기술보증기금은 14일 베트남 호치민 신한베트남은행 본점에서 신한은행과 베트남 진출기업을 지원하기 위한 금융지원 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 이어 15일에는 현지 기업을 방문해 경영 애로를 청취하는 간담회를 진행했다.
베트남은 국내 기업의 주요 해외 생산 거점으로 활용되고 있으나, 담보 부족과 금융 접근성 제약으로 인해 기업들이 실질적인 어려움을 겪어왔다. 이번 협약은 이러한 문제를 해소하기 위해 기술보증기금의 기술평가 기반 보증지원 시스템과 신한베트남은행의 현지 금융 네트워크를 연계하는 데 목적이 있다.
협약에 따라 기술보증기금은 신한은행이 출연한 5억 원을 재원으로 100억 원 규모의 특별출연 협약보증을 제공한다. 기업은 보증비율 상향(85%에서 100%)과 2년간 보증료 0.5%p 인하 혜택을 받을 수 있다. 또한 기보는 신한은행의 1억 4000만 원 보증료지원금을 기반으로 100억 원 규모의 보증료지원 협약보증도 공급하며, 신한은행은 2년간 0.7%p의 보증료를 지원한다.
지원 대상은 베트남에 해외법인을 보유하거나 설립할 예정인 국내 기업 중 기술보증 요건을 충족하는 신기술사업자로, 해외법인이 국내기업과 동일 업종을 영위해야 한다.
김종호 기술보증기금 이사장은 “베트남이 국내 기업의 글로벌 공급망과 성장전략에서 중요한 역할을 한다며, 기술금융 기반의 해외 지원체계를 강화하겠다”라는 계획을 밝혔다.
기술보증기금은 또한 베트남 호치민 빈둥지역의 현지 기업을 방문해 실질적인 애로를 청취했으며, 이를 중소기업 지원정책과 보증제도 개선에 반영할 방침이다. 아울러 기보는 아세안 주요 지역을 대상으로 글로벌 협력 네트워크를 확대하고, 다자 협력 플랫폼을 구축해 국내 기술기업의 해외 성장 기반을 지속적으로 강화할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

Kibo and Shinhan Bank Sign Agreement to Provide Financial Support for Companies Expanding into Vietnam
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation) announced on the 14th that it signed a financial support agreement with Shinhan Bank at the Shinhan Vietnam Bank headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to support companies entering the Vietnamese market. On the 15th, the company visited local companies and held a meeting to discuss their management challenges.
Vietnam is a key overseas production base for Korean companies, but companies have faced substantial difficulties due to lack of collateral and limited access to finance. This agreement aims to address these issues by linking the Korea Technology Finance Corporation's technology assessment-based guarantee support system with Shinhan Bank Vietnam's local financial network.
Under the agreement, the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) will provide a special contribution guarantee of KRW 10 billion, funded by a KRW 500 million contribution from Shinhan Bank. Companies will benefit from an increased guarantee ratio (from 85% to 100%) and a 0.5 percentage point reduction in guarantee fees for two years. Furthermore, KIBO will provide a KRW 10 billion guarantee fee support agreement, building on Shinhan Bank's KRW 140 million guarantee fee subsidy. Shinhan Bank will also provide a 0.7 percentage point guarantee fee support for two years.
Eligible for support are new technology businesses that meet technology guarantee requirements among domestic companies that have or plan to establish overseas corporations in Vietnam, and the overseas corporations must be engaged in the same industry as the domestic companies.
Kim Jong-ho, Chairman of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC), announced plans to “strengthen our overseas support system based on technology financing, saying that Vietnam plays a crucial role in the global supply chains and growth strategies of domestic companies.”
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) also visited local businesses in the Binh Duong district of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to hear about their practical challenges and plans to incorporate these findings into improvements to its SME support policies and guarantee system. Furthermore, KIBO announced plans to expand its global cooperation network targeting key ASEAN regions and establish a multilateral cooperation platform to continuously strengthen the overseas growth foundation for Korean technology companies.

支援対象はベトナムに海外法人を保有または設立する予定の国内企業のうち技術保証要件を満たす新技術事業者で、海外法人が国内企業と同じ業種を営むべきである。
キム・ジョンホ技術保証基金理事長は「ベトナムが国内企業のグローバルサプライチェーンと成長戦略において重要な役割を果たすとし、技術金融基盤の海外支援体系を強化する」という計画を明らかにした。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation) a annoncé le 14 avoir signé un accord de soutien financier avec la Shinhan Bank au siège de la Shinhan Vietnam Bank à Hô Chi Minh-Ville, au Vietnam, afin d'accompagner les entreprises souhaitant s'implanter sur le marché vietnamien. Le lendemain, le 15, la société a rencontré des entreprises locales et organisé une réunion pour discuter de leurs difficultés de gestion.
Le Vietnam est une base de production à l'étranger essentielle pour les entreprises coréennes, mais ces dernières rencontrent des difficultés considérables en raison du manque de garanties et d'un accès limité au financement. Cet accord vise à remédier à ces problèmes en reliant le système de garantie basé sur l'évaluation technologique de la Korea Technology Finance Corporation au réseau financier local de Shinhan Bank Vietnam.
Aux termes de cet accord, la Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) accordera une garantie de contribution spéciale de 10 milliards de wons, financée par une contribution de 500 millions de wons de la Shinhan Bank. Les entreprises bénéficieront d'un taux de garantie majoré (de 85 % à 100 %) et d'une réduction de 0,5 point de pourcentage des frais de garantie pendant deux ans. Par ailleurs, la KIBO apportera un soutien financier de 10 milliards de wons pour les frais de garantie, s'ajoutant à la subvention de 140 millions de wons déjà versée par la Shinhan Bank. Cette dernière contribuera également à hauteur de 0,7 point de pourcentage aux frais de garantie pendant deux ans.
Sont éligibles à ce soutien les nouvelles entreprises technologiques qui répondent aux exigences de garantie technologique parmi les entreprises nationales qui possèdent ou prévoient de créer des filiales à l'étranger au Vietnam, et ces filiales à l'étranger doivent exercer leurs activités dans le même secteur que les entreprises nationales.
Kim Jong-ho, président de la Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC), a annoncé son intention de « renforcer notre système de soutien à l'étranger basé sur le financement technologique, affirmant que le Vietnam joue un rôle crucial dans les chaînes d'approvisionnement mondiales et les stratégies de croissance des entreprises nationales ».
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) a également rencontré des entreprises locales dans le district de Binh Duong à Hô Chi Minh-Ville, au Vietnam, afin de s'informer sur leurs difficultés concrètes et d'envisager d'intégrer ces constats à l'amélioration de ses politiques de soutien aux PME et de son système de garantie. Par ailleurs, la KIBO a annoncé son intention d'étendre son réseau de coopération international en ciblant les principales régions de l'ASEAN et de mettre en place une plateforme de coopération multilatérale pour consolider durablement les bases de la croissance à l'étranger des entreprises technologiques coréennes.
