기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 19일(수) 경기 오산시에 위치한 한신대학교(이하 ‘한신대’)에서 한신대 산학협력단(단장 홍선미)과 ‘기술이전·사업화 촉진 및 창업·벤처기업 육성을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양 기관의 전문 역량을 연계해 산학협력 기반의 기술이전 생태계를 조성하고, 지역 내 우수기술의 사업화를 체계적으로 지원함으로써 기술창업 활성화와 중소기업 성장 기반을 강화하기 위해 추진됐다.
협약에 따라 한신대 산학협력단은 보유 기술의 효율적 이전을 위해 관련 정보를 제공하고, 기보는 ▲기술이전 수요 발굴 및 추천 ▲기술이전 및 중개업무 수행 ▲스마트 테크브릿지 전자계약시스템 활용 ▲기술이전 기업에 대한 보증·투자·컨설팅 등 실질적인 금융·비금융 지원을 제공할 예정이다.
기보는 2014년 기술거래 전담 조직을 신설한 이후 지난해까지 총 9800여 건의 기술이전을 지원하며 5800여 개 중소벤처기업의 기술사업화를 뒷받침해왔다. 또한, 개방형 기술거래 플랫폼 ‘스마트 테크브릿지’를 통해 대학·연구기관 보유한 우수기술의 이전을 지속적으로 확대하고 있다.
오은식 기보 경기지역본부장은 “이번 협약은 경기도 내 우수 산학기술의 사업화와 기술창업 활성화를 위한 산학협력 방안을 마련했다는 점에서 의미가 크다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 대학·연구기관과의 협력을 확대해 기술거래 지원 시너지를 높이고, 중소·벤처기업의 경쟁력 강화와 지역경제 활성화에 적극 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with Hanshin University's Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Wednesday the 19th that it signed a “Business Agreement for Promotion of Technology Transfer and Commercialization and Fostering of Startups and Venture Companies” with the Hanshin University Industry-Academic Cooperation Group (Director Hong Seon-mi) at Hanshin University (hereinafter referred to as “Hanshin University”) located in Osan-si, Gyeonggi-do.
This agreement was promoted to foster a technology transfer ecosystem based on industry-academia cooperation by linking the specialized capabilities of both organizations, and to systematically support the commercialization of excellent technologies within the region, thereby revitalizing technology startups and strengthening the foundation for small and medium-sized enterprise growth.
According to the agreement, Hanshin University's Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation will provide relevant information for the efficient transfer of its technology, and Kibo will provide practical financial and non-financial support, including ▲discovering and recommending technology transfer needs ▲performing technology transfer and brokerage work ▲utilizing the Smart Tech Bridge electronic contract system ▲providing guarantees, investments, and consulting for technology transfer companies.
Since establishing a dedicated technology transfer organization in 2014, KIBO has supported approximately 9,800 technology transfers as of last year, supporting the commercialization of technology for approximately 5,800 small and medium-sized venture companies. Furthermore, through its open technology transfer platform, "Smart Tech Bridge," KIBO continues to expand the transfer of outstanding technologies held by universities and research institutes.
Oh Eun-sik, head of the Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters of KIBO, said, “This agreement is significant in that it establishes a plan for industry-academia cooperation to commercialize excellent industry-academia technologies and revitalize technology startups in Gyeonggi Province.” He added, “KIBO will continue to expand cooperation with universities and research institutes to increase synergy in supporting technology transactions, and actively contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies and revitalizing the local economy.”

韩国科技金融公司（韩国科技金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）于19日星期三宣布，与位于京畿道乌山市的韩信大学产学合作组（主任洪善美）签署了“促进技术转让和商业化以及扶持初创企业和风险企业的业务协议”。
该协议旨在通过连接产学研合作双方的专业能力，促进建立基于产学研合作的技术转移生态系统，并系统地支持该地区优秀技术的商业化，从而振兴科技创业公司，并加强中小企业发展的基础。
根据协议，阪神大学产学研合作基金会将提供相关信息，以促进其技术的有效转移；Kibo 将提供实际的财务和非财务支持，包括▲发现和推荐技术转移需求▲开展技术转移和经纪工作▲利用智能技术桥电子合同系统▲为技术转移公司提供担保、投资和咨询。

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec la Fondation de coopération industrie-université de l'Université Hanshin
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé mercredi 19 avoir signé un « accord commercial pour la promotion du transfert de technologie et de la commercialisation et le soutien aux jeunes entreprises et aux sociétés de capital-risque » avec le groupe de coopération industrie-université de l'université Hanshin (directrice Hong Seon-mi) à l'université Hanshin (ci-après dénommée « université Hanshin ») située à Osan-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Cet accord a été promu afin de favoriser un écosystème de transfert de technologie fondé sur la coopération entre l'industrie et le monde universitaire, en reliant les compétences spécialisées des deux organisations, et de soutenir systématiquement la commercialisation de technologies d'excellence dans la région, revitalisant ainsi les jeunes entreprises technologiques et renforçant les bases de la croissance des petites et moyennes entreprises.
Aux termes de l'accord, la Fondation de coopération industrie-université de l'Université Hanshin fournira les informations nécessaires au transfert efficace de sa technologie, et Kibo apportera un soutien pratique, financier et non financier, notamment : ▲ la découverte et la recommandation des besoins en matière de transfert de technologie ; ▲ la réalisation de transferts de technologie et de travaux d'intermédiation ; ▲ l'utilisation du système de contrat électronique Smart Tech Bridge ; ▲ la fourniture de garanties, d'investissements et de conseils aux entreprises de transfert de technologie.
Depuis la création d'une structure dédiée au transfert de technologies en 2014, KIBO a accompagné près de 9 800 transferts de technologies (chiffres de l'année dernière), contribuant ainsi à la commercialisation des technologies d'environ 5 800 PME. Par ailleurs, grâce à sa plateforme ouverte de transfert de technologies, « Smart Tech Bridge », KIBO poursuit le développement du transfert de technologies de pointe détenues par les universités et les instituts de recherche.
Oh Eun-sik, directeur du siège régional de KIBO à Gyeonggi, a déclaré : « Cet accord est important car il établit un plan de coopération entre l’industrie et le monde universitaire afin de commercialiser les technologies de pointe issues de ces deux secteurs et de dynamiser les jeunes entreprises technologiques de la province de Gyeonggi. » Il a ajouté : « KIBO continuera de développer sa coopération avec les universités et les instituts de recherche afin d’accroître les synergies dans le soutien aux transferts de technologie et de contribuer activement au renforcement de la compétitivité des PME et des entreprises innovantes, ainsi qu’à la relance de l’économie locale. »
