALE-UP TIPS' support program hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Scale-Up Tips is a program in which the government and private investors collaborate to support small and medium-sized venture companies with technological prowess and growth potential. Selected companies receive funding for up to three years for technology development and global expansion. Through this selection, Rapich secured a total of 1.14 billion won in research and development (R&D) funding, with the private operator being Capstone Partners, a venture capital firm.
Through this project, Rapich will begin developing an 'intelligent metahuman counseling system based on multi-AI agent orchestration.'
The main contents of the research and development are ▲ Hybrid LLM (Large-Scale Language Model)-based multi-agent orchestration system ▲ HRI (Human-Robot Interaction) control and real-time synchronization technology utilizing user's gaze and emotion recognition ▲ Ontology-based knowledge structuring and RAG-based search and creation knowledge system construction, etc.
This project will be led by Rapichi, with AI image analysis specialist Wish serving as a joint research institute. The two companies will establish a joint research and development system through technological convergence and enhance the quality of metahuman-based real-time interaction technology.
Rapich CEO Eobumseok said, “With this selection as a Scale-Up Tips, we will accelerate the development of an intelligent metahuman consulting system that combines the latest AI technology.” He added, “We will create a consulting environment where AI goes beyond simple responses and enables human empathy and communication, thereby presenting new customer experiences and service innovations in various industries.”

Rapichi sélectionnée comme « conseil de croissance » par le ministère des PME et des Startups
La société d'intelligence artificielle Rapichi (PDG : Beomseok Oh) a annoncé avoir été sélectionnée pour le programme de soutien « SCALE-UP TIPS » hébergé par le ministère des PME et des Startups.
Scale-Up Tips est un programme de partenariat public-privé visant à soutenir les PME innovantes à fort potentiel technologique et de croissance. Les entreprises sélectionnées reçoivent un financement pouvant aller jusqu'à trois ans pour le développement technologique et leur expansion internationale. Grâce à cette sélection, Rapich a obtenu un financement de 1,14 milliard de wons pour la recherche et le développement (R&D), le gestionnaire du programme étant Capstone Partners, une société de capital-risque.
Dans le cadre de ce projet, Rapich commencera à développer un « système de conseil métahumain intelligent basé sur l'orchestration de plusieurs agents d'IA ».
Les principaux axes de recherche et développement sont : ▲ Un système d’orchestration multi-agents basé sur un modèle de langage hybride à grande échelle (LLM) ▲ Une technologie de contrôle et de synchronisation en temps réel de l’interaction homme-robot (HRI) utilisant la reconnaissance du regard et des émotions de l’utilisateur ▲ Une structuration des connaissances basée sur l’ontologie et une construction de système de connaissances de recherche et de création basé sur RAG, etc.
Ce projet sera piloté par Rapichi, en collaboration avec Wish, spécialiste de l'analyse d'images par IA, qui agira comme institut de recherche conjoint. Les deux entreprises mettront en place un système de recherche et développement commun grâce à la convergence technologique et amélioreront la qualité des technologies d'interaction en temps réel basées sur l'intelligence artificielle.
Le PDG de Rapich, Eobumseok, a déclaré : « Grâce à cette sélection en tant que Scale-Up Tips, nous allons accélérer le développement d’un système de conseil métahumain intelligent qui combine les dernières technologies d’IA. » Il a ajouté : « Nous allons créer un environnement de conseil où l’IA dépasse la simple réponse et favorise l’empathie et la communication humaines, offrant ainsi de nouvelles expériences client et des services innovants dans divers secteurs. »
