기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 기보)은 25일 강원도 원주시에 위치한 강원특별자치도경제진흥원(원장 서동면, 이하 진흥원) 본원에서 ‘강원특별자치도 기술창업기업 육성을 위한 기술금융지원 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양 기관이 보유한 기업 지원 역량을 활용해 강원지역의 우수 기술창업기업을 공동으로 발굴하고 체계적으로 육성하기 위한 협력체계를 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.
2000년에 설립된 진흥원은 강원도 산하 중소기업지원 기관으로, 자금 지원, 기술 개발, 판로 개척 등 성장 단계별 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하며 지역 중소기업과 소상공인의 경영 안정과 혁신 성장을 지원해 왔다.
협약에 따라 진흥원은 지역 내 기술기반 유망 창업기업을 기보에 추천하고, 기보는 추천 기업을 대상으로 기술평가 및 우대보증, 투자 연계, 기술이전 및 보호, 경영 컨설팅 등 다양한 맞춤형 프로그램을 제공한다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 강원지역 기술창업기업의 성장 기반을 강화하고 기술 중심 창업 생태계 조성 및 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 계획이다.
서동면 진흥원장은 “이번 협약으로 도내 우수 기술창업기업 지원 체계가 더욱 강화돼 강원지역 중소기업의 성장 발판이 마련될 것”이라고 말했다.
김성태 기보 서울동부지역본부장은 “협약을 통해 지역 창업기업의 혁신 성장을 위한 기반이 마련됐다”며 “기보는 앞으로도 유관기관과 협력을 확대해 지역경제 활성화와 일자리 창출에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo and the Gangwon Economic Promotion Agency signed a technology financing agreement to foster technology startups.
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC) (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as KIBO) announced on the 25th that it signed a ‘Business Agreement for Technology Finance Support for Fostering Technology Startups in Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province’ at the headquarters of the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Economic Promotion Agency (Director Seo Dong-myeon, hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Agency) located in Wonju-si, Gangwon Province.
This agreement was created to establish a cooperative system to jointly discover and systematically foster excellent technology startups in the Gangwon region by utilizing the corporate support capabilities of both organizations.
Founded in 2000, the Promotion Agency is a small and medium-sized enterprise support organization under Gangwon Province. It provides customized services for each stage of growth, including financial support, technology development, and market development, and supports the management stability and innovative growth of local small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners.
Under the agreement, the Promotion Agency will recommend promising technology-based startups in the region to KIBO, and KIBO will provide various customized programs, including technology evaluation and preferential guarantees, investment linkages, technology transfer and protection, and management consulting, to the recommended companies.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to strengthen the growth foundation of technology startups in the Gangwon region, contribute to the creation of a technology-centered startup ecosystem, and revitalize the local economy.
Seodong-myeon Promotion Center Director said, “This agreement will further strengthen the support system for excellent technology startups in the province, laying the foundation for the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Gangwon region.”
Kim Seong-tae, head of the Seoul Eastern Regional Headquarters of Kibo, said, “Through this agreement, a foundation has been established for the innovative growth of local startups,” and added, “Kibo will continue to expand cooperation with related organizations to contribute to the revitalization of the local economy and job creation.”

ギボ、江原経済振興院と「技術創業企業育成」技術金融協約締結
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下起報）は２５日、江原道原州市に位置する江原特別自治道経済振興院（院長西東面、以下振興院）本院で「江原特別自治道技術創業企業育成のための技術金融支援業務協約」を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の協約は、両機関が保有する企業支援能力を活用して江原地域の優秀技術創業企業を共同で発掘し、体系的に育成するための協力体系を設けるために推進された。
2000年に設立された振興院は江原道傘下の中小企業支援機関であり、資金支援、技術開発、販路開拓など成長段階別カスタマイズサービスを提供し、地域の中小企業と小商工人の経営安定と革新成長を支援してきた。
条約に基づき、振興院は地域内の技術基盤の有望創業企業を記事に推薦し、記事は推奨企業を対象に技術評価及び優遇保証、投資連携、技術移転及び保護、経営コンサルティングなど多様なカスタマイズプログラムを提供する。
両機関は今回の協約を通じて江原地域技術創業企業の成長基盤を強化し、技術中心創業生態系の造成及び地域経済の活性化に寄与する計画だ。
西洞面振興院長は「今回の協約で都内優秀技術創業企業支援体系がさらに強化され、江原地域中小企業の成長足場が設けられるだろう」と話した。
キム・ソンテ記者ソウル東部地域本部長は「協約を通じて地域創業企業の革新成長のための基盤が設けられた」とし「起報は今後も、関連機関と協力を拡大して地域経済の活性化と雇用創出に寄与する」と明らかにした。

根据协议，促进机构将向KIBO推荐该地区有发展前景的科技型初创企业，而KIBO将为被推荐的企业提供各种定制化方案，包括技术评估和优惠担保、投资对接、技术转让和保护以及管理咨询。

Kibo et l'Agence de promotion économique de Gangwon ont signé un accord de financement technologique pour favoriser la création de jeunes entreprises technologiques.
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC) (Président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée KIBO) a annoncé le 25 avoir signé un « Accord commercial pour le soutien financier technologique destiné à favoriser les jeunes entreprises technologiques dans la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon » au siège de l'Agence de promotion économique de la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon (Directeur Seo Dong-myeon, ci-après dénommée l'Agence de promotion ) situé à Wonju-si, province de Gangwon.
Cet accord a été créé pour établir un système de coopération visant à découvrir et à promouvoir conjointement et systématiquement d'excellentes start-ups technologiques dans la région de Gangwon en utilisant les capacités de soutien aux entreprises des deux organisations.
Fondée en 2000, l'Agence de promotion est un organisme de soutien aux petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) de la province de Gangwon. Elle propose des services personnalisés pour chaque étape de leur développement, notamment un soutien financier, technologique et commercial, et contribue à la stabilité de la gestion et à la croissance innovante des PME locales et des petits entrepreneurs.
Aux termes de cet accord, l'Agence de promotion recommandera à KIBO des start-ups prometteuses du secteur technologique dans la région, et KIBO fournira aux entreprises recommandées divers programmes personnalisés, notamment l'évaluation technologique et des garanties préférentielles, des liens d'investissement, le transfert et la protection de la technologie, ainsi que des conseils en gestion.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient de renforcer les fondements de la croissance des jeunes entreprises technologiques dans la région de Gangwon, de contribuer à la création d'un écosystème de startups axé sur la technologie et de revitaliser l'économie locale.
Le directeur du Centre de promotion de Seodong-myeon a déclaré : « Cet accord renforcera davantage le système de soutien aux excellentes jeunes entreprises technologiques de la province, jetant ainsi les bases de la croissance des petites et moyennes entreprises dans la région de Gangwon. »
Kim Seong-tae, directeur du siège régional de Kibo pour l'est de Séoul, a déclaré : « Cet accord jette les bases d'une croissance innovante pour les jeunes entreprises locales », et a ajouté : « Kibo continuera de développer sa coopération avec les organisations concernées afin de contribuer à la revitalisation de l'économie locale et à la création d'emplois. »
