F&B 전문 액셀러레이터 스타에셋㈜는 지난 10월 28일 서울창업허브 공덕에서 ‘2025 스타배치 프로그램(케이푸드스타 2기)’ IR 데모데이를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이번 행사는 국내 F&B 및 뷰티 분야 유망 기업의 성장 가능성을 검증하고 투자 연계를 추진하기 위해 마련됐다.
스타에셋㈜는 외식 프랜차이즈 및 F&B 기업의 고도화를 지원하는 전문 액셀러레이터로, 초기 투자와 판로 개척, 사업 확장 등을 통해 스타트업의 시장 진출을 돕고 있다. 지난해 1기 프로그램의 성과를 바탕으로 진행된 이번 2기 프로그램은 선발된 기업들을 대상으로 집중 교육, 멘토링, 네트워킹을 제공한 뒤 데모데이에서 투자 유치를 위한 IR 발표 기회를 제공하는 방식으로 운영됐다.
이번 데모데이에는 ▲메종담금㈜(담금) ▲㈜얼맥당(얼맥당) ▲㈜지붕위의호랑이(야수각) ▲㈜인큐시스(꿈꾸는고기) ▲㈜열정(뽁식당·카사데타코 등) ▲㈜엘피지오웰니스(엘피지오) ▲피자느반 ▲에이징테크연구소(뉴로밀크바이오) ▲테이블웍스㈜(닷디거) 등 9개 기업이 참여해 자사 비즈니스 모델과 성장 전략을 발표했다.
행사에는 스타에셋㈜ 투자 심사역을 비롯해 F&B 산업 관계자, 투자자, 예비 창업자 등 약 100여 명이 참석했다. 참여 기업들은 브랜드 경쟁력, 기술력, 글로벌 진출 가능성 등을 중심으로 평가를 받았으며, 일부 기업은 스타에셋의 후속 투자 및 협력 논의를 이어가게 된다.
스타에셋㈜는 최종 선발 기업에 대해 직접 투자뿐 아니라 국내외 판로 개척, 마케팅 협력, 투자 네트워킹 등 실질적인 성장 지원을 제공할 계획이다.

Star Asset concludes its second IR demo day for its "2025 Star Placement Program."
Star Asset, a specialized F&B accelerator, announced that it held the "2025 Star Placement Program (K-Food Star 2nd Batch)" IR Demo Day at the Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok on October 28th. The event was designed to verify the growth potential of promising domestic F&B and beauty companies and promote investment opportunities.
Star Asset Co., Ltd. is a specialized accelerator supporting the advancement of restaurant franchises and F&B companies. It assists startups in entering the market through initial investments, market development, and business expansion. Building on the success of last year's first program, this second program offered selected companies intensive training, mentoring, and networking, followed by an opportunity to present IR at a Demo Day to attract investment.

The event was attended by approximately 100 people, including investment reviewers from Star Asset, as well as F&B industry professionals, investors, and aspiring entrepreneurs. Participating companies were evaluated based on their brand competitiveness, technological prowess, and global expansion potential. Some companies will continue discussions with Star Asset regarding follow-up investment and collaboration.
Star Asset Co., Ltd. plans to provide the final selected companies with practical growth support, including direct investment, domestic and international market development, marketing cooperation, and investment networking.

Star Asset, un accélérateur spécialisé dans le secteur de l'alimentation et des boissons, a annoncé avoir organisé le 28 octobre, au Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok, le « 2e lot du programme Star Placement 2025 (K-Food Star) », une journée de démonstration pour les investisseurs. Cet événement visait à évaluer le potentiel de croissance d'entreprises coréennes prometteuses des secteurs de l'alimentation, des boissons et des cosmétiques, et à promouvoir les opportunités d'investissement.

Certaines d'entre elles poursuivront les discussions avec Star Asset en vue d'investissements et de collaborations ultérieurs.
