생성형 AI 스타트업 포티투마루(42Maru, 대표 김동환)가 3일 국회의원회관 제3세미나실에서 열린 ‘국회 AI 정책포럼’에서 AI-AX(AI Transformation) 도약 전략을 발표했다. 이번 포럼은 (사)AI휴먼소사이어티 1주년을 기념해 개최됐다.
포럼 주제는 ‘미·중 AI 패권 경쟁과 국내 AI-AX 도약 전략: 피지컬 AI 중심으로’이며, 더불어민주당 정동영·조승래 의원과 국민의힘 최형두 의원이 공동 주최했다. (사)AI휴먼소사이어티, 서울대 AI연구원, 한국지능정보사회진흥원(NIA), 정보통신산업진흥원(NIPA), 연합뉴스TV, 디지털타임스가 공동 주관했으며, AI 전문가와 국회 및 정부 관계자들이 참석했다.
포티투마루 김동환 대표는 AI휴먼소사이어티 이사장 겸 공동회장으로 환영사를 전한 뒤 주제 발표자로 나서, 피지컬 AI를 중심으로 한 글로벌 AI 트렌드 속에서 국내 기업의 AX 전략과 경쟁력 확보 방안을 설명했다.
이날 포럼에서는 박태웅 한빛미디어·녹서포럼 의장, 이재욱 서울대 AI연구원장의 발표도 진행됐다. 또한 과학기술정보통신부 박태완 국장, NIA 장경미 부원장, SKT 이영탁 부사장, 법무법인 린 구태언 변호사 등 관계 기관과 산업계 전문가들이 참여한 종합토론이 이어졌다.
AI휴먼소사이어티는 산·학·연 전문가들이 모여 AI와 사람이 조화롭게 공존하는 미래를 모색하는 비영리 사단법인으로, AI기업 임원, 스타트업 창업자, 교수, 연구자, 언론인 등이 회원으로 참여하고 있다. 소사이어티는 AI현장을 순회하는 ‘현장 포럼’을 통해 AI 기술과 AX 응용 분야의 최신 동향을 공유하고, AI 혁신 생태계 활성화 방안을 논의한다.
김동환 대표는 “AI 기술이 소프트웨어를 넘어 피지컬 AI로 확장되는 시점에서, 국내 기업들은 실질적 AX 전략을 통해 글로벌 경쟁력을 확보해야 한다”며, “이번 포럼을 통해 정책적·기술적 방향을 제시하고 실행 가능한 전략으로 발전시켜 국가 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

FortiTumaru Announces AI Transition Strategy at National Assembly AI Policy Forum
Generative AI startup 42Maru (CEO Dong-Hwan Kim) announced its AI-AX (AI Transformation) leap forward strategy at the National Assembly AI Policy Forum held in Seminar Room 3 of the National Assembly Members' Hall on the 3rd. The forum commemorated the first anniversary of the AI Human Society.
The forum, titled "US-China AI Hegemony Competition and Domestic AI-AX Leap Forward Strategy: Focusing on Physical AI," was co-hosted by Representatives Chung Dong-young and Cho Seung-rae of the Democratic Party of Korea and Representative Choi Hyung-doo of the People Power Party. It was co-hosted by the AI Human Society, Seoul National University AI Research Institute, the National Intelligence Service (NIS), the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), Yonhap News TV, and Digital Times, and was attended by AI experts, National Assembly, and government officials.
FortyTwoMaru CEO Kim Dong-hwan, who serves as the Chairman and Co-Chairman of the AI Human Society, delivered a welcoming speech and then presented the keynote address, explaining the AX strategies of domestic companies and ways to secure competitiveness amidst the global AI trend centered on physical AI.
The forum also featured presentations by Park Tae-woong, Chairman of Hanbit Media and Green Book Forum, and Lee Jae-wook, Director of Seoul National University's AI Research Center. A comprehensive discussion followed, with participants from relevant organizations and industry, including Park Tae-wan, Director General of the Ministry of Science and ICT; Jang Kyung-mi, Vice President of the National Institute of Aviation; Lee Young-tak, Vice President of SK Telecom; and Koo Tae-eon, Attorney at Law at Lin Law Firm.
The AI Human Society is a non-profit organization bringing together experts from industry, academia, and research to explore a future where AI and humans coexist harmoniously. Its members include AI executives, startup founders, professors, researchers, and journalists. Through "field forums" that tour AI sites, the Society shares the latest trends in AI technology and AX applications and discusses ways to revitalize the AI innovation ecosystem.
CEO Kim Dong-hwan said, “As AI technology expands beyond software to physical AI, domestic companies must secure global competitiveness through practical AX strategies,” and added, “Through this forum, we will present policy and technological directions and develop them into executable strategies, thereby contributing to strengthening national competitiveness.”

La startup d'IA générative 42Maru (PDG Dong-Hwan Kim) a annoncé sa stratégie de transformation novatrice AI-AX (AI Transformation) lors du Forum sur la politique d'IA de l'Assemblée nationale, qui s'est tenu le 3 dans la salle de séminaire 3 du Palais des députés de l'Assemblée nationale. Ce forum commémorait le premier anniversaire de la Société IA-Humain.
Le forum, intitulé « Concurrence entre les États-Unis et la Chine pour l'hégémonie en IA et stratégie nationale de développement de l'IA : focus sur l'IA physique », était co-organisé par les députés Chung Dong-young et Cho Seung-rae du Parti démocrate de Corée et le député Choi Hyung-doo du Parti du pouvoir populaire.
