스타트업 성장지원 기관 디캠프(대표 박영훈)는 31일 디캠프 마포에서 한국핀테크지원센터(이사장 김건)와 공동으로 개최한 ‘디캠프 스타트업OI #금융권’에서 리턴제로(대표 이참솔)가 ‘올해의 스타트업’으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 금융권과 스타트업 간의 실질적 협력 사례를 공유하고 지속 가능한 협력 생태계를 조성하기 위해 마련됐다. 현장에는 금융기관 관계자, 심사위원, 일반 관람객 등 약 120명이 참석해 스타트업의 혁신 사례를 청취하고 협력 가능성을 논의했다.
사전 공모를 통해 접수된 59개 기업 중 남도마켓, 리턴제로, 에임스, 빅테크플러스, 앤톡 등 5개 스타트업이 최종 발표 기업으로 선정됐다.
남도마켓은 생산자와 도매업자를 연결하는 유통 혁신 플랫폼으로, B2B 거래 매칭 서비스 ‘남도마켓’과 도소매 주문정산 관리 툴 ‘ND엉클’, 패션 도매 정산 솔루션 ‘패션온’을 운영하고 있다.
리턴제로는 음성인식 AI 기술을 기반으로 통화 내용을 문자로 변환하는 앱 ‘비토(VITO)’와 기업용 회의 기록 솔루션 ‘콜라보(CALLABO)’를 운영하며, 클라우드 및 온프레미스 방식으로 빠르고 보안성 높은 음성 데이터 처리를 제공한다.
에임스는 보험약관 분석과 AI 심사 자동화 기술을 활용해 보험사의 상품 출시, 보험금 심사 등을 지원하는 인슈어테크 기업이며, 빅테크플러스는 부동산 자산 관리와 전세 사기 예방을 위한 AI 기반 플랫폼 ‘홈큐(HomeQ)’를 서비스하고 있다.
앤톡은 국내 기업의 재무·비재무 데이터를 분석해 경영 안정성과 기술 혁신성을 진단하는 금융 데이터 분석 기업으로, AI 기반 솔루션 ‘앤톡 MRI’를 운영한다.
심사 결과, 리턴제로가 ‘올해의 스타트업’으로 선정됐으며, ‘금융기관이 주목한 우수 스타트업’에는 남도마켓, ‘투자사가 주목한 우수 스타트업’에는 빅테크플러스가 각각 선정됐다. 에임스와 앤톡 역시 높은 평가를 받았다.
수상 기업에는 총 1,000만 원의 상금이 수여되며, 향후 ▲디캠프 배치 프로그램 선발 검토(최대 15억 원 투자 및 1년 반 입주 기회) ▲디캠프 출자 펀드 우선 투자 검토 ▲한국핀테크지원센터 PoC 지원(기업별 최대 1.2억 원) 등의 혜택이 제공된다.
이날 행사에서는 IBK기업은행의 이재준 과장이 ‘창업자가 직접 뽑은 스타트업 친화 금융기관 담당자’로 선정돼 금융위원장상을 수상했다.
박영훈 디캠프 대표는 “이번 행사는 금융권과 스타트업 간의 협력 성과를 공유하고 상호 성장의 가능성을 확인하는 자리였다”며 “디캠프는 앞으로도 투자와 출자를 비롯한 다양한 방식으로 스타트업 생태계 발전을 지속적으로 지원할 것”이라고 말했다.

Decamp (CEO Park Young-hoon), a startup growth support organization, announced on the 31st that Return Zero (CEO Lee Cham-sol) was selected as the 'Startup of the Year' at the 'DeCamp Startup OI #FinancialSector' co-hosted with the Korea Fintech Support Center (Chairman Kim Geon) at Decamp Mapo.
This event was designed to share practical examples of collaboration between the financial sector and startups and foster a sustainable collaborative ecosystem. Approximately 120 people, including financial institution officials, judges, and the general public, attended the event to hear about innovative startups and discuss potential collaborations.
Among the 59 companies that applied through the preliminary public offering, five startups, including Namdo Market, Return Zero, Aims, Big Tech Plus, and Antok, were selected as the final presenters.
Namdo Market is a distribution innovation platform that connects producers and wholesalers. It operates the B2B transaction matching service 'Namdo Market', the wholesale and retail order settlement management tool 'ND Uncle', and the fashion wholesale settlement solution 'Fashion On'.
Return Zero operates 'VITO', an app that converts phone calls into text based on voice recognition AI technology, and 'CALLABO', a corporate meeting recording solution, and provides fast and secure voice data processing in the cloud and on-premise.
Aims is an InsurTech company that supports insurance companies in product launches and insurance claim reviews by utilizing insurance policy analysis and AI review automation technology, while BigTech Plus provides HomeQ, an AI-based platform for real estate asset management and the prevention of jeonse fraud.
Antok is a financial data analysis company that analyzes the financial and non-financial data of domestic companies to diagnose their management stability and technological innovation. It operates an AI-based solution called 'Antok MRI'.
As a result of the evaluation, ReturnZero was selected as "Startup of the Year," Namdo Market was named "Outstanding Startup Spotlighted by Financial Institutions," and BigTech Plus was named "Outstanding Startup Spotlighted by Investment Firms." Aims and Antalk also received high praise.
The winning companies will be awarded a total of 10 million won in prize money, and will be provided with benefits such as ▲ selection review for the D-Camp placement program (up to 1.5 billion won in investment and opportunity to residency for 1.5 years), ▲ priority investment review for the D-Camp investment fund, and ▲ Korea Fintech Support Center PoC support (up to 120 million won per company).
At the event, IBK Industrial Bank of Korea's Lee Jae-jun was selected as the 'Startup-friendly financial institution representative selected directly by entrepreneurs' and received the Financial Services Commission Chairman's Award.
Park Young-hoon, CEO of Decamp, said, “This event was an opportunity to share the results of collaboration between the financial sector and startups and confirm the potential for mutual growth,” and added, “DeCamp will continue to support the development of the startup ecosystem in various ways, including through investment and financing.”

スタートアップ成長支援機関デキャンプ（代表パク・ヨンフン）は３１日、デキャンプ麻浦で韓国フィンテック支援センター（理事長キム・ゴン）と共同で開催した「デキャンプスタートアップＯＩ＃金融圏」でリターンゼロ（代表イ・チャンソル）が「今年のスタートアップ」に選ばれた。
今回のイベントは、金融圏とスタートアップ間の実質的な協力事例を共有し、持続可能な協力生態系を造成するために設けられた。現場には金融機関関係者、審査委員、一般観覧客など約120人が参加し、スタートアップのイノベーション事例を聴取して協力の可能性を議論した。
事前公募を通じて受け付けられた59社のうち、ナムドマーケット、リターンゼロ、エイムス、ビックテックプラス、アントックなど5つのスタートアップが最終発表企業に選ばれた。
ナムドマーケットは生産者と卸売業者をつなぐ流通革新プラットフォームで、B2B取引マッチングサービス「ナムドマーケット」と卸売注文精算管理ツール「NDアンクル」、ファッション卸売決済ソリューション「ファッションオン」を運営している。
リターンゼロは、音声認識AI技術を基盤に通話内容を文字に変換するアプリ「ビトー（VITO）」と企業向け会議記録ソリューション「コラボ（CALLABO）」を運営し、クラウドおよびオンプレミス方式で迅速かつ安全な音声データ処理を提供する。
エイムスは保険約款分析とAI審査自動化技術を活用して保険会社の商品発売、保険金審査などを支援するインシュアテク企業であり、ビックテックプラスは不動産資産管理とチャーター詐欺防止のためのAI基盤プラットフォーム「ホームキュー(HomeQ)」をサービスしている。
アントックは国内企業の財務・非財務データを分析して経営安定性と技術革新性を診断する金融データ分析企業で、AIベースのソリューション「アントークMRI」を運営する。
審査の結果、リターンゼロが「今年のスタートアップ」に選ばれ、「金融機関が注目した優秀スタートアップ」には南道マーケット、「投資会社が注目した優秀スタートアップ」にはビッグテックプラスがそれぞれ選ばれた。エイムスとアントックも高い評価を受けた。
受賞企業には総1,000万ウォンの賞金が授与され、今後▲デキャンプ配置プログラム選抜検討(最大15億ウォン投資及び1年半入居機会)▲デキャンプ出資ファンド優先投資検討▲韓国ピンテック支援センターPoC支援(企業別最大1.2億ウォン)などの恩恵が提供される。
この日のイベントでは、IBK企業銀行のイ・ジェジュン課長が「創業者が直接選んだスタートアップに優しい金融機関担当者」に選ばれ、金融委員長賞を受賞した。

Les entreprises gagnantes se verront attribuer un prix total de 10 millions de wons et bénéficieront d'avantages tels que : ▲ un examen de sélection pour le programme de placement D-Camp (jusqu'à 1,5 milliard de wons d'investissement et une possibilité de résidence pendant 1,5 an), ▲ un examen prioritaire des investissements pour le fonds d'investissement D-Camp et ▲ un soutien du Korea Fintech Support Center PoC (jusqu'à 120 millions de wons par entreprise).
Lors de cet événement, Lee Jae-jun, de la banque IBK Industrial Bank of Korea, a été sélectionné comme « représentant des institutions financières favorables aux start-ups, choisi directement par les entrepreneurs » et a reçu le prix du président de la Commission des services financiers.
