문서중앙화 및 데이터 보안 전문기업 사이버다임(대표 김경채)과 한국건축가협회(회장 한영근)는 17일 건축사사무소의 인프라 및 정보보호 강화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 협회 회원들이 안정적인 문서 관리 체계를 구축하고, 설계도면과 프로젝트 문서, 계약서 등 주요 자료의 유출 및 유실을 방지할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 상호 협력 차원에서 마련됐다. 특히 중소규모 건축사사무소의 디지털 인프라 개선과 정보보호 역량 강화를 실질적으로 지원하는 데 목적이 있다.
협약에 따라 한국건축가협회는 회원들에게 문서중앙화 시스템의 필요성과 활용 가치를 알리고, 사이버다임은 협회 회원을 대상으로 특별 프로모션과 맞춤형 보안 컨설팅을 제공하는 등 협약 이행을 위한 다양한 지원을 이어갈 계획이다.
사이버다임 관계자는 “건축산업은 설계도면과 프로젝트 문서가 핵심 자산인 만큼 안전하고 체계적인 문서 관리가 필수적”이라며 “이번 협약을 통해 협회 회원들이 보다 효율적이고 안전한 업무 환경을 구축할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
한국건축가협회 관계자는 “이번 MOU가 회원들의 보안 역량 강화와 안전한 협업 환경 조성에 실질적인 도움이 되길 기대한다”고 전했다.

Cyberdigm Signs MOU with the Korean Institute of Architects
Cyberdigm (CEO Kim Kyung-chae), a company specializing in document centralization and data security, and the Korea Institute of Architects (Chairman Han Young-geun) announced on the 17th that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to strengthen the infrastructure and information security of architectural firms.
This agreement was established as a collaborative effort to support association members in establishing a stable document management system and preventing the leakage and loss of key documents such as design drawings, project documents, and contracts. In particular, it aims to provide practical support for improving the digital infrastructure and strengthening information security capabilities of small and medium-sized architectural firms.
In accordance with the agreement, the Korea Institute of Architects will inform its members of the necessity and value of a centralized document system, and Cyberdyne will continue to provide various support for the implementation of the agreement, such as providing special promotions and customized security consulting to association members.
A Cyberdyne representative stated, “Since design drawings and project documents are core assets in the construction industry, safe and systematic document management is essential,” and added, “Through this agreement, we will actively support association members in creating a more efficient and safe work environment.”
An official from the Korea Institute of Architects said, “We hope that this MOU will be of practical help in strengthening the security capabilities of our members and creating a safe collaboration environment.”

サイバーダイム、韓国建築家協会と業務協約締結
文書中央化及びデータセキュリティ専門企業サイバーダイム（代表キム・ギョンチェ）と韓国建築家協会（会長ハン・ヨングン）は１７日、建築事務所のインフラ及び情報保護強化のための業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと明らかにした。

サイバーダイム関係者は「建築産業は設計図とプロジェクト文書が核心資産であるだけに安全で体系的な文書管理が必須」とし「今回の協約を通じて協会会員がより効率的かつ安全な業務環境を構築できるように積極的に支援する」と話した。
韓国建築家協会の関係者は「今回のMOUが会員のセキュリティ力強化と安全なコラボレーション環境づくりに実質的な助けになることを期待する」と伝えた。

Cyberdigm signe un protocole d'entente avec l'Institut coréen des architectes
Cyberdigm (PDG Kim Kyung-chae), une entreprise spécialisée dans la centralisation des documents et la sécurité des données, et l'Institut coréen des architectes (Président Han Young-geun) ont annoncé le 17 avoir signé un protocole d'accord (PA) pour renforcer l'infrastructure et la sécurité de l'information des cabinets d'architectes.
Cet accord a été établi dans le cadre d'une démarche collaborative visant à aider les membres de l'association à mettre en place un système de gestion documentaire fiable et à prévenir les fuites et les pertes de documents essentiels tels que les plans, les documents de projet et les contrats. Il vise notamment à apporter un soutien concret à l'amélioration de l'infrastructure numérique et au renforcement des capacités de sécurité informatique des petites et moyennes entreprises d'architecture.
