기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 (사)한국연예매니지먼트협회(회장 문용성, 이하 ‘연매협’)와 25일(화) 기보 서울사무소에서 ‘미디어콘텐츠산업 및 투자 분야 우수 중소기업 지원을 위한 상생 파트너십 포괄 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양 기관이 미디어콘텐츠산업 내 유망 중소기업을 공동 발굴하고, 문화콘텐츠 생태계 활성화와 신성장산업 육성을 위한 협업기반을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.
연매협은 한국을 대표하는 3000여 명의 대중문화예술인을 매니지먼트하고, 드라마·영화·콘서트·뮤지컬 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 제작하는 대중문화예술기획 분야의 280여 개 업체, 회원 600여 명이 소속된 사단법인이다. 2007년 창립 이래 연예인을 비롯한 엔터테인먼트 산업 종사자의 권익 보호와 대중문화의 세계화 및 체계적인 발전을 위해 힘쓰고 있다.
협약에 따라 연매협은 기획력과 성장잠재력을 갖춘 유망기업을 발굴해 기보에 추천하고, 기보는 추천기업을 대상으로 ▲문화산업완성보증 ▲투자 연계 ▲벤처․이노비즈기업 인증 등 금융·비금융 지원을 제공해 문화콘텐츠 기업의 혁신성장 기반을 강화할 계획이다.
천창호 기보 이사는 “이번 협약을 통해 미래 문화산업을 이끌어갈 유망기업이 성장할 수 있는 협력 기반이 마련됐다”며, “앞으로도 기보는 유관기관과 협업을 확대해 문화산업 기업들이 안정적으로 성장할 수 있도록 정책금융 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 기보는 문화콘텐츠산업 육성을 위해 2009년 국내 최초로 문화산업완성보증 제도를 도입한 이후, 2025년 9월까지 1조 4000억원 이상의 보증을 공급하는 등 문화콘텐츠산업 생태계 조성에 앞장서고 있다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with the Korea Entertainment Management Association
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTIC) (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced that it signed a “Comprehensive Business Agreement for Mutually Beneficial Partnership to Support Excellent SMEs in the Media Content Industry and Investment Field” with the Korea Entertainment Management Association (Chairman Moon Yong-seong, hereinafter referred to as “KEMA”) at KIBO’s Seoul office on Tuesday the 25th.
This agreement was promoted to establish a collaborative foundation for the two organizations to jointly discover promising small and medium-sized enterprises in the media content industry and to revitalize the cultural content ecosystem and foster new growth industries.
The Korea Entertainment Management Association (KEMA) is a non-profit organization comprised of approximately 600 members and 280 companies involved in the popular culture and arts planning field, which manages approximately 3,000 leading Korean artists and produces diverse content, including dramas, films, concerts, and musicals. Since its founding in 2007, KEMA has been dedicated to protecting the rights and interests of entertainers and other entertainment industry professionals, and to the globalization and systematic development of popular culture.
According to the agreement, the Korea Creative Content Agency will discover promising companies with planning capabilities and growth potential and recommend them to Kibo, and Kibo will provide financial and non-financial support, such as ▲cultural industry completion guarantees ▲investment linkages ▲venture and innovative business certification, to the recommended companies, thereby strengthening the foundation for innovative growth of cultural content companies.
Kibo CEO Cheon Chang-ho said, “Through this agreement, a foundation for cooperation has been established for promising companies that will lead the future cultural industry to grow,” and added, “Going forward, Kibo will continue to expand collaboration with related organizations and spare no effort in providing policy financing support to cultural industry companies so that they can grow stably.”
Meanwhile, KIBO has been leading the way in fostering a cultural content industry ecosystem by providing guarantees worth over KRW 1.4 trillion by September 2025 since introducing the Cultural Industry Completion Guarantee System, the first of its kind in Korea, in 2009 to foster the cultural content industry.

条約に基づき、年売協は企画力と成長潜在力を備えた有望企業を発掘し、記事に推薦し、記事は推薦企業を対象に▲文化産業完成保証▲投資連携▲ベンチャー・イノビズ企業認証など金融・非金融支援を提供し、文化コンテンツ企業の革新成長基盤を強化する計画だ。
チョン・チャンホ記者理事は「今回の協約を通じて未来文化産業をリードしていく有望企業が成長できる協力基盤が設けられた」とし、「今後も寄報する遺管機関と協業を拡大して文化産業企業が安定的に成長できるように政策金融支援を惜しまない」と明らかにした。
一方、ギボは文化コンテンツ産業の育成のため、2009年に韓国で初めて文化産業完成保証制度を導入した後、2025年9月までに1兆4000億ウォン以上の保証を供給するなど、文化コンテンツ産業の生態系の造成に先駆けている。

Kibo与韩国娱乐管理协会签署商业协议
韩国科技金融公司（KTIC）（董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）宣布，于25日星期二在KIBO首尔办公室与韩国娱乐管理协会（董事长文容成，以下简称“KEMA”）签署了“支持媒体内容产业和投资领域优秀中小企业的互利合作综合业务协议”。
该协议旨在为两家机构共同发掘媒体内容行业中具有发展潜力的中小企业，建立合作基础，振兴文化内容生态系统，培育新兴增长型产业。
韩国娱乐管理协会（KEMA）是一个非营利组织，由约600名会员和280家从事流行文化和艺术策划领域的公司组成，旗下管理着约3000名韩国顶尖艺人，并制作包括电视剧、电影、演唱会和音乐剧在内的多元化内容。自2007年成立以来，KEMA一直致力于保护演艺人员和其他娱乐行业从业人员的权益，并推动流行文化的全球化和系统化发展。
根据协议，韩国文化产业振兴院将发掘具有规划能力和增长潜力的优秀企业，并推荐给Kibo，Kibo将为被推荐的企业提供资金和非资金支持，例如▲文化产业完成担保▲投资对接▲创业和创新企业认证，从而加强文化内容企业创新发展的基础。
Kibo首席执行官千昌浩表示：“通过这项协议，为引领未来文化产业发展的有前途的企业奠定了合作基础。”他还补充道：“未来，Kibo将继续扩大与相关机构的合作，不遗余力地为文化产业企业提供政策融资支持，使其能够稳定发展。”
与此同时，KIBO自2009年推出韩国首个文化产业完成担保制度以来，一直引领着文化内容产业生态系统的发展，到2025年9月，已提供超过1.4万亿韩元的担保，以促进文化内容产业的发展。

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec l'Association coréenne de gestion du divertissement
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTIC) (Président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé avoir signé mardi 25 un « Accord commercial global pour un partenariat mutuellement avantageux visant à soutenir les PME d'excellence dans le secteur des contenus médiatiques et dans le domaine de l'investissement » avec la Korea Entertainment Management Association (Président Moon Yong-seong, ci-après dénommée « KEMA ») dans les bureaux de KIBO à Séoul.
Cet accord a été proposé afin d'établir une base de collaboration permettant aux deux organisations de découvrir conjointement des PME prometteuses dans le secteur des contenus médiatiques, de revitaliser l'écosystème des contenus culturels et de favoriser l'émergence de nouveaux secteurs de croissance.
L'Association coréenne de gestion du divertissement (KEMA) est une organisation à but non lucratif regroupant environ 600 membres et 280 entreprises du secteur de la culture populaire et de la planification artistique. Elle gère près de 3 000 artistes coréens de renom et produit des contenus variés, tels que des séries télévisées, des films, des concerts et des comédies musicales. Depuis sa création en 2007, la KEMA s'engage à défendre les droits et les intérêts des artistes et des autres professionnels du secteur du divertissement, ainsi qu'à promouvoir la mondialisation et le développement harmonieux de la culture populaire.
Conformément à l'accord, l'Agence coréenne des contenus créatifs identifiera les entreprises prometteuses dotées de capacités de planification et d'un potentiel de croissance, les recommandera à Kibo, qui leur apportera un soutien financier et non financier, notamment des garanties d'achèvement de projets dans le secteur culturel, des liens d'investissement et une certification d'entreprise innovante, renforçant ainsi les fondements d'une croissance innovante pour les entreprises de contenus culturels.
Le PDG de Kibo, Cheon Chang-ho, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, une base de coopération a été établie pour les entreprises prometteuses qui mèneront la croissance future de l'industrie culturelle », et a ajouté : « À l'avenir, Kibo continuera d'élargir sa collaboration avec les organisations concernées et ne ménagera aucun effort pour fournir un soutien financier aux entreprises de l'industrie culturelle afin qu'elles puissent croître de manière stable. »
Parallèlement, KIBO a joué un rôle de premier plan dans la promotion d'un écosystème industriel de contenu culturel en fournissant des garanties d'une valeur de plus de 1 400 milliards de wons coréens d'ici septembre 2025 depuis l'introduction en 2009 du Système de garantie d'achèvement de l'industrie culturelle, le premier du genre en Corée, destiné à favoriser l'industrie du contenu culturel.
