경기콘텐츠진흥원(원장 탁용석, 이하 경콘진)은 이랜드차이나 이노베이션 밸리(E-Innovation Valley, 이하 EIV)와 K-콘텐츠 지식재산(IP)의 글로벌 진출을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 24일 체결했다고 밝혔다. 이번 협약식은 지난 10월 24일 스타필드 고양에서 열린 ‘2025 K-콘텐츠 IP 융복합 제작지원 사업 성과전시회’ 현장에서 진행됐다.
이번 협약은 한·중 교류 재개와 콘텐츠 산업 협력 기대가 높아지는 상황에서, 경기도 콘텐츠 기업의 중국 시장 진출을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다. 경콘진은 도내 콘텐츠 기업의 IP 사업화를 위해 제작, 유통, 해외 진출 지원 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영하며, EIV는 중국 상하이에 위치한 이랜드그룹의 혁신 비즈니스 허브로 한·중 기업 간 협력과 현지 진출을 지원하고 있다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 ▲K-콘텐츠 IP 발굴 및 육성 지원 ▲중국 시장 진출을 위한 자문·네트워크 협력 ▲비즈니스 및 시장 확장 프로그램 공동 발굴 등을 추진할 예정이다. 향후에는 한·중 공동 프로젝트 추진과 글로벌 유통 플랫폼 연계 등 실질적 협력으로 이어갈 방침이다.
탁용석 경콘진 원장은 “이번 협약이 경기도 콘텐츠 기업의 해외 진출을 촉진하고 양국 간 산업 협력을 강화하는 계기가 되길 바란다”라고 밝혔다. 박정근 이랜드차이나 EIV 대표는 “EIV의 현지 네트워크와 비즈니스 인프라를 기반으로 K-콘텐츠의 중국 시장 진출을 적극 지원하고, 양국 기업이 함께 성장하는 협력 모델을 만들어가겠다”라고 말했다.

Kyungconjin Signs Business Agreement with E-Land China Innovation Valley
The Gyeonggi Content Agency (President Yong-seok Tak, hereinafter referred to as Gyeonggi Content Agency) announced on the 24th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with E-Land China Innovation Valley (E-Innovation Valley, hereinafter referred to as EIV) for the global expansion of K-content intellectual property (IP). The signing ceremony took place at the '2025 K-content IP Convergence Production Support Project Results Exhibition' held at Starfield Goyang on October 24th.
This agreement was established to support the entry of Gyeonggi Province content companies into the Chinese market amidst growing expectations for the resumption of exchanges and cooperation in the content industry between Korea and China. Gyeonggi Content Creation Center (GCC) operates various programs to support the IP commercialization of local content companies, including production, distribution, and overseas expansion. EIV, an innovation business hub of E-Land Group located in Shanghai, China, supports collaboration and local expansion between Korean and Chinese companies.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to pursue various initiatives, including: ▲support for the discovery and development of K-content IP; ▲counseling and networking for entry into the Chinese market; and ▲joint development of business and market expansion programs. Going forward, they plan to expand their cooperation into practical areas, such as joint Korea-China projects and linkages with global distribution platforms.
Tak Yong-seok, president of Gyeonggi Content Industry Promotion Agency, said, "I hope this agreement will serve as an opportunity to promote the overseas expansion of Gyeonggi Province content companies and strengthen industrial cooperation between our two countries." Park Jeong-geun, CEO of E-Land China EIV, stated, "Leveraging EIV's local network and business infrastructure, we will actively support the entry of K-content into the Chinese market and create a cooperative model that fosters mutual growth for companies from both countries."

京コンジン、イーランドチャイナイノベーションバレーと業務協約締結
京畿コンテンツ振興院（元長タク・ヨンソク、以下、軽コンジン）はイーランドチャイナイノベーションバレー（E-Innovation Valley、以下EIV）とKコンテンツ知識財産（IP）のグローバル進出のための業務協約（MOU）を24日締結したと明らかにした。今回の協約式は10月24日スターフィールド高陽で開かれた「2025 K-コンテンツIP融合複合製作支援事業成果展示会」現場で行われた。
今回の条約は、韓中交流再開とコンテンツ産業協力の期待が高まる状況で、京畿道コンテンツ企業の中国市場進出を支援するために設けられた。京コンジンは都内コンテンツ企業のIP事業化のために制作、流通、海外進出支援など多様なプログラムを運営し、EIVは中国上海に位置するイーランドグループのイノベーションビジネスハブで韓中企業間協力と現地進出を支援している。
両機関は今回の協約を通じて▲Ｋ－コンテンツＩＰ発掘及び育成支援▲中国市場進出のための諮問・ネットワーク協力▲ビジネス及び市場拡張プログラム共同発掘などを推進する予定だ。今後は韓中共同プロジェクトの推進とグローバル流通プラットフォーム連携など実質的な協力につながる方針だ。
タク・ヨンソク京コンジン院長は「今回の条約が京畿道コンテンツ企業の海外進出を促進し、両国間の産業協力を強化するきっかけになることを願う」と明らかにした。パク・ジョングン・イーランドチャイナEIV代表は「EIVの現地ネットワークとビジネスインフラを基盤にKコンテンツの中国市場進出を積極的に支援し、両国企業が共に成長する協力モデルを作っていく」と話した。

京康镇与E-Land中国创新谷签署商业协议
京畿内容振兴院（院长：卓容锡，以下简称京畿内容振兴院）于24日宣布，已与E-Land中国创新谷（以下简称E-Innovation Valley，简称EIV）签署合作备忘录，旨在推动韩国内容知识产权的全球拓展。签约仪式于10月24日在高阳星空场举办的“2025韩国内容知识产权融合生产支援项目成果展”上举行。

Kyungconjin signe un accord commercial avec E-Land China Innovation Valley
L’Agence du contenu de Gyeonggi (Président Yong-seok Tak, ci-après dénommée « Agence du contenu de Gyeonggi ») a annoncé le 24 octobre avoir signé un protocole d’accord avec E-Land China Innovation Valley (E-Innovation Valley, ci-après dénommée « EIV ») en vue du développement international de la propriété intellectuelle (PI) de K-content. La cérémonie de signature s’est déroulée à l’occasion de l’exposition des résultats du projet de soutien à la production et à la convergence de la PI de K-content 2025, qui s’est tenue à Starfield Goyang le 24 octobre.
Cet accord a été mis en place pour faciliter l'accès des entreprises de contenu de la province de Gyeonggi au marché chinois, dans un contexte d'espoirs croissants de reprise des échanges et de la coopération entre la Corée et la Chine dans le secteur des contenus. Le Centre de création de contenu de Gyeonggi (GCC) propose divers programmes de soutien à la commercialisation de la propriété intellectuelle des entreprises locales, notamment en matière de production, de distribution et d'expansion à l'international. EIV, pôle d'innovation du groupe E-Land basé à Shanghai, en Chine, encourage la collaboration et le développement local des entreprises coréennes et chinoises.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient de mettre en œuvre diverses initiatives, notamment : ▲ le soutien à la découverte et au développement de la propriété intellectuelle liée au contenu coréen ; ▲ le conseil et la mise en réseau pour l’entrée sur le marché chinois ; et ▲ le développement conjoint de programmes d’expansion commerciale et de marché. Tak Yong-seok, président de l'Agence de promotion de l'industrie du contenu de Gyeonggi, a déclaré : « J'espère que cet accord permettra de favoriser l'expansion internationale des entreprises de contenu de la province de Gyeonggi et de renforcer la coopération industrielle entre nos deux pays. » Park Jeong-geun, PDG d'E-Land China EIV, a affirmé : « Grâce au réseau local et à l'infrastructure commerciale d'EIV, nous soutiendrons activement l'entrée des contenus coréens sur le marché chinois et mettrons en place un modèle de coopération propice à la croissance mutuelle des entreprises des deux pays. »
