구세군 한국군국(사령관 김병윤, 이하 구세군)과 제주국제자유도시개발센터(JDC)는 11월 7일 제주국제공항 면세점에서 ‘NFC 기반 스마트기부 및 지역사회 상생 협약식(MOU)’을 열고, 디지털 기술을 활용한 새로운 형태의 나눔 모델을 추진하기로 했다.
이번 협약을 통해 구세군은 제주국제공항 면세점 내에 NFC(근거리무선통신) 자선냄비와 모금판을 설치하고, JDC는 공간 제공과 디지털 홍보를 지원한다. 방문객은 스마트폰을 모금판에 태그(Tag)하는 것만으로 14초 이내에 기부를 완료할 수 있으며, 삼성페이·네이버페이·카카오페이·페이코 등 간편결제 서비스와 신용카드 결제도 가능하다.
협약식은 이날 오후 JDC 면세사업본부 대회의실에서 진행됐으며, 구세군 김병윤 사령관과 손봉수 JDC 면세사업본부장 등 양 기관 관계자들이 참석했다. 참석자들은 “전통과 기술의 만남으로 나눔의 방식을 새롭게 한다”는 메시지를 공유하며, 제주 지역의 사회공헌과 환경개선 사업을 함께 추진하기로 뜻을 모았다.
특히 이번 NFC 기부 시스템을 통해 모금된 일부 기부금은 제주 지역의 환경개선 및 복지사업에 사용되어, 지역 환원형 ESG 나눔 모델로 발전될 예정이다.
김병윤 구세군 사령관은 “디지털 기술을 통해 나눔이 더 가까워지고, 더 많은 세대가 참여할 수 있기를 바란다”며 “제주를 시작으로 전국 각지로 NFC 자선냄비를 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
손봉수 JDC 면세사업본부장은 “제주공항을 찾는 방문객들이 나눔을 일상적으로 경험할 수 있도록 공간과 기술을 연결했다”며 “이번 협력이 지역사회에 따뜻한 변화를 만들어 가는 계기가 되길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

The Salvation Army Signs a Business Agreement with the Jeju Free International City Development Center.
The Salvation Army Korea (Commander Kim Byung-yoon, hereinafter referred to as the Salvation Army) and the Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC) held an ‘NFC-based Smart Donation and Community Coexistence Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)’ at the Jeju International Airport Duty Free Shop on November 7, and decided to promote a new type of sharing model utilizing digital technology.
Through this agreement, the Salvation Army will install NFC (Near Field Communication) donation pots and boards within the Jeju International Airport duty-free shop, while JDC will provide the space and support digital promotion. The signing ceremony took place in the conference room of the JDC Duty Free Headquarters that afternoon. Representatives from both organizations, including Salvation Army Commander Kim Byeong-yoon and JDC Duty Free Headquarters Director Son Bong-soo, attended the ceremony. Participants shared the message, "By combining tradition and technology, we are renewing the way we share," and agreed to jointly pursue social contribution and environmental improvement projects in the Jeju region.
In particular, some of the donations raised through this NFC donation system will be used for environmental improvement and welfare projects in the Jeju region, developing into a regional ESG sharing model.
“I hope that sharing will become closer through digital technology and that more generations will be able to participate,” said Salvation Army Commander Kim Byung-yoon. “Starting in Jeju, we will expand NFC charity pots across the country.”
“We have connected space and technology so that visitors to Jeju Airport can experience sharing in their daily lives,” said Son Bong-soo, head of JDC’s duty-free business division. “We hope that this collaboration will serve as an opportunity to create warm changes in the local community.”

救世軍韓国軍局（司令官キム・ビョンユン、以下、救世軍）と済州国際自由都市開発センター（ＪＤＣ）は１１月７日、済州国際空港免税店で「ＮＦＣ基盤スマート寄付および地域社会共生協約式（ＭＯＵ）」を開き、デジタル技術を活用した新しい形態の分かち合いモデルを発表した。
今回の条約を通じて、救世軍は済州国際空港免税店内にNFC（近距離無線通信）チャリティポットと募金板を設置し、JDCは空間提供とデジタル広報を支援する。訪問者はスマートフォンを募金版にタグ（Tag）するだけで14秒以内に寄付を完了することができ、サムスンペイ・ネイバーペイ・カカオペイ・ペイコなどの簡便決済サービスやクレジットカード決済も可能だ。
協約式はこの日午後、JDC免税事業本部大会議室で行われ、救世軍キム・ビョンユン司令官とソン・ボンスJDC免税事業本部長など両機関関係者が参加した。参加者たちは「伝統と技術の出会いで分かち合いの仕方を新たにする」というメッセージを共有し、済州地域の社会貢献と環境改善事業を共に推進することを意図した。
特に今回のNFC寄付システムを通じて募金された一部の寄付金は済州地域の環境改善及び福祉事業に使われ、地域還元型ESG分けモデルに発展する予定だ。
キム・ビョンユン救世軍司令官は「デジタル技術を通じて分かち合いがより近くなり、より多くの世代が参加できることを望む」とし「済州を皮切りに全国各地にNFCチャリティーポットを拡大していく」と話した。
ソン・ボンスＪＤＣ免税事業本部長は「済州空港を訪れる訪問者が分かち合いを日常的に経験できるように空間と技術を連結した」とし「今回の協力が地域社会に温かい変化を作っていくきっかけになることを期待する」と明らかにした。

L’Armée du Salut signe un accord commercial avec le Centre de développement de la ville internationale libre de Jeju.
L’Armée du Salut Corée (Commandant Kim Byung-yoon, ci-après dénommée l’Armée du Salut) et le Centre de développement de la ville internationale libre de Jeju (JDC) ont tenu un « Mémorandum d’entente sur les dons intelligents et la coexistence communautaire basé sur la NFC » à la boutique hors taxes de l’aéroport international de Jeju le 7 novembre et ont décidé de promouvoir un nouveau type de modèle de partage utilisant la technologie numérique.
Grâce à cet accord, l'Armée du Salut installera des bornes et des panneaux de dons NFC (communication en champ proche) dans la boutique hors taxes de l'aéroport international de Jeju, tandis que JDC fournira l'espace et assurera la promotion numérique. Les visiteurs pourront faire un don en moins de 14 secondes en approchant simplement leur smartphone des panneaux. Différents moyens de paiement, dont Samsung Pay, Naver Pay, Kakao Pay et Payco, ainsi que les cartes bancaires, seront acceptés.
La cérémonie de signature s'est déroulée cet après-midi-là dans la salle de conférence du siège social de JDC Duty Free. Des représentants des deux organisations, dont le commandant de l'Armée du Salut, Kim Byeong-yoon, et le directeur du siège social de JDC Duty Free, Son Bong-soo, y ont assisté. Les participants ont partagé le message suivant : « En alliant tradition et technologie, nous renouvelons notre façon de partager », et se sont engagés à mener conjointement des projets de contribution sociale et d'amélioration de l'environnement dans la région de Jeju.
En particulier, une partie des dons recueillis grâce à ce système de dons NFC sera utilisée pour des projets d'amélioration de l'environnement et de bien-être dans la région de Jeju, donnant naissance à un modèle régional de partage ESG.
« J’espère que le partage se renforcera grâce aux technologies numériques et que davantage de générations pourront y participer », a déclaré Kim Byung-yoon, commandant de l’Armée du Salut. « À partir de Jeju, nous étendrons le réseau de collectes de fonds NFC à l’ensemble du pays. »
« Nous avons connecté l'espace et la technologie pour que les visiteurs de l'aéroport de Jeju puissent partager des moments de convivialité au quotidien », a déclaré Son Bong-soo, directeur de la division hors taxes de JDC. « Nous espérons que cette collaboration contribuera à créer des changements positifs au sein de la communauté locale. »
